it was very cheap comparing other hotels. and location is really in the town. everything is in walking distance in 5mins. and wifi was good. only thing is staff cannnot speak english. but has wifi. no Thai sim. no problem. can use google translate. they do exchange money also. it was my second time to stay. if i go betong again, will stay here again.

The bed is so uncomfortable, but if you're only back to hotel to sleep, then you don't mind for it. but this is really a budget hotel and do not expect it like a grand hotel or so on. but thanks to the staff who were so friendly in helping to guide you all over the city. Thank you Abang & kak.

Booked a room with double bed for 2 person, get a super single bed instead of Queen bed which is small and not comfortable for 2 person. Ask for another room but need to add money. Cannot refund money.

Feel cheated by hotel. Booking 3 rooms (Twin beds) for 4 adults but given 3 rooms with 1 single bed each room. Hotel agreed for cancellation of booking, as we not ultilised it but we have to make claim from Agoda. End up no refund.

betong hotel should not be called a hotel. it was utterly eerie, dirty, out-right goosebumps-inducing. i had to use this place out of no choice as it was a last minute booking across the weekend. booked for 5 nights, stayed 2 and literally dashed out on monday morning once i was able to get a hotel booking at Mandarin

It is the worst hotel I experienced. not as the picture showed in agoda. The bed and the blanket (rather called is a towel) is old and very Dirty. I would like to attached photo here but seems no this features on agoda. We have goose bump when walked up to the staircase and step in the room.It suddenly no electric when my brother took shower and I asked the reception lady she said yes the whole hotel no electric and checking. Luckily we still manage to get a hotel room in the town so immediately we check out here. That is heaven. Noticed that some betong hotel may not published on the booking or agoda website but they much more nicer. If not peak season you may can just walk in and book.

Terrible stay”
The hotel is very old, we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, both room have old bad smell, the air inside room is very bad. Bedsheet have stain. We can't find any other hotel at first night, so we suffer there the whole night and we strictly move to other hotel the next day. Very bad Agoda experience.

Even with reservations , the reception refused to give us our room ”
The female receptionist refuse to give us our room as she said Agoda didn’t pay her yet so she have the rights to not give us our room even we booked the rooms and even paid the money already instead she let the room to other people who have already paid her by cash and the receptionist attitude is very bad in the end I didn’t even get to stay in agoda and I still need to find another hotel last minute. Can I get a refund back?
