Great hotel, very friendly staff and perfect location. Loved the saunas! Just one down side for such a big hotel the swimming pool is just too small, half of it used for swimming classes , it was 8 of us , and it was tight to swim. All 5 stars overall but swimming pool to small. Would return on couple stay,not so much as family stay

Building on a busy road so not the prettiest views but location was good as near bars and restaurants. Staff were just lovely from the cleaners to reception to the chef. The spa pool could do with a teeny bit of maintainence but it wasn’t bad. The hotel itself is a bit dated but as long as it’s clean and staff are friendly then decor doesn’t matter too much. Thank you

Lovely hotel but not happy with Spa the waters cold and steam room was not available. Showers were not working properly. Not happy, we especially booked this hotel for the spa facilities and could not enjoy.

Curate's Egg! ”
First class staff. Excellent food. On site parking. Excellent bed. But. Our room was desperately in need of a make over! Old furniture, missing drawer handle, worn out taps, aged fittings, new bathroom long overdue. Noisy aircon. Room 2 star only. Shame.

Hotel quality has dropped dramatically ”
For £100 per night I do not expect the deluxe room to be in the standard it was. Movement in in the bath when you step in, two major chips in the bath, the quilt was badly stained, bath panel loose. I could go on. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
