Понравилось: - очень чисто - каждый день дают новые пижаму, тапочки, зубную щётку, пасту, мочалку - в душе предусмотрено всё: станки для бритья, шампуни, гели для душа, расчёски, фены, утюжки для волос, увлажняющие крема, лосьоны - приятный горячий бассейн и традиционная японская баня Минусы: - позднее заселение :( - бывало очень холодно спать :( - персонал почти не говорит по-английски :(

Первый - и прекрасный - опыт кабинного отеля”

Кабины не горизонтальные и не одна над другой. Они представляют собой полноценные мини-комнатки. В кабину "бизнес-класса" кроме кровати не влезает ничего. В кабину бизнеса еще ставят столик. Кабины не закрываются на ключ, только шторкой до пола. В кабинет сейф и полочка. Дорогие вам вещи можно оставить в сейфе под замком, его размер - 40х50х15 см. Этот ключ носите с собой. Сам чемодан в сейф, конечно, не положишь, но еще на этаже есть небольшая комната для сумок - они пристёгиваются велосипедной лентой на замочке . Это чтобы не угнали чемодан)) Санузел на этаже - это отдельные три кабины с чистейшими унитазами и отдельная будуарная комната на три места, со всем необходимым, включая косметику из банной линии Шисейдо. Ватные палочки, диски, индивидуальные расчески - в неограниченном количестве. В подвальном этаже расположена японская сауна - бассейн с водой +40, помывочные места, небольшая прачечная (за монетки) и душевые. Всё чистое, опрятное и приятное.

The hotel is located so close to the train station. The is not crowded, a nice neighbourhood. Like other first cabin hotels, I like the cleanliness and convenience the hotel provided me. Really a perfect hotel for single traveller.

Cabin is better than a capsule”

Because of the cabin setup, it depends a lot on the other guests if you can rest well there. Other than that, all looks clean and well maintained, and most of the staff is friendly. What I'm missing is hot water and a microwave oven in the lobby (which is in the basement. Absolutely great is the availability of a hot bath.

Value and Convenience”

The cabins are more spacious than the usual capsul hostels. Though still challenged for space for luggage and other personal items, the height offers more breathing space. It’s difficult to pack the luggage inside without disturbing other guests. I used the guest lounge at the basement to pack my luggage. The location is very near the Metro station so it’s so convenient for travellers. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great value for money.

Place was nice.. but!...”

First I love the place, it was nice with simplicity and spacious room, problem lies with only 1 elevator to access bath room, you cant use stairs for it, room a lil bit noisy if other tenants coming in as its actually semi closed room, upper part of the door is open. Location for foods are awesome, many options for foods nearby hostel.

Somewhat dissapointed”

They have a realy late check in time of 5pm....And you have to be out by 10am. Beds are way to firm. Noisy shutters so in the mornings from 7am til 9.30 all you hear are zips, keys in bedside locks and sliding shutters...up down up down constantly. I thought first cabin was gunna be a good way to finish out trip in japan but compared to the capsule hotel we stayed in kyoto.....we were pretty dissapointed. Super helpfully staff though but it's all about how well you sleep...right?

Great location and value for money. The bedding, towels and night clothing was changed daily which was a nice touch. The hotel had a nice calm ambience compared to the hustle and bustle outside. Great choice for seeing Tokyo as it was quite central.

Excellent ”

Really clean and cosy room, facilities were really good as well. The only issue I had is that whenever you leave the hotel you have to give back ur access card to the counter and then get it back when you have returned. And it gets a little troublesome after awhile

何よりもアメニティと設備がしっかりしていました。　 タオル、室内着、歯ブラシ、綿棒等、無いアメニティはない上、ドライヤーやコテも良いものが用意されていました。 脱衣場やトイレも清潔でした。 日本のホステルは清潔さやアメニティで気になることが多かったですが、ここはまた泊まりたいと思える設備でした。 ただ、キャビンの中が臭う（汗？）のは気になりました。 また、お風呂が地下、ロビーが2階、宿泊施設がそれ以上だったので、宿泊場所とお風呂の行き来をエレベーターでするときに、ロビーからの人に会うのは少し抵抗がありました。

Great and New”

Recommended for solo travellers. The Akasaka branch is new, location and facilities are perfect. Close to 2 subway station. One station 60 meters from the hotel and the other is about 2 minutes walk. I booked the first class cabin and it's perfect. The facilities is superb, there's even a small onsen on the basement lounge area. I will definitely stay here again.

Very near to subway”

The hotel is just outside the subway. You can find a lot of restaurant with varieties nearby the hotel. There is a alcohol shop just opposite the hotel and convenient stall if you need anything. The hotel is full with amenities like toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body shower, face cleanser and even face moisturizer. There is an onzen in the shower facilities where you can use it anytime. The cleaning is at 10am so please be there earlier or later. You can always have a nice spa after a long day. Every floor come with toilets. The room that I booked is slightly bigger than others where you have a small pathway where you can put your luggage at. It's a great place for solo traveler. Only one minor problem is that some people might not be considerate and make huge noise. You can easily hear any minor noise.

First Class Cabin”

I stayed in the first class cabin. The women's floor is mixed with Business and First cabin. I had requested to be next to my friend and they were able to put us close together (business cabin separated us). Bathroom and dressing room was conveniently on the same floor as well as a drink vending machine. I like firm beds and their bed is FIRM. There was a lock box under the bed, and a TV in my cabin. They gave me locks for my luggage so that I can tie them together for storage when I am not in the hostel. The doors to my cabin do not close and that's a requirement, so if you have any valuables, store them in the drawer you can take that key with you any where. This place is a quite place, not great for big groups. Whenever my friend and I had to talk we had to whisper if we are in the cabins or go to the cafe downstairs or the bathing area downstairs. Breakfast is not provided, there are convenient stores near by and a cafe downstairs that offer discount for those staying at FIRST CABIN. Staff are so friendly it's cute. Service in Japan amazes me. I highly recommend this place for solo travelers!

Apart from staffs' communication skill need to be improved( I can say they almost don't understand English at all), other than this, nothing else to complain about. The staffs are nice and friendly, super clean , the way they clean your bed is even better than some 4 stars hotel I have stayed in other cities.

Check-in is very late - unlike most hotels, their check in time is 5pm. Area is not exactly very close to train station and requires some time to get to Shibuya and shinjuku. Room however is clean and comfy - very good for budget Travellers.

It was a good stay”

The hotel has only 1 small lift from B1 to L7, please consider the waiting time. A male cleaner cleans the female only floor, so it is not really female only. Everything else (the price, location, staff) is excellent.

space is good for a capsule hotel, public bath is great as we need not wait for a shower. the makeup counters feel very luxurious. could be a tad more soundproof but i guess that's unavoidable. and lift is abit too slow. would be great to have a second lift. otherwise, everything is good!

I love that facial items, hair curler , bedroom wear is all provided! Feel so pampered =) Also i could watch TV and do work when needed. definitely has everything i can think provided!
