Старый отель около парка”

Старый отель в котором после открытия видимо ничего не меняли. Гудящий кондиционер, страшный фен времен 1ой Мировой, старые смесители. Особо хочется отметить жуткие кровати- довольно маленькая для двоих кровать, на которой не возможно спать из-за старых пружин. Им точно лет по 20! Натуральная панцирная сетка, которая проваливается в середину со всеми вытеающими последствиями для спины. В комнате только чайник из кухонного оборудования. Окна на дорогу вдоль парка, но звук неплохо держат. Вообще впечатление грустное. Коридор как из советского прошлого. Да и пешком до центра не дойти. Но до трамвая недалеко. Вокруг нет продуктовых магазинов.

Old rundown”

This was an awful experience. Firstly they tell us we need to pay $100 security deposit ,that went out years ago. Other places just hold your card number until you leave. Old fashioned and annoying. The room was old and needed repairs. It was smelly and the pillows were way to soft. The parking costs extra when they should include this in the price if they want people to stay. I wont be staying there ever again

Good location between city and St Kida - tram stop no 26 on st Kilda Rd then just. 5 min walk to hotel. Our room was decent size, comfortable king bed and lovley views over Albert Park Lake and golf course. No corner store or cafe close by!

Great place to stay, very courteous staff, rooms are well maintained and comfortable, excellent hot water pressure in the shower and we all know that is the key to excellent holidaying.

It’s a nice hotel, most of the staff are friendly and helpful but the it’s rooms etc are starting to look and feel a little tired. The rooms are clean and tidy but they are in need of a makeover and upgrade. If you don’t need to be in the CBD it’s in a great location virtually across from Albert Park. Booking via Agoda I got an extremely good rate which far out weighed the cosmetics of the rooms.

Great little boutique hotel ”

Firstly I would like to thank Duty Manager, Lee, for helping me with my double booking with Agoda. It happened because another Frontend staff made a mistake and told me I did not have a booking and I rebooked and paid for it without questioining. Immediately after check in, Edward, rang me to inform me of my double booking and Lee was kind enough to assist me to contact Agoda and resolved the issue immediately. I like the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Good amenities in the room. The hotel is far away from the city but close enough to commercial road so there are plenty of restaurants available nearby. I have stayed at Bayview Eden and I must say I prefer Bayview at the Park. Yes, I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

Not many hotels with car parking this close to the city, so makes this hotel an attractive, reasonably priced option. However the place is run down in parts and definately showing its age. Having said that, we are return customers and would stay again.

Great view of albert park. Big room with a comfy king bed and plenty of space to put your bag or sit and have a cuppa.

Weekend away ”

I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade when checking in with my daughter. Room was lovely with a comfortable bed and it was nice to be able relax in the armchairs. Pool looked amazing and I’m disappointed I didn’t have time for a swim. Maybe next time.

This is a great hotel st stay in when you need to go to the Vic Arts Centre, the Prahran Markets, and other destinations on the eastern side of Melbourne. Trams, easy asccess to the city by car. The team were very friendly and happy to help my husbannd and I, Terrific quiet little bar within the hotel with a great short menu Good for a snack and a drink when returning form a concert, shopping, etc

If you pay the bond with a debit/credit card it is $100 and will be returned in some days time. However if the bond is paid in cash, it becomes $200 and is returned on departure. Staff could not tell me why cash is a higher amount.

The only downside, carpets to be upgraded, musty smell & hairdryers to be replaced as they were dated & not working.
