reasonably priced good location and bravo breakfast”

this is my 2nd time to this hotel。 I love the location (several mins to jr station) and attractive breakfast, especially you are difficult to find restaurant with breakfast in yonezawa. I will stay again next time.

Best Western The Japonais Yonezawa”

Good service

Room size is OK to stay 2 persons in a room but it's a little small if you're not small. Anyway facility in a room is excellent especially for coffee lover, coffee machine is available in your room! Location of the hotel is just 5 minutes walk from train station. Even backpack travellers can stay in this hotel conveniently. Front desk service supports us very well.

Great breakfast buffet”

Rooms are typical Japanese businessmen type, small, clean, comfortable and efficient. A good, simple Japanese breakfast was included in my stay. A short walk from the train station in a quiet residentual neighborhood. Around the corner is a nice strip mall with a DAISO.

smoking room was dreadful... smell took days to get out of our clothes...small room as expected... wouldn't return... but Japanese bbq restaurant in town and helpfulness of staff was great.

駅から近く安い”

今回高畠に用事があり最寄りの米沢に宿泊しました。 駅から5分以内で、直線では行けませんが、２４H営業のイオンも裏にあり、場所的にはとても良いです。 価格も安価で朝食付き、大浴場もあります。個人的に良かったのは、大浴場の隣にある無料のマッサージ機で疲れた体をケアー出来ました。今回15時にチェックインしたのですぐに大浴場に入りたかったのですが、15：00-17：00に入れず少し残念でした。また大浴場は0：00～5：30にも入れませんがこれはあまり影響はありませんでした。(大浴場は男性のみで女性は部屋のにしか入れませんので注意）

コストパフォーマンス最高”

交通の便も良く、お隣にちょっとしたショッピングモールがあるので、便利ですね。 無料の朝食もお勧めです。

全体的に良いホテルですが………”

全体的な評価は良いと思いますが、エレベーターが一つなので長いと5分程度待つ場合があります。あと大浴場が男性用だけです。ちなみ炭酸カルシウム温泉です。女性には不満があるかもしれません。Wi-Fiも弱めでした。それ以外は良いホテルだと思います。朝食はコロナのためお弁当でした。

2度めの利用”

とてもいいホテルなのでまた宿泊しました。　スタッフの対応がとてもよくおすすめします。　ただ設備で気になる点がいくつかありましたので今後のために書いておきます。　 １．エアコンの冷暖房の切り替えができない。空調設備がそういうタイプなので仕方ないですが、部屋ごとに独立制御できるようにしてほしいです。 ２．空気清浄機が破損しておりフィルターもひどい状態だった。 ３．換気が悪いので窓を開けたかったが、開かないよう細工されている。
