Booked this hotel hours before our trip. Kinda tiring for us from Victoria to Vancouver but when we reached the hotel, the receptionist allowed us to check in early (11 am-ish), with no additional charge! They are very responsive through email, room is good for my husband and I, clean, love the extra pillows and towels! Location is good too. Not too far from places we needed to visit. Were expecting grab and go food but during our stay, we had buffet and they’re delicious! On our last day, I was sleeping and the alarm went on not sure what’s going on. I was calling the reception area 5x no one is answering maybe there is an emergency. Were about to check out but the alarm went off. Overall, I recommend Atrium! We enjoyed our stay. Lovely and friendly receptionist and cleaners! Thank youuuuuuu!

Clean, staff is helpful and courteous. Location is great, around lots of food options and small stores. Has underground parking! I went with my cat and she and I both loved it! If I have to go to Vancouver again I will definitely be staying here

Lovely stay”
It was on a big promotion so we had to just book it. Location was great, very close to Starbucks, Tim Hortons, CVS, liquor store, bakery and some restaurants. All in 5 mins walk distance. Since we were going to stay in the room for the whole time, it was a great decision. The only thing is the TV was not working. Overall, we had a relaxing night.

Frankly to say, I have traveled to Vancouver so many times and stayed in so many different hotels. Atrium of course can't compare with higher class 5 stars hotels....but as value for money, Atrium tops them all! Very good booking price vs good services, clean room, breakfast and underground very secured parkings. I will pretty sure I will book Atrium again for next travel!

Excellent value, close to downtown Vancouver”
Great deal including breakfast, convenient and safe parking. Rooms were clean with a large selection of TV channels. Hotel is on East Hastings, a bit too far for walking, nevertheless close to downtown. Starbucks and restaurants close by. Would always come back, thanks! T. from Germany

The room is quite big and clean. Good facilities, many restaurants and convenient store nearby. Staffs are good except the man black skin that counter staff call boss when I checked in. He did nothing even greeting. No any service mind.

Perfect value and great service ”
Pros: friendly staff and on major bus route, pub attached with great food, clean and comfortable room, close to restaurants a d numerous launderettes. Cons: a bit far from downtown area but you're also paying a third the rate.
