Грязные , старые номера с ужасным запахом. Одноразовые тапочки- многоразовые и грязные так же как и халаты. Бассейн похож на лужу , помещения требуют реконструкции. Старый отель , не рекомендую никому это место.

BEST THERAPY”
checked in mid feb 2020. superior room with breakfast CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT -very smooth. they served ginger welcome drinks while at reception. deposit rm100 ROOM -superior in new building. modern interior. i love it. aircond n water functioning well. but no beautiful view from room since blocked by meeting room building. FACILITIES -got buggy to transport u everywhere around. -kids playroom, gym, petting zoo, free jacuzzi & sauna, also fishing! BREAKFAST - the weak point is here. not many choices for breakfast. even the food arrangement is worse. kucar kacir. nasi lemak kat depan. nasi goreng n kuey teow goreng kat belakang hujung. my husband at first also didnt find the fried rice. i'm sorry but i'm not satisfied with the breakfast here. STAFF all good. friendly. polite. helpful. starts from the guard till the cleaner VIEW MasyaAllah so pretty. unbelievable. must come here n look for yourself. recommended. LOCATION in cyberjaya. around 500m from the restaurants/7e/etc. hotel maybe can put extra pillow inside room since some pillow too soft n not enough 1 piece/person. and also put extra towels. room mention for 2 adults n 2 kids but only 2 towels in room so it is not enough.. thats all. best

A real oasis in the middle of the city”
I didn't expect to feel this relaxed in a resort in the middle of the city. There was a lot to do with the family. The pools were huge!! Breakfast was great. The surrounding was beautiful. Beds are comfortable, bathtub in the bathroom was a bonus. felt like a spa. Suitable for a short weekend getaway if you don't have the time to travel far from the city. The allowed us to fish at the pond within the hotel premises. And there was a huge notice that said: "Catch and Release". We caught a fish every 40seconds!! It was that easy. However, we noticed outsiders coming with families fishing at the pond too. And they took bucket loads of fish home with them.

Surprise Oval Shape Bath Tub”
We can’t stop lingering on the fact of how luxurious to stay in the superior chalet room. Please get yourself the pampering session, we tried milk bath + rose petals + lavender essential oils. Tadaa super relaxing and skin will really thank you. The bath tub is the highlight of the room. However, the swimming pool isn’t really our thing as the colour is very lake like. Haha. We just stayed in the room the whole day, ordered grab food and hit the sack. Beautiful stay. Breakfast was decent, I loved the porridge and the cereal counter. On the side note, we weren’t aware or perhaps told that grab driver wasn’t allowed to reach the room as I understood the safety precautions, however if we have been alerted earlier, we could have walked/ driven to the lobby to collect the food. So it was a hassle as there was miscommunication between the grab driver and us. My room (chalet type) is far from the lobby. I would like to suggest the management to alert the future guests about this policy so that they could actually wait for the food at the lobby. Thank you.

The best in cyberjaya!”
Really love this place. Kids had so much fun. You don’t need to find any other place as everything you need is in here. Room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. But if there is a sofa bed would be better! Breakfast was great with so many selections, got 3 pools, big enough and just in front of our room, gym & kids playroom available and well maintained and located side by side. My kids love the animal petting and feeding and also the fishing! Will surely come back!

Hotel with trustworthy and honest staff”
I stayed one night at this hotel with my family and my in laws. Booked two rooms and they give us a connecting room which was very kind of them. Hotel breakfast was ok and the hotel pool was great, huge but lacking of sheltered seating. The best part of this hotel is I left my new iPad mini in the hotel room and I don’t even realise it until the end of the day after we checked out from the hotel. After I found out that I left my iPad there, I called the hotel reception and they asked a few questions to verify the color of the iPad and etc and thank God, the staff found the iPad and leave it to the lost and found department. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone due to the honestly of all the staff in this hotel. Kudos and keep out the great work and I will surely be back to stay in this hotel in the future.

Nice resort but need to wait long time to check in”
The room was clean and spacious. However the check in process took too long. We arrived at 2.30 pm and we only got the room key at 4.30. We need to wait for 2 hours at the lobby because the room is not ready. At the same time, please add more staff at the reception to handle the check in and check out process. It is very slow. After at all this a good place to rejuvenate yourself and the family. I love the surrounding and vibes here. Definitely will come back soon.

Short getaway to celebrate birthday my girl. My 2 girl super duper excited with 3 big pool also the bath tab. Stay in deluxe chalet no 144 yang dekat sgt dengan pool side & verandah restaurant dan bilik sgt2 besar yg ada king & bed sofa. Breakfast & dinner superb awesome. Got surprise besday cake for eva with abang band yg sporting nyanyi & petik gitar. Paling best dinner cuma charge bill mama & ayah je.. maybe sbb my girl only 4 & 5years but also for breakfast my 2 girl xkena charge pun. Maybe rezeki kami walaupun banyak review cakap kene charge macam2. Cuma ralat xdpt spend time dekat spa sbb my girl conquer all the time dekat pool. ahahahha.. Next time will come again. Sure!!

A nature resort in the city. Good staycation for weekend escape..”
Our preferred choice to stay when in Cyberjaya. Love the ambiance and love the nature. Book a week before running event and manage to secure good rate via agoda. Just a short stay since we have a twincity running event. Thanks front desk staff for allowing early check in. As frequent guest, have experienced stay in garden chalet and poolside chalet before. Since we want to enter our room, we dont mind where it is as long as can get into the room as early as possible. First time staying in lakeside view chalet. Room was big and spacious enough, except water leaking under the sink and bath tub is so dirty and the water is yellowish. Other than ok. Already wrote the guest review in the feedback form and left on the table upon check out. Overall, great stay as always.

Very good location and really worth for money. Huge bath tub, nice interior concept and design for the room. My baby really like it. The bath rub nuce and clean. Safe for baby. For the pool was huge and good for us. While the breakfast is awesome, due to mco they have 3 phase of time for breakfast. Not an issue at all. Overall, satisfied and happy. Will repeat soon!

Its our first time here & we love it. Greet by friendly staff with complimentary refreshment, even every staff there we encounter there was nice and friendly. Room comes with a balcony, cozy and clean. They have a fishing pod and petting zoo, its a waste we only stay there for a night as we are going to malacca the next day. Definitely will come back again. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Overall thumbs up!

this is my 3rd time staing at cyberview other ,excluding having lunch and company training. always enjoy staying here except for: -on my 2nd time stay at here (i think around Sept 24, 2016 – Sept 25, 2016), selangor affected by water disruption including at cyberview as well. so, there is no water supply even at bathroom. expecting that cyberview will at least give us discount or free voucher due to that issue but unluckily nope. we even need to take bath at r&r dengkil during our stay coz its impossible mineral water enough for bath time. and for this time im thinking to add on breakfast but unluckily no buffet is provided. 1 of the reason we come here to celebrate my husband's birthday is we really love breakfast & lunch buffet at cyberview. but, takde rezeki ;D other than that, cyberview is almost perfect!

great large 3 pools! my kids really enjoy their large pools..clean and spacious room..just not my luck as my room aircond not cold..the other room is in good cold condition.. the only opinion that can be suggested is about the breakfast time which is 8am is quite late as others place usually start at 7-7.30 roughtly.. congrats cyberview resort & spa!! definitely will come again! 🤩🤩

An oasis for the weary. Beautiful chalet with a dreamy princess bed that a chiropractor would envy. Attentive staff, non-intrusive but efficient. Hearty Italian and delicious dim sum dinners. Post dinner, good live music at the Karma to heal the soul. Superb spa experience. When its dusk and drizzling outside, submerging oneself in the hot waters of the stone jacuzzi after a two hour Balinese massage is reminisce of chilly mountain onsens in Japan. With the wind whipping the trees outside near the murky lake and the soft deluge of raindrops, it is a small slice of heaven...at the heart of Cyberjaya. I always secretly hope that this hotel will remain a hidden gem forever, but I also cant help raving about it to everyone that asks. Sigh.

the best resort for kids”
staying for business trip, came with 2 toddlers and elderly parents. my parents took care of my kids while i'm out for course. daytime my kids spend quality time at playroom, after 5pm i took all of them to the pool. 3 level nice swimming pool with hammock. Super nice room and spacious with bathtub and spa like bathroom and the reception area was so cosy and scented with spa smell and dimmed light. and the cafe manager was so nice when i requested for some ice cubes for my breast milk cool box. will come again with my big family for family day.

Ideal Weekend Getaway for Family”
Originally booked a Deluxe room, the Resort upgrade us to Executive Deluxe overlooking the lake for free. So happy and delighted with this warm thought and gesture, it's a bonus for us since my husband is a "kaki pancing". Room is spacious and clean, we simply love the interior and room layout. My kids really love the pool, my husband love the fishing experience, and I personally love the resort calming ambience. Will definitely come back, we marked this Resort as our preferred venue for quick weekend getaway moving forward. Downside: the light at the patio of my room is not functioning, please get it fixed. And please improve the pool's cleanliness. Unfriendly staff at receptionist counter when I checking-in, I don't feel welcomed. Tips: bring your own bedsheet if you want to use the sofabed. For kaki pancing, if you forgot to bring your fishing rod, you can rent the Resort's fishing rod at RM10. Fishing (catch and release) is an inhouse privilege for resort guess.

Second time staying here and I love it much. Staffs are helpful and greet guests with smiling face. Some improvement I'm able to see compare with previous stay was they called my room and ask me either the room is comfortable and they serve refreshments on arrival of check-in. Only to improve is informing to the guest about the pool towel because some of guest searching nowhere for the towel.
