It would be nice if at 4am,when some guests are running around the hotel and shouting, staff intervened so we could happily continue sleeping.

Noisy, basic hotel. ”
Hotel was very basic, walls were paper thin, people were coming and going all through the night. Banging doors, talking loud-even the receptionists talking early in the morning kept me awake! Parking is limited. When I mentioned this to reception in the morning they just said I should have told them and asked to move rooms at 2am! Not exactly what I was thinking at the time, I just hoped it would go quiet. No discount was offered because I didn't call them during the night. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

It's a cheap option and that's is it. The neighbourhood is a little bit weird at night and it's far from the main attractions in London. The breakfest is good. The bed was terrible. The main positive aspect about it is that it's only 2 min walking from the undergrond.

Its a budget hotel, bit away from centre, in the summer it was just very hot. Basic hotel for a budget traveller. Free parking is a plus.

Cheap but not cheerful”
We arrived at the hotel only to be told we needed to go to another hotel as there were no rooms available. We walked to Best Western Ilford up the road but we couldn't get in. A sign pointed to another building over the road. So off we went. We were finally booked in but given a room in the building we just came from over the road! We were also told breakfast is in the other building. All this took up more time than planned. The room was big, but the decor was very dated, a bit run down and the whole place was somewhat depressing. We did have a quiet room but bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom had poor lighting. Breakfast was strictly halal which we were quite put off by. I understand catering for everyone but pork sausages and bacon were not available to the rest of us. This was a disappointment. We got a good price but we ultimately got what we paid for.

A very pleasant stay in a neat double room with a nice ensuite shower and toilet. The staff were friendly and prompt in providing assistance. Overall the room was very comfortable and fairly spacious.

La chambre était sal La vaisselle était sal et utilisée à notre arrivée Il fessais très froid et nous avions 2 serviettes pour un week-end ! Mais le pire c’est que Nous avons était transféré dans un hôtel à 5mn de cette hôtel ! Dans une sort d’accueil pour réfugier dans des appartements mise à l’écart et non cette hôtel qui ne valais certainement pas le prix que nous avions payer Le petit dej 5$ Par personnes était composée de café et thé et pain de mie uniquement Ça mériterais un remboursement partielle
