nice staffs, they upgraded me to bigger room with sea view on 28/F. I have stayed here for 7 days quarantine. When I ordered food delivery, they immediately delivered to my room. I can see the sunrise everyday since my room has nice sea view. That made my quarantine days not that depressed.

Spacious rooms ”
3 stops from Central by train a few minutes walk to HKU station. The rooms at this hotel are bigger than most hotels in Hong Kong and are fairly priced. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks and I had a pleasant stay. I’ll definitely come back

Perfect hotel for quarantine except wifi”
I really appreciated my room. It was much more spacious than any regular hotel room in HK, especially at this price. Lots of storage & furniture. The only problem was the poor wifi connection. I solved the problem by purchasing a data simcard and using hotspot from it.

The hotel is really nice. I stayed here 21 days for quarantine and I was so happy that the rooms at Best Western Plus are extremely spacious, especially compared to the Hong Kong standard. Will be happy to stay here again in the future for non-quarantine purposes.

Although they do not come and clean the room, it said upfront due to Covid situation. You are free to collect the your water, and bathroom item at the lobby. For the price i paid, the room is very very spacious for Hong Kong standart. Front desk is also very helpfull on the question i ask. Thanks

Great value for such a big room”
During these rough times in HK, many hotels have become cheaper including Best Western Plus. It was a great value for the size we got (free Upgrade to deluxe room) . The rooms were clean and tidy, but need to ask for towels. It's in a super convenient location. It takes around 5 mins to walk to Sai Ying Pun MTR or HKU MTR. Diagonally across from the hotel are buses that takes you to the HSR West Kowloon Station and to the airport. When coming from the airport, you just need to take A10 or A12 to get to the hotel (with some walking). So 👍👍

I want to thank Stephen, night mgr who was so kind in helping us with room swap. My daughter had booked here for long term stay until March. As you know, the corona virus had been overwhelming and everyone is very sensitive about cleanliness and germs. BW is a old hotel but stands in great pride for its tradition and loyalty staff. I myself grew up in the area as a child and moved to US. Never less I have remained carrying the tradition of old HK. BW room is spacious. It does have room for improvement as I find cleaning lady in the morning shift are not detailed. The pm lady is much more responsible. Overall, the mgr there including Kevin wong and Kevin fu who also had helped me with WiFi problems are very kind. Thank you.

We stayed here for a mandatory 14 days quarantine. In addition to a lot of space, the room has excellent aircon, a large comfortable bed, and a great living room area in the middle. Unfortunately the staff were not all stellar. The concierge the first night was argumentative when we asked him to receive a confirmation code from a food delivery app on the hotel phone because neither of us had a Hong Kong SIM card. He tried to convince us to leave the room and go out and buy a SIM from a convenience store. When I pointed out that under our quarantine conditions this action risked a massive fine and jail time he insisted that the location tracking system is 'not that accurate'. After a heated discussion he reluctantly agreed to receive the text and give us the code so we wouldn't starve. I also argued with a manager who refused to let someone microwave food for us and basically called me a liar when I told her another staffer had previously done this. Overall, a good stay though!
