Perfectly located”
The breakfast was delicious and the chef asks you how you like your omelet. We had a great time, although is extremely well located it was very quiet. Totally will go back and stay in the same hotel. The staff is amazingly kind and empathic.

Good location, big rooms, but pool dirty”
I booked this hotel to cap off our trip to Mendoza and picked it because of some of the extra facilities like the rooftop pool compared to some other similar priced options. I know it's a small splash pool, but it was a big let down as it was dirty (couldn't see the bottom) and there were no umbrellas (apparently broken) for sun protection. When asked to about pool cleaning, the staff promised to run the pool filter but it never happened. The room was big, bed comfortable, and well cleaned by the staff, but the bathroom with no ventilation tended to get a little smelly. Breakfast was fine. Not great, but not bad. The location is good, within walking distance to a lot. There is a little wine bar very close - La Chinitas. Don't miss it.

can only comment on the hotel that we were updated to: the diplomatic. the service we were given at this hotel was second to none. the room was lovely, with a stunning view of the andes. the room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. there was free wine-tasting in the lobby and a very helpful concierge that recommended a wine tour to us. there was a great selection for breakfast too.

Good stay”
The location of the hotel is great. Across from the Plaza Italia. Very close to the central Independencia Park which is a large welcome green space surrounded by streets with a wide choice of restaurants. The swimming pool on the roof has a great view of the city and the mountains to the west. Look for the huge crucifix in the foothills. THe pool is big enought to relax in and the roof is great for getting some sun. Mendoza is clean and easy to get around in. After crossing the Andes from Chile it was a good hotel to relax in. Avoid the first floor rooms, they are dark.

Beautiful hotel, but horrible service!”
I can't believe that such a physically beautiful hotel could have such horrible service. I expect to write to this hotel to complain of its service failures.

La estancia en el hotel fue aceptable. Falta mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones, en especial del baño y algo malo para destacar es que el hotel no cuenta con una cochera propia, solo una terciarizada a una cuadra y media.

Hôtel très bien situé. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Bon petit-déjeuner et jolie piscine sur le toit.

Executive hotel”
Cet hotel ne déçoit pas, tant par son accueil très chaleureux, sa localisation au centre de Mendoza et donnant sur la place Italia, sa salle de restaurant très accueillante, son buffet du petit déjeuner. N'ayant pas utilisé la salle de gymnastique et la piscine, je ne peux donner un avis sur ces prestations gratuites de l'hôtel
