They say you get what you pay for.”
When you pay over $200 a night, you expect a decent room. It felt like we were in a closet. The walls are paper thin. We heard a baby/toddler crying for a while. And a man was talking very angrily for almost an hour. The toilet had issues flushing. I don’t mind that we were not looking over the beach and I liked the old charm of the hotel. But it’s over priced for what you get. Our room was tiny. I can’t image what the other people were paying. The stuff was lovely and thoughtful. But I probably wouldn’t recommend this place to friends and family.

Very expensive for what you get”
£3232 +£70 for parking almost 3,300 for B&B for 2 people, the room was dated, no room service with a very poor view just a roof and a car park. The hotel had no atmosphere and on returning to the hotel one night at 10 40pm was told the bar was shut. The breakfast was good but I found ordering your breakfast and time slot by 7pm a pain as I kept forgetting and ended up with a 7 45 am slot, far to early for me. On the positive side the staff where very friendly and polite and the location of the hotel is marvellous (apart from our room view which we had tolerate for 2 weeks) all in all a lot of money for what we actually got.

No real restaurant place has a cheap paint job nothing much else has been done would never stay there again more expensive than a 4* London hotel parking is extra and not owned by hotel as public also use it

We were disappointed with our stay at this Hotel as we were asked about our order at the table by 3 different people all very polite but no one seemed to now what table to serve , no tea spoons or butter on our table was not offered tea or coffee. When asking at the reception to book 7 afternoon teas for later that day I was told I needed to book the day before but on the menu it says before noon. Also only one bath towel for 2 of us .

Hotel rooms needs updating. It’s bit old fashioned. The pillows needs changing. Struggled a lot to sleep as pillows were not soft and seemed like air bag pillows. Lot of noise from ongoing traffic during early morning. Seems the Windows are not double glazed. Breakfast was excellent !

Wonderfuk Location with room partial sea view. Walking dusrance 100m to the beach . Nice continental or full breakfast available. Indoir pool was very refreshing as beach water quite cold. Room basic but met all needs. Great value for money.

Totally loved staying at this hotel. Big traditional hotel right next to the cliffs - we had a sea view and a gorgeous room. Loved the layout of the room- they had thought of everything re facilities. Great bathroom. Had a lovely pool too. Staff totally fab and theres even a hotel dog! Totally recommend.

Prisvärt hotell. Fint stort rum med stor säng. Provade dock inte poolen o bastu. Centrum var väldigt dött denna tiden på året. Bra parkering god frukost.
