Perfect!!!”

As a fan of the Best Western hotel chain, I was not disappointed this time either. Excellent location next to the Porto Nuovo train station which allows very quick access to the hotel, large clean and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, 10 min walk from the main sites of Turin and not least - outstanding service from the hotel staff and I would like to especially mention Francesco who made sure that the our stay will be impeccable!

I had a good stay and the location is perfect, near the station and in walking distance from the center. Friendly staff. Watch out because there is an hidden fee to use the spa. And the city tax, too.

we ordered triple room, the staff opened twin bed, if we did not insist then they would just offer the twin bed. people should be honest, and open minded.

The hotel just opposite the train station and tram station. It's a bit of distance to find good eateries. Staff had been very friendly and helpful!

Conference was perfectly organised. Staff were helpful and they served quality and delicious food through out the day.

Soddisfatta a pieni voti del soggiorno. Disponibilità e cortesia dello staff, stanze ampie, pulite e comode. Colazione con buffet molto vario e qualitativamente ottimo. Posizione molto comoda, se dovessi Tornare a torino alloggeremo ancora lì! Ve lo consiglio!

Camera non da 4 stelle”

La camera per 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bimbi) non era a livello di un 4 stelle, piutosto trasandata, carta da parati scollata, scritte sul muro. Il bagno aveva una doccia inguardabile. Sbirciando in altre camere mi è sembrato che fossero decisamente piu eleganti e da 4 stelle. Lo staff comunque gentile e disponibile Nel complesso un buon hotel, se non si prende la quadrupla

Hotel situato in un’ottima posizione , all’uscita Sacchi della stazione di Porta Nuova. Dispone di ogni confort. La mia era una camera singola con letto a una piazza e mezza pulita e dotata di armadio , scrivania, aria condizionata , cassaforte , ciabatte da camera ,appendi pantaloni , tv con servizio Sky incluso, kit di the vari gusti ,cappuccino e bollitore per utilizzarli. Mini frigo ( dentro c’erano bottigliette d’acqua comprese nel prezzo). Bagno spazioso con cabina doccia. Colazione internazionale ; salato: mozzarella e pomodoro , ricotta, bacon , salsiccine, prosciutto cotto e crudo , formaggi , uova . Panini, toast , varietà di succhi, acqua e limone . Croissant al cioccolato, vuoti , con crema, crostata, dolce al limone ecc...

荷物が多いならいいホテル ただ朝食時の黄色い髪位の毛の若い女性が、イタリア人客にだけコーヒーがいるかどうか聞き、他の外国人には聞かなかった。　また、私がiPad で調べ物をしている内容を事細かに見ていて次の日それに触れられ、自分の話をし始めたこと。　プライバシー覗く時間あるなら、するべきサービスをした方がいいのではと思った。

立地もスタッフの対応も良いホテル”

イタリア語はおろか英語もまともに話せない私でも何も困らないホテル。スタッフの対応が良いし、何より朝食のビュッフェが美味しい。欲を言えば野菜ものがあると文句の付けようがないのですが、充分に満足出来る朝食です。 また冷蔵庫にサービスのミネラルウォーターと炭酸水があるのが助かります。通常は飲んだら別料金というホテルが多いので。

交通の便に優れた品格のある客室”

5泊、仕事で滞在しましたが、サービスも、客室内装も、朝食も、大変満足しました。 町の中心近くでロケーションも良く、快適に過ごせました。

평범한 역전 호텔- 침대 딱딱함주의 ”

주차장이 있다고해서갔는데 딱 4대 댈수있는 공간이있고 매우 비좁습니다. 포르타누오바역 바로앞에 위치하고있고 옆에 빵집, 식당 모두 위치해있어서 로케이션은 좋아요. 그이상 기대는 금물!
