The hotel is very well kept & Very clean. I chose not to have breakfast as there is a very good Café further down Cranbrook road called the Titanic which does very good breakfast as well as Lunch.

Excellent value for money”
I was a bit dubious about staying here but actually it was really good value for money. They put me in a triple room as I said I was a poor sleeper and it was super warm, very clean and well maintained every day. Little kitchenette area (no microwave though) and it was dead quiet so all in all a good experience. Also, the breakfast was very good.

Old building and small rooms, but great price and location”
Wifi was decent enough, breakfast was great for an included hotel breakfast. Staff was extremely good for such a small location. Location is right near a train station and uber pickups were easy and cheap to ExCel London as well. Highly recommended.

Toilet basin and Wi-Fi”
Basin in the toilet is too small plus top of the basin on the left hand side a tray for the soap and on the right a long glass shelf. In between there is not enough space to wash your face. Plus, I couldn't connect with Wi-Fi. Probably there was no signal in the room. On the table lots of ants were walking. Need thorough cleaning. Rest is fine.

Reception Stephen is fine to help us . Breakfast is very good after comparing Hartley Hotel and Rotana Hotel . Breakfast is highly recommended. Room is okay and clean. I will stay here if I visit London again.

We stayed at Best Western Ilford London for 1 night. Lovely staff, very welcoming and helpful. Good size room, we paid for a double and were given a quadruple. Hotel needs updating through out. Looks very dated and gives an impression of being dirty but was clean and tidy. Shower kept on getting blocked and leaking onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast was good. All in all tou get what you pay for.

Basic room and a bit of noise from other residents. TV and wifi were poor but overall great value for money with a decent buffet breakfast and only half an hour from central London by train.
