Super comfort and service”
Booked my dad overnight for his work-related travel. He was exceptionally satisfied, especially since he is used to staying in 5-star hotels and travelling locally and abroad. He was very pleased about the space, comfort, cleanliness and all available amenities that cater to picky travelers. The room with full bathroom was very spacious, well-provided with necessary supplies such as towels, toiletries and linen. Staff were incredibly gracious and polite, most of all consistent in their demeanor of sincere customer service. Location is perfect, because the hotel is in the midst of the city, everything is accessible. My dad liked it so much that he intends to bring us to Cebu and stay at this hotel instead. WIFI was also consistently available and super fast. Morning buffet was fresh and tasty with a great amount of selection. Keep up the great work, Lex Hotel Cebu team!

Best Ever”
I choose Lex hotel bcoz its near from where I need to be. Ive been to few hotels in Cebu but Lex hotel is yet the best Ive been to. It exceeded my expectations, I thought its a usual hotel like others but it amazes me every corner of the hotel. I have booked the king size bed which was so huge for just only me sleeping in it, really comfy. Hall ways are carpeted and the room floor as well. Big bathroom with complete toiletres: mini lotion, vanity kit, dental kit, mini bar soap, shampoo, condition, gel wash, bathrobe, hair dryer. Full size mirror, mini ref, safe box, alarm clock, 4 pillows, slipper, notepad & pen, coffee, sugar, creamer and water. Last but not the least the infinity pool with a 90° city view at the roof deck, superb. And the most important is the breakfast buffet, excellent! Staff are really kind & accomodating. I would definitely recommend the hotel, best by far. Thank you Lex hotel for the wonderful stay I had.❤🤗 Definitely be back next time. God Bless!

Room is Big, Clean, Cozy, with good facilities, good city views esp from the roofdeck. Linens are so comfy. Cable TV has a lot of channels to choose from. I love the Outdoor Channel. Location is great, walking distance to restos and public commute lines. Buffet has good spread of rice, assorted Filipino breakfast faves, including eggs, danggit, ham, bacon, pastries, salad, cereals, desert. Try their Binaterol (Tablea) Hot Choco drink, aside from coffee. Staff are nice, courteous l, friendly and attentive to guest’s needs. Roof deck has a modern pool which overlooks the city, a small bar and some tables for dining. It turns into a Karaoke Bar during Fri & Sat. I had fun singing and partying even with perfect strangers, while taking my dinner. I will definitely want to go back to Lex Hotel Cebu! Thank you!

Relaxing and Easy stay ”
The staff was super friendly at check in and check out. The breakfast buffet was delicious and also the servers are very attentive. The rooms are very clean and the shower is so relaxing. Nice rooftop area and pool and fun karaoke night. I would definitely recommend to others visiting Cebu. And we would stay here again. I believe Lloyd was very helpful to us at early check in and the ladies who’s names I can’t remember at the roof are also so friendly . Keep up the good work!

My favorite hotel in Cebu”
I just have to say - they have the nicest hotel staff, they're really what makes your stay special. They let us leave our bags before check in time so we can go do our activities. Always accommodating and warm. Great rooftop pool, relaxing. Although the drinks are pretty expensive for what you get. I ordered a long island iced tea and I got rum and soda. Basic buffet breakfast. Selection is limited than what it was before. I got a basic room. Absolutely no natural light coming in because what tiny window the room had opened directly into another wall.

Lex hotel has great staff. Front desk when you check in is very welcoming. Very friend and accomodating staff from the Reception for breakfast buffet to the staff in the pool area. The room we checked in was nice, clean and perfect size. Pool was perfectly situated that it had shade for part of the pool and allowed sunlight for the other part. Outdoor furniture was great. Will definitely check in when I am back

Lex Hotel is located at the heart of Cebu City where restaurants, malls and etc. are accessible. What I love about Lex Hotel the most is their staff! Kudos to chef who went out his/her way to prepare separate vegan viand for me although they have french bread, jam and salad I can eat. I also love my room which has a big bed and clean. The Lex Hotel checks every box regarding what you want in a great lodging experience. The staff is top tier and professional. The location is great as you have access to shopping, dining, quick tours, and views. The hotel is extremely clean and the Facilities or top notch. If there was anything that I can say there will be an improvement for this hotel would be, It would be to either update or start a Customer rewards program. I'm gonna be back there again in a few weeks and this will be my main home base Hotel of choice when I come to Cebu.

One of the best place to stay...”
You will be greeted with courteous smiling guard and hotel staffs. Fast check-in and they allowed us early check-in. Nice big lobby area. We stayed on the 9th floor and got a nice city view. The room is big and clean. Breakfast is delicious. There was a nice pool on the deck which we enjoyed.

I love the tub”
One reason why i chose this hotel is when i see the bathtub in the pictures. I always wanted to stay in a room with a nice tub. And only few hotels in cebu has this. Location is convenient. But parking space is pretty small. Buffet is ok but not many choices. Room is clean and spacious. Staffs are very accomodating. I just wish that they also offer toiletries that we could take for remembrance not the ones in big bottles which we couldnt take

I stayed at 3 hotels in Cebu city/Lapu Lapu. This hotel is far and above the best hotel and it’s a very reasonable price. We had our room for a 3 day stay and when our plans changed we rebooked for another 2 days for the same price. Then we had a getaway planned at another resort far away and we liked it so much we booked it for the last few days of our vacation after the getaway. The room, pool, staff, location and everything was nothing less than amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a 10/10.

Best Value for the Price”
There's a saying that goes 'You get what you pay for.' This doesn't always goes with the negative but also with positive outcome. This hotel is not cheap but it's not that expensive either. For what you pay, you get your money's worth. During this trip, I've hopped around in different hotels in different areas of Cebu and Bohol. When I first drove in, the door man greeted us and helped us with our luggage. Then the bell desk guy came to help and loaded up our bags in their cart. The Front Desk agent was very friendly, and it was a smooth check in process. The room is modern, clean and in good shape. The bathroom had a stand alone tub, and huge walk in shower. The housekeeping ladies were great. Our stay included breakfast for 2 adults, and my 6 year-old son was free. Food was decent, and they had a lot of options. The eternity pool at the top deck was also plus. There's plenty of dining options in the neighboring area at walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended. Good location, excellent customer service”
Its our second time booking at this hotel. We arrived in Cebu early from Manila last June 15th. We were tired and sleepy, and my 2 y/o son was fussy. We tried our luck for early check in and they were able to accomodate us at 10am which is 4 hours earlier than the normal check in. Breakfast was good, but would be better if they can keep the food replenished instead of having to wait. Christian (at the restaurant) provided excellent customer service. Rooms are decent, good mattress, spacious bathroom. The staff are very helpful. We would stay there again next tine we visit Cebu. Highly recommended.
