Проживали в этом отеле 7 дней. Очень маленькие номера, даже некуда разложить вещи и пристроить чемодан. Убираются не очень: постель заправляют, халаты и полотенца меняют! Но пыль!!!! Не протирают!!! Пылесосят редко, пока не скажешь!!! Завтраки хорошие, но однообразные!!!

Small but clean and convenient room, in excellent location in Shinjuku”
Room is very small but just enough for two persons, it is nearly impossible to open two suitcases simultaneously, but for this price and location, it is of very good value. Room is clean and has all features that is required. Only thing that i missed was in-room safe. Please note that electricity plugs in room are not compatible with european type schuko plugs, and also hotel does not have adapters for rent/buy. So before trip make sure you have needed adapters for your devices! Wifi works good. Bathroom is small but is clean, funtional, and has good amenities. Hotel location is great. Lots of shops, restaurants, nightlife, arcades etc nearby. Family mart and 7-eleven conveniently nearby just outside door. Shinjuku station about 7 minutes walk. Top floor has onsen that is free for all guests. Room views are nice, we were in 26th floor. Breakfast is very good. I recommend this hotel if you want good quality and good value room in central location and small room size is ok for you.

Free public bath (onsen) for hotel guests”
It's easy to find this hotel due to it's tall building, located right behind the godzilla statue. There's family mart just across the hotel and it's 24 hours. Really recommended even for family stays. Very friendly staff, offered luggage delivery services. All amenities are Shiseido brand and room is very nice and clean. P.S. never complains about room's size in Japan, apparently they're small unless you're willing to pay for a bigger room. Other than that, everything seems good for me. Last but not least, their bathroom water is drinkable and they also provide me one bottle of mineral water everyday.

The Best are here!”
Location location location! Near the subway(yamanote line) , although you have to walk a bit from the airport train to this hotel (with luggage) but it's okay for us since everything your eye see are amazing. Everything is there the moment you walk outside of this hotel. 7/11, subway, Don Quijote, robot restaurant etc! just use your google map and everything is so easy. The hotel are small but super excellent! their toilet bowl is the automatic one and the toiletries are perfect! You can leave you things for a while at the lobby upon check out while you continue to shop. We will surely go back to this hotel and also recommend this hotel. Staff are also helpful.

View of Godzilla from the 28th Floor!”
Our room was tiny, but so efficiently designed we felt comfortable anyway. Conveniently located in the heart of everything, and the onsen on the 28th Floor was a great way to end the day after hours of walking. And bonus, direct view of the Godzilla on the top of Gracery Hotel from the window near the elevators. Breakfast was fulfilling, and check out took 3 secs. Great stay!

Convenient and Comfortable”
The hotel is really good. We went for the low floor twin deluxe, although we paid more as compare to the usual. The space and comfort was superb. The facilities were good and staffs were really friendly. The location of the hotel is also good as well as the area is still lively even at 12 and so on in the morning.

Nice location”
Hotel has been located at very nice location it very easy for walking from JR station to Hotel but you have to get more information map about Shinjuku Station before you travel as it a little bit big station if you know the area map then you can get to the hotel very easy and not too far but if you have no idea about the Shijuku map then you might exit the wrong gate that could make you walk for long distance to hotel. If you take a taxi to hotel it cost about 1000 yen. For breakfast , there are many food selection for breakfast and they brew a nice coffee which is bean from Columbia and Tanzania/Kenya.

Fantastic location in the heart of Shinjuku ! Surrounded by bars & restaurants, and easy walk to Shinjuku Stn. Small but perfectly formed rooms, that are kept perfectly cleaned. Great view from the top floors. Great wifi access. Fantastic reasonably priced hotel. Definitely recommend.

Search through a lot of hotels I must say this is most value for money in Shinjuku. This was the second time I stayed in this hotel. The normal double room can be quite small but this time i chosen deluxe twin room and its much better. It is near to dining area of Kabukicho and 7 mins walk to Subway and JR lines. The room amenities are great too. The only drawback is the pillow can be improved as it is too flat but overall good hotel!

Good location”
Good location, walk to Shinjuku station only 10 minutes. Booked higher floor with city view, very nice. They have a public bath area with a big warm water pool, very good after whole day walking. Breakfast is still OK, room not big but clean.

Satisfying”
Love the hotel. Everything felt lux given the space constraints. You have all the necessities you’d need in a room. Bed was comfy. I could fit my one luggage. You’ll be at the heart of Shinjuku. Walking distance to all the subway line, Gindaco, Halal Coco Curry, Restaurants, Don Quijote, Lawson, 7-11, Family Mart and lots of drugstores. Speedy check in and check out using Automated Machines.

It's not far from Shinjuku Station, walking distance to many restaurants, convenient stores and drugs stores. I personally love the public bath the most. One of the best facilities provided by the hotel. Although the room is slightly smaller, everything needed is provided. I will definiely choose this hotel again if I visit Tokyo in the future.

Great location, Tiny rooms”
Loved this location - near tons of restaurants and things to do! A little further from train station but not bad. About a 10-15 min walk. I only really minded the walk when the weather was bad! Otherwise these rooms are pretty tiny (which I expected) But these were even smaller than a room on a cruise ship haha. TINY bathrooms, but a nice big TV and a really nice onsen on the upper floor. It's located right next to this new nighclub called Womb which ended up being a lot of fun as well! Rooms were very clean and I loved the shampoo. I would recommend based on location/convenience. Just mentally prepare for the small rooms:)

Great value for the money!”
Good value. Room is small for a couple but everything you need is available in the room. Fully stocked toiletries, slippers, coffee, tea, mini fridge. Even have an in room air purifier! TV is huge.. likely 55"! Love the bidet toilet! Also loved the convenient location to a ton of restaurants, shops, pubs. Will definitely be back!

Central Location”
Location was everything for the place, whilst it’s not the closest to public transport it did have everything else available in the area. Restaurants, Movies, Karaoke, Games just within stones throw of the area. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you like to be close to all the action. Might not be suitable for young families given the area.

Good location , convenient”
Few mins walk to few exit of train station. Lot of restaurants nearby the hotel. Cleanliness of the room is good however jfi space is small barely enough for us to open up 2 medium luggage but i think that's almost the standard room size of hotel in Japan. Will definitely come back .

The hotel is located inside Shinjuku area, which is walking distance from all the shops and clubs. The hotel is a bit crowded. there is two convenience stores in front of the hotel. There are high floors which has a view of Tokyo city. The Shinjuku station is only a walking distance.
