Great location”
The Best Western Plus Universal Inn had a GREAT location. Just a $7 Uber ride away from Universal Citywalk. They also had a free shuttle which I took everyday going to Universal Studios. Great value - hotel stay comes with FREE HOT breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. Nothing fancy, but it filled me up until lunch at the parks! I would stay here again for sure!

I arrived early and they allowed me to check in a bit early, which was very much appreciated. I loved my room, the fact it was very clean and quite was a plus, however I think the price was a bit high. Unfortunately I didn't get to reserve in advance like I usually do which then offers a bit of a savings but all in all, good deal for last minute travels. LOVE the little bar across the way, great food, reasonably priced drinks, cannot hear their music from the room which is a plus. There is also a Walgreen's and several other amenities near this hotel which is a plus for when you forgot something! Bed was comfortable, room was clean, what more can you ask for!

Awesome location! Its Across the road to universal. You can sign up for a bus to take u to the park and save on parking. There's places to eat around in walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was really good too.

Theme Park Shuttle was a little misleading”
I chose to book this location instead of staying on property at Universal as it was a little bit cheaper and they advertise shuttle service to the park. I thought that this meant regular shuttle service throughout the day, but its actually just one time in the morning and one time in the evening. We used uber services instead and the additional cost means that I actually spent more staying here than if we had stayed at Cabana Bay as we had originally planned. I would only stay there again if they start offering shuttles every hour or every thirty minutes, something more reasonable for us to work around.

Perfect location for universal studios and multiple restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean but the beds were a little harder than I prefer. I will definitely stay here again!

The service was good. Not happy with cleanliness. Rust in the bathtub. They painted over what looked like water damage. We booked for 2 nights. Every hotel I have stayed at has changed the sheets, they did not. When I went to fix the mattress the morning we were leaving, there was hair, lint, and who knows what else on the box spring on the side againt the wall. On the side of the bed by the wall on the carpet there as a cliped nail that was not ours, noticed it when we were leaving. Good thing we were slippers the whole time. Pillows were also horrible, soggy, small, and worn out, but they were clean.

Room 308 AC was not working properly for 3 nights we stayed there.. my kids would sweat when the AC would auto shut off for a long time before it goes on again

Walking distance to universal studios. We actually let our 14 and 15 year old teenagers walk there in the morning. Close to a beer ale restaurant where you can eat outside. Breakfast great value.

This is my hotel for the next travel to Universal park”
Excellent attention and kindness of the employees. The room was very clean. No shuttle to parks due to COVID, but the parks are walking distance. We enjoy the walk to the park. We when to the parks first week of April so temperature was very kind. Walking distance food restaurants in the same area. To end my family enjoy the hotel.

En términos generales bien, la ubicación es excelente si vas a Universal Studios, hay buenos restaurantes alrededor. En relación al hotel debo decir que cumple, pero hay restricciones por el Covid, el desayuno es muy básico, no hay transporte a los parques y la limpieza es a petición, todo esto a considerar, en mi caso me pude adaptar.

Hotel bien placé pour universal studio”
L'hotel est bien placé par rapport au parc universal studio. Il a un parking gratuit. L'intérêt est qu'il y a une navette gratuite qui vous amène au parc et vous ramène. Il est situé juste à coté d'un bar restaurant, et restaurant chinois et japonais, pas besoin de prendre la voiture

Goed hotel voor een redelijke prijs”
Vriendelijk personeel en nette en schone hotelkamers. Verzorgd en compleet ontbijt ( bij de prijs inbegrepen), alleen relatief weinig zitplaatsen. Dus op tijd naar het ontbijt, anders loop je kans dat je niet kan zitten en dat je ergens anders je ontbijt moet nuttigen. Winkels, restaurants en take aways op loopafstand. Universal studios is ook op loopafstand (20 minuten), zover ik heb begrepen is er geen transfer hier naartoe.
