Right across from the airport. Cold AC and restaurant on site. Restaurant was pretty high cost for mediocre food. Stingy with towels here as well - seems like a Nicaragua thing - in any case, easy access to the airport + pool + safety!

The room had not been cleaned since the last guest. There was no hot water, although I was repeatedly told it was being fixed.TV not working, only one coffee cup, door entry card failed, toiletries missing. A nightmare stay

Great proximity to the airport ”
My husband and I stayed here recently on our departure of Nicaragua. The location was so close to the airport you could walk. This was very convenient at we had a very early flight. The hotel staff were exceptional. From the front reception to the room service staff and the cleaners - they were all so accommodating and helpful with every request. While there is not much outside of the hotel there were enough facilities that you didn’t have to leave. I would stay here again!

Waiting for a flight”
I fly in and out on a red eye. When I fly in, I walk across the street. About 500 Yards, and check in about 1:30. After a good sleep, I eat a giant free breakfast, take a swim in the pool, and have a shower. I leave before noon, and feel refreshed when I get to Granada or San Jan del Sure in the early after noon. And flying out, I check in and swim and eat great food instead of waiting in the airport for my flight.

it would be very long to explain all the little things that happened, in the end i would say the personal just did not care. of course there was a language barrier but really i’ve been in the country for a month or so and only experienced that in this hotel.

Can't beat the location”
I especially liked that the hotel wasn't completely Americanized in that it had long outdoor hallways and courtyards and plenty of outdoor spaces, but it did have hot water and a/c so it was a nice half way point. They do love their A/C though- make sure to take a wrap or jacket to the restaurant. Being able to wheel out luggage right across the street for a 6am flight couldn't be beat. Prices were, of course, higher than we paid elsewhere in country but we found a lower price on a discount site online so paid $70 for a King room. It was advertised as a $70 King Suite for the same price as a standard room. We ended up in a Standard room anyway. Didn't question it because we weren't going to be there long enough and it was plenty of space, but that was the only issue. Otherwise, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant (besides being cold) had large portions and plenty of choices. We will stay there again for sure.
