It is located close to Sonasi Market, so it is a good location to go to the cable car in the south and the Grand World in the north. The size and depth of the pool are also prepared for all ages. It is also the best beach location for watching the sunset. However, the sea water is a bit muddy, making it difficult to see inside.

Stayed here 3 nights during Viet New Year Jan 2023. In my opinion it is not a 5 Star resort, more towards a 4 Star or 4.5 Star. My original room had an issue with the air conditioning, the temperature was 27c Deg and the temperature control on the wall was hard to work out how to lower the temp. After 40 mins the temperature did not drop below 27c Deg. Had a maintenance guy try to fix it twice and said the temp should drop in 10 to 15 mins. Temp didn’t drop, I waited 40 mins. I rarely complain but I like my air conditioning to be working. I asked for a room change but was told there was NO rooms like mine available due to New Year. After complaining to Management suddenly a room was available but not the same as my original room and the temperature in that room was also 27C. Complained again Vigorously, was given a 2nd room similar to my original room and the temp was 22C. Although the matter was resolved and staff and management apologised for the problem, it doesn’t deflect from the fact I spent 5 hours changing rooms instead of spending that time on the beach and enjoying the facilities of the resort. Complained to Agoda, hopefully will get some compensation. As far as the rest of the resort, facilities were good, pools are good the beach was clean and good. The staff were friendly, location was good, with shops across the road, breakfast buffet was ok, with Vietnamese food good. Dinner buffet was good. The restaurant was good and clean. 4 Stars only. As I had to complain about my room change

Nice pool, beautiful beach, friendly stuff! First, I like the entrance, it is high wall open entrance, very gorgeous. Then, love the beach, many beautiful spots for Instagram stories and pictures. Finally, breakfast, very delicious, loved making Pho and Banh Mi by my self, and lots of fruits to choose.

Best Western Premier exceeded my expectations from the moment I left the arrival terminal at Phu Quoc to find a friendly driver the hotel sent to pick me up to the very professional reception I received at hotel . All the staff and managers have been very welcoming. They accommodated my request for sea view and the room was very luxurious definitely 5 stars all the way .The hotel is fairly new so you can imagine how perfect it was . This was after the most recent outbreak of covid and while some hotels did not have a buffet BWP had a full buffet as well as an extensive menu you could order from .So regardless of what you prefer for breakfast the hotel will be able to accommodate. The quality and taste of the food was top notch . Obviously with covid there are some good deals around but what I paid and what I got was out of this world Would recommend to anyone to stay here and almost forgot to mention they have amazing swimming pools as well as direct excess to the ocean

The rooms are clean and properly maintained. The staff are great, they are all willing to help to attend all your needs. During our last day, we weren't able to catch the shuttle bus to airport and the hotel arrange a shuttle bus of us for free. Pools are clean and the beach front is also amazing. Definitely the best place to relax and unwind from the busy city.

I came with my collegue. We had a great trip at Best Western. No need to go anywhere since you have everything around from good food inside BW to a few good restaurants around. You also have a CV nearby. The staff is helpful and smiley, and professional too. I love everything here. And one more point, near the airport, so it saves you a lot on taxi.

31st of December and 1st of January we asked for water at the pool and at the beach sun loungers and they hadn’t.they said water finished.costumers were upset.all the 4 days we stayed there nobody came to take order at the beach sun loungers.we had to go to the pool bar to order and after that to wait long time to receive the things we ordered.cleaning service in the room is average.the resort is 5 star resort and a big investment.but they don’t know how to run it.also many employees don’t speak English.
