Отель отлично расположен в 5 минутах ходьбы от Парка Мира, рядом трамвайная остановка, откуда можно уехать на вокзал. Отель с большим холлом, уютный, чистый, большие удобные номера. Предлагаются 2 варианта завтраков: в европейском и в японском стиле. Мы брали европейские завтраки, которые были превосходными. Рекомендую этот отель всем!

Amazing invasion Of Hiroshima”

The hotel is very nice and clean with courteous staff. It is centrally located and near the Peace Memorial Park, shopping district and Hiroshima Castle. There is a starbucks coffee shop nearby and a convenience store. I am highly recommending this hotel for first time traveler in Hiroshima, Japan.

Tiny and outdated”

The rooms were really small and the electronics within quite outdated. There was no room to even open our suitcases without occupying the entire corridor space next to be bed. We had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. The pictures on the website are misleading when it comes to room size. This being a hotel where people from around the world would visit, you would expect them to have international plug points - they did not. There is just one plug point near the bed. The other is hidden behind the TV and on the far side of the writing desk. Even if there are 2 slots in some, once you insert a travel adapter, you can't access the 2nd one at all. At the end of a trip in Japan, this hotel was both frustrating and just disappointing. Mercifully we were there for just a day.

ANA is located just nearby to atomic bomb peace memorial park, there was 一蘭ramen nearby, love this place

Space”

It seems that most of the hotels now in Japan are dividing up rooms and making them ridiculously small now. I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and liked it's larger rooms. Now they have joined the trend and cut up rooms to half there sizes. Anything less then 26 meters squared is just to small. As a couple we could not stand up together in the same room. Will be looking for new ways of finding reasonable acommodations in Japan for future trips.

Hiroshima”

Good location,old property,torn carpets/small rooms & smaller bathrooms.Food is overpriced.There are shops/convenience store/ATM on ground floor.Buffet Breakfast is good.Chinese Restaurant can’t do Peking Duck-avoid.

Rude staff”

Rooms are extremely small. Children (<20 years) not allowed in lobby-lounge, even if no other common areas are available.

Everything you need to purchase at the hotel is too expensive, including a bottle of mineral water in the fridge that cost me more than 300 yen. The building is a sort of antiquated, the bathroom has no recent facilities. Only did I appreciate that the employees were well trained, friendly, and always trying to help the guest. What amazed me most was that no shuttle bus to the airport stops at the hotel even if it is run by ANA.

Fantastic Amenities, Nice rooms, Great Views, Mediocre Bathrooms”

We stayed in a room with two twin beds facing south and the view and natural light was spectacular. The room was very clean and the bed was extra firm and comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful lobby, restaurants, and a roof top. The only thing that disappointed was the bathroom, which was a little small, somewhat outdated, and didn't have a ventilation fan that you could turn on and off, just one of those general draw ones that hardly keeps pace as you want it to. Other than that no complaints and had a wonderful stay - great value for the price!

Very Good Location”

Excellent location, near to Hiroshima's main attractions. Within walking distance from the Atom Bomb memorial and the memorial museum. Staff very polite and helpful.

Nice Hotel ”

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel is located 3 mins walk to streetcar station, 10 mins to train station and 3 mins to bus stop (take limousine bus to airport), very convenient, superb location. It is 3 mins walk to Hondori, the shopping belt there. Special hotel service is they provide bath powder and eye mask. Nice and value for money hotel. Will stay there in future.

The Best”

While on a daytrip to Hiroshima, my wife had a medical emergency and had to have surgery at Hiroshima City Hospital. We ended up needing to extend our trip for an extra week and stay in Hiroshima for 6 days at this hotel while she recovered in the hospital. It was a difficult time for us but this hotel was absolutely fantastic. We had a club room and maybe that's part of it (the room was huge with a gorgeous view) but it truly made our situation more tolerable. The staff was fantastic in every request I had of them. The neighborhood was great and very walkable. We loved the underground tunnels and shops. While our initial plans were not to stay in Hiroshima, the city and this hotel now hold a special place in our hearts.
