The staff at this hotel are all highly trained, accommodating, courteous, and professional. Jassem is excellent. He accommodated us for an early check in and check out. The Arabian High Tea experience was unforgettable by Lillian. The buffet breakfast was great and there was a lot of variety. Dinner reservations can be made online. Unlimited sushi & saxophone night was outstanding! Nice gym and rooftop pool. Alto rooftop lounge on the 25th floor had the nicest views of the city. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. Great location. It was around everything. Best hotel experience we've had in terms of service.

A Grand Hotel for the Business or Holiday Traveler ”
First time in Bahrain. The Hotel is new, price was workable & the location was great. A very luxurious stay, the Breakfast buffet on offer was fantastic. The food on offer at the restaurants was really nice & the staff in whole was really helpful & friendly. One point I would like to mention is that you should have plenty of money in change, have a Taxi App like UBER for getting around places as sometime the Taxi's try to wipe you out saying no change money. It's about 0.38 Bahrain Dinar's to a us$. never ask the hotel to book you a Taxi as they come, you get in and at final destination the taxi driver takes double or triple of the actual fare saying that the cab was ordered by the hotel and is un-metered. this is day-light robbery.

excellent hotel. in particular a receptionist called mr Krishna went out of his way to help my family. rooms are great, breakfast is wonderful and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby

You are in the old town of Bahrain and everything is near you such as Bab Al Bahrain in which there are many old shops. Also there are other 5 star hotels that are walking distance to you. Four season and Regency.

Excellent Hotel in a very crowded place”
Excellent Hotel But I didn't like the location actually it's near every thing but at the same time it's located in a very crowded place where it called close to Bahrain gate. The break fast was very good

Everything has a very high standard; location is perfect in the middle of the city center. Especially to mention is the food: The breakfast is really one of its kind and has everything and more one can imagine. I travel a lot and this was the best breakfast of any hotel I ever had! Also the dinner was really good.

We really enjoyed each and every moment of our stay at Rotana Downtown , the room was spacious and comfortable, the view of the financial harbor and the world trade Centre from the room was amazing specially in the night, even my daughter said that she felt we are in New York. The staff are very professional, polite and helpful, Yousif at the front desk was the best. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
