We like the Best Western Brand as we can always rely on them being to a satisfactory standard. This one did not disappoint even thought they are currently undergoing renovations. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and obliging. Exceptional staff training. This hotel is well placed for visitors going to the Canaveral Space Centre. We enjoyed or tour and would recommend it.

Great place, great location”
We stayed here for a few days so we could go to the Kennedy Space Centre. We arrived by bus and the location was excellent. Right next to the service station where we got dropped off. The hotel room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was included and had a good selection of food. There was a Walmart within walking distance for any supplies that we needed. The restaurant there was one of the best we have ever been to. The serves where huge and there were not too many people leaving without a box of leftovers. The prices were also reasonable. We needed a taxi/shuttle to get us to Kennedy Space Centre and were given a card for Best Taxi & Shuttle (Joe) who was excellent. He agreed to pick us up in the morning and afternoon and again the next day for a set rate. He was on time and went out of his way to accommodate our requests. Would definitely recommend this hotel and Joe.

Stayed for three nights, room was clean and tidy. Breakfastarea was a bit crowded and noisy in the morning but I could also have my breakfast outside the breakfast area.

Rooms felt dirty, bathroom had rust on the floor, shower curtain didn't keep the water in. Bathroom was very small. Sink faucet was too close to back of sink so it was difficult to wash my hands.

This hotel is not clean but convenient in location. Every time I stay at this hotel I always encounter someone else’s hair in the shower, on towels, on the sink and on the floor. It is hit or miss when it comes to the smell and bugs all in all of you can afford to go some where else GO THERE.

They tried twice to put us in a different room than we reserved. Our feet were blackened from walking on the tile floor in the room. Mold under the toilet rim. I shouldn't have pre-paid.

They charge a lot of money for their rooms the floors are very dirty up under the bed is trash the shower have hair stuck to the wall the toilet smells like urine is bef code inforsment needs to come and make them clean it up fast

Great every time I have stayed here”
I have stayed at this hotel every time I came to Florida to look for a home here. The hotel staff is always willing to help, including making connections with my moving company. The rooms are clean, well taken care of, the beds are very comfortable and the WiFi and Flat screen TV with cable has a lot of choices to watch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The full breakfast was shocking and delicious. Breakfast usually consist of coffee and muffins at most hotels so to have actual food (eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, etc) was a great surprise. The area to me as a visitor felt a bit sketch but I would stay again as I was just over-reacting. The staff was nice and helpful when looking for a place to eat.

Very convenient location for visiting Kennedy Space center complex. There are quite few dining option near by as the hotel is located Next to the local shopping centre. Close to petrol station too so good pit stop for road trip.

Dirty, filthy hotel”
It was a horrible experience. We’ve been given a room with a Super loud AC, it would have been impossible to sleep with this crazy noise. Nobody cared at the front desk, not an apology or someone to offer a solution. I requested to move room but it was not appreciated. I have been given 2 full beds instead of the king that I paid extra for. The new room was right next door to the previous. So we could still hear the AC being loud. Rooms are far to be cleaned with filthy smell, bathtub full of hair.... it is not worth what I paid !! I wanted to give a try to best western but it was a mistake!

L Habitación por 180$ q nos ofrecieron no es la q muestran en la foto. La pequeña q nos dieron vale menos de 100$, solo tiene una silla, lámpara rota, mobiliario muy desgastado, TV no permite HDMi, Aire acondicionado solo se puede poder entre 22-24°C, ropa de cama muy desgastada. Mininevera muy ruidosa.
