The Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel is located just behind the scramble crossing at Shibuya station. Location wise it is fantastic, as you are close to the action, but on a slightly more quiet street. The rooms are very nicely appointed with magnificent views over Tokyo. My room looked directly towards Mt Fuji. Wonderful to wake up in the morning and gaze out at Fuji from bed. The bed was so comfortable - one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. After a long flight this hotel is amazing for a big sleep! The fitness facilities are great too if you want some down time. They are equipped with a gym, sauna, spa and pool. The staff were lovely too. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised by the standards of this hotel. It was truly 5-star, and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Tokyo.

great location, wonderful stay, and superb city view from the room”
upon arrival we were quickly usher to the reception. the staff quickly helped us with our luggages. we booked a superior king room on standard floor, as they were full, the staff was kind to let us have the same room type on executive floor. the reception staff was very helpful and gave us a list of places in shibuya for ramen n also recommended places for shopping and christmas lights. when we entered the room, we were delighted to have the city view. they gave us complimentary car park for a couple of hours before we return the car. we booked our airport limousine service through the concierge and it was really efficient. When we checked out, they took our luggages and told us we just need to b there at the stated time. they will help to load the luggages to the bus. everything was very prompt and service orientated. the room was comfortable with great bathing and coffee facilities. except for the last night, we kept hearing walls cracking sounds. doors wasn’t sound proof too

Great hotel near Shibuya Station ”
Stayed here for 10 days. Only short walk to Shibuya Station, the famous Shibuya Crossing, Hachiko statue, and the Shibuya shopping district. Room was large enough for the whole family (2 adults, 1 child, 1 baby) and 5 suitcases. It had a decent size dining table and it wasn’t even a suite room. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. After four nights, there was a small technical problem with our room and Mr. Hasimoto and his team worked quickly and happily to move us and all our many stuff to another (what it seems like a slightly upgraded) room in the middle of the night. No fuss no nothing. Excellent stay and would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I found this hotel to be perfect for a four night stay in Tokyo. Five minute walk from Shibuya Station. Rooms were comfortable, gorgeous and cleaned impeccably each day by a staff that was very welcoming and attentive.

Perfect hotel at a great price point”
The room was wide, for a 5 star hotel its price was very reasonable. The whole property was very posh and glamorous and the staff were polite and friendly. Great location a few minutes from Shibuya Station - I was able to catch a glimpse of some of the Shibuya Crossing from the hotel room. There are buses to and from the airport from this hotel as well, which is useful if you wanted to make it your first or last stop to your trip.

The view was incredible and the location was perfect for traveling around, with quick access to the station. Staff on the first door were very helpful while learning the area. The only thing truly lacking was the food service. Trying dinner for one night at one of the select hotels was pricey with barely anything to eat. We ended up using the 7 eleven most to eat a good meal instead, and any idea of trying the hotels food were dashed. A suggestion to put some sort of food catering for the middle class to eat as well? Besides that the beds were comfortable and cleaning services did a great job. It’s a great place to stay for almost all traveling needs.

Nice luxury hotel”
Stayed for four nights at the exec king. Overall an enjoyable stay. Room was spacious with a fabulous view of the city. Bed was standard king and could fit 2 adults and one young child. We have two boys and opted for an extra bed which was not cheap (about 9000 yen per night). As there was a sofa in the room, we put the bed next to it so it extends to ‘queen’ size bed for our boys. Staff were generous with extra pillows and quilt comforter. Hotel staff, from lobby reception, housekeeping, to butler, were all very polite and hospitable. We didn’t try the breakfast as it wasn’t in our package. Wanted to try at least one of the mornings but found the price too expensive.

Check in was hassle free. Was given an option to upgrade the room and to have access to the lounge by topping up. Did so and was not disappointed. Selection of alcohol, cocktails and food was good. There is a good offering of sake, wines and champagne. Rooms are well appointed. Views are amazing. The hotel has all one would need. A church, Dentist, clinic, convenience store, shops, array of restaurants, gym, indoor pool etc. They made a dinner reservation on my behalf. What struck me was their level of service. We booked the 6.40am Narita Express. Without us asking, the very efficient bellboy was at our door at 6.30am to Ensure that he had our bags, rushed us through check out and had the bus waiting for us. This was above and beyond his duty. Very impressive. Will stay here again when I am back in Tokyo.

housekeeping staff is very thoughtful. she arranged the things in the bathroom to my needs. i have my own hair products initially around the basin area, she arranged them up to the side shelf. our toothbrush is also placed nicely. overall is a good experience and i'm very satisfied.

Walking distance to Shibuya Crossing. Excellent hotel, English speaking staff who exemplified why Japanese hotels are so good on service. Our room was high and looked over central Tokyo and the light show at night was stunning. Room generous on size, very modern and in excellent condition. Thoroughly recommended!

Excellent Hotel with great amenities, wonderful staff and facilities. The room was exceptional as we upgraded to the Super King suite. Love all the amenities provided, the extra large room and the algae bath salt provided for baths. The Hotel sits right on the airport bus pick up which made it so convenient for us to travel back to the airport with our 5 suitcases and they didnt count the amount of suitcases we placed into the hold for transport unlike many other bus stations. The only thing that I would've liked is if the hotel was on the famous Shibuya crossing side (its on the other side) which made walking back and forth in 37 degree heat with 100% humidity in peak Tokyo summer a bit sweat drenching. The upgrade allowed us to have executive lounge access which was great - love tea and cocktail hour!

Very convenient location in the heart of everything. Walking distance to train station and shopping and eateries. Didn’t have the chance to eat in the hotel so can’t comment on that. Only one incident where we asked to book the airport limousine bus to the airport and they got us a mini van instead. Lost in translation.

Amazing location right by Shibuya station and shops, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very large and clean and the views were incredible. Not the most child friendly hotel (we travelled with our three year old) as no room service menu and some restaurants and the health spa didn’t allow her in. However the staff were always helpful and even gave her a small gift on check in and had children’s amenities in the room.

Unfortunately due to a delayed flight my wife and I were only able to stay one night. The room was great as were the staff and service. Very closes to the Shibuya Train Station, shopping, and Shibuya Crossing. We'd stay again.

This is my second time at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel. I love the the superior rooms. They have a lot of space and I love the shower/bath area. Rooms were clean and service was great. Would stay here again! Staying in Shibuya, was so close to everything within walking distance.

The staff was nice and informative, they had English-speaking staff to help us as well which is always a plus. Our room was very clean, and the close proximity to numerous convenience stores and the train station were very nice accommodations. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.
