A bit expensive but worth it”
It is expensive, well everything in shibuya is expensive. But it was decent room. Small but have a space for luggage. Also they have complete amenties from sleepwear to slippers, which was very convenient. The subway station was just a 10 minute walk and also the shibuya shopping area is just a few minutes away. And many restaurants and convenience store nearby :-)

Very nice location”
There is not many cons to this hotel. The location was amazing. Family Mart and 7-11 are 1 minute walk. SHIBUYA CORNER and shopping is very close. Multiple subway lines are close. A bus express for Narita Airport (3100 yen) and Haneda Airport (1000 yen) is a 5 minute walk to Cerulean Tower. I will stay again as a solo. Rooms are small and the bed was a full. Could have bigger rooms and beds but did not ask

Great overnight lair in Shibuya”
If you want to enjoy a good night’s sleep from exploring Tokyo and the night party scene, the APA is a great option. Although the hotel seems a bit older than other APA hotels, the quality is still the same. This was evident during my stay because my room was very warm and the AC in the building had not been turned on. In a d/ifferent APA hotel, I experienced this same issue and the front desk was able to provide A/C to my room which made for a very comfortable stay. Also a bit pricey, but worth it due to the location. Would stay here again.

Cheap, small and comfortable”
Comfortable cheap small hotel. Good location, not too far from shibuya crossing. Cleaning require some attention but generally ok. Friendly and helpful front reception. Overall good impression.

Friendly Hotel Staffs, but Poor Management system.”
I would like to emphasize that the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. But how can the Hotel system captured wrongly for client's request? In my Agoda email receipt, it clearly stated NON SMOKING. How can the Hotel system got it wrong? Really not satisfied with the Hotel system. But I do not want to take away the fact that the staffs were very kind to me. So yes, 5 points for the hotel staffs, 1 point for the Hotel system.

Nice stay near the city center”
The rooms were relatively small however it’s clean and serves it’s purpose. If you just want a clean and affordable place where you can rest for the night then this is the right hotel for you.

Great location. Room a little small but you get what you paid. ”
Service not so good. Staff keep forgetting/ ignore what we requested before upon check-in. When we check with other staff, it seems like nobody know what you requested before. We have to request on the spot at the reception and get it done by ourself. But overall, great location and value for money.

Perfect location for a tourist”
We ate many times at the famous ramen house infront of the hotel. We enjoyed the walking distance shopping district town. A very good location especially for a tourist like us (we are Filipinos from the Philippines). We will definitely choose Apa Hotel again on our next Tokyo trip next year😊🙏🏻

Abit Small hotel ”
APA hotel has a good location in shibuya but please take note that there is a distance from APA to the popular spot of Shibuya - crossing road and shops. It is nearby mark city shibuya with 15 min walking distance. APA hotel room is quite small, it can't open up 2 luggage at the same time. but APA hotel is clean and bed is comfortable.

Location is great but the size of the room is quite small not much room for more than one big bag.”
Staff are mostly very good and welcome. The beds are small but quite comfy especially the pillows, they are very flat but surprisingly comfortable. Room are small, just enough space for one big suitcase.

Location good rooms small and dusty only one lift”
Rooms are okay size for Japan but still small. The room was so dusty from what I can see they don’t hoover the floor just use a lint roller. Only 1 lift in the hotel and no general stair access (emergency only) Location is really good.

Disapointing Elevator Maintenance ”
I stayed around late Jule 2019. In morning, there is a notification of elevator maintenance until 3 PM. So I decided to come back to hotel at night. I arrived around 9PM, but the maintenance still on going. There was only one elevator. My room is on 11 floor. I asked when the maintenance will finis, but the staff can't give an ETA. I decided to use the stairs. By the time I arrived at my room, the staff announced that the elevator has been fixed. What make me disappointed is the lack of second elevator in a such famous hotel and unable to give an ETA when maintenance will finish.
