It is a really good small hotel, which is quite close to the conter London. The room was really nice and clean, the barthroom as very big. I will introduce to my friend when they come to London next time.

Clean hotel, but a bit of a walk to tube stations”
I booked this hotel for easy access to the theatre district in London. While it is within walking distance to tube stations, the 20 minutes was not very convenient with luggage or late at night. The hotel is on a fairly busy main road, & not near many amenities. This hotel was comfortable & clean. Breakfast options are either continental (a substantial buffet including fresh pastries) or full English. All in all, the hotel is better suited for someone with a car &/or for business meetings/conferences.

Good economic option for London”
stayed in a triple room, very reasonable room rate, but you need a car ideally, as the hotel is far from underground. We stayed in a disabled room, while the room would be great for a disabled person, we did not like the bathroom as it had a very small sink and the shower splashes everywhere.

Overall a very good experience traveling for business, felt treated as a king by the professional staff. However the rooms needs to have a bit of investment put in, cables hanging, noise addressed properly etc But thank you :)

No chance to get them fixed nor change rooms. room extremely cold and noisy. unable to get any sleep first night at hotel. unattended claim for compensation with the hotel, provided that the booking was not directly. Waiting for refund: 25 % of the total price paid for four nights stay at hotel.

But.... the matress is really old and need to be changed. And also, there was no glass door in the shower and we had to put many towels on the wet floor. The room was clean and quite and very friendley staff

This hotel has no consistency in their services and after staying with them for eight nights it was very obvious. We were well received on arrival and then subsequent encounters with the staff were ‘hit or miss’., and the luck of the draw. For an eight night stay the bedsheets and pillow cases were not changed at all. The room was not well cleaned and there were days when amenities were not replenished. The worse that could happen, happened. We had a two hour blackout on Christmas Eve from 5.30 pm and we were literally left ‘in the dark’. No one came up to the room to check how we were or offer information or updates or even flashlights to ensure we could still see around the room. I wrote to the hotel and now a week later they have not replied. The hotel itself is quite conveniently located and the general facilities are fine but there is no quality of service delivery in the room product which is quite shabby.

Busszal a belváros jól megközelíthető, csak napközben számolni kell a dugóval (40-50perc). Szobaméret, fürdő rendben, a takarításon lenne mint fejleszteni. Szennyvízszag valóban van, de elviselhető mértékben volt nálunk. Az standard szobában 140cm széles ágy van... csak nagyon nagyon olcsón éri meg.

Only good point was the staff”
When we entered the corridor outside our room we were hit by a really strong smell of bleach. When we opened the door to our room the smell of bleach was much stronger and it made our eyes water. I rang reception to ask for another room and there weren't any, when I asked about the bleach, she said they may have had to do a deep clean. The rooms are tired, and so were we after sleeping in those beds and being woken up at 7 am by cleaning staff.
