Satisfying Stay Overall”
The proximity of the hotel to Tokyo Station was highly favorable for us. The room was also appropriately sized comparatively speaking with other Japanese hotels we stayed at. Everything you need it is just in the reception area which was really commendable. Rental umbrellas and the free drinks was just an added bonus.

Hotel is just across the Tokyo station which makes it convenient. Many izakayas and eating places around the hotel. Room and toilet is very clean. Die to high demand, I only managed to book the twin room for me and my husband. The room layout for twin room is not very ideal for us as we had 2 huge luggages and 1 cabin size luggage. The spaces are too narrow. We had to shift around some side table and chairs and air humidifier to make space to open up our luggages. There is also a laundry room at Lv 2, as well as coffee machine at the lounge area which is free to use. It is still worth the value for the amenities and location.

Clean room with all required amenities”
Easy check-in and check-out process. Lobby is at 2nd floor. Hotel provide free luggage storage as we arrive very early 9am. To check in earlier there is a charge of JPY1500 per hour. They provide free water, coffee and apple drink at lobby until night time. Few makeup remover / cleanser packs can be obtained from counter as well. Room is of decent size - can fit 2-3 large luggages open up on the floor. Daily housekeeping was done nicely and the beds are comfortable. They provide complimentary bottled waters and toiletries daily.

Nice hotel near Tokyo station ”
Only few mins walk to Tokyo JR station. Though hotel can be reach easily through underground mall access, it is recommended to exit from Yaesu Central ground floor and walk cross the streets. U won’t get lost within the underground mall and easier for those with heavy luggage. There is a Family mart & 7-11 down the road within 5 mins walk where they have good varieties of food and beverages. There are few restaurants within the station mall and a Ramen street which is very convenient. I bought my souvenirs ie chocolates , Tokyo banana etc from Tokyo station. Note: You may also purchase in Narita Departure hall after passport control.

Excellent location, 5 mins walk to Tokyo Station (JR / Metro) or Nihombashi Station (Metro) Very clean, basically no dust Friendly staff, they are all helpful Security is good. After reaching the living floor, you have to swipe the room card to enter the room area Small, just enough to open the luggage. However, already larger than other Tokyo hotels with same price level

Near to Tokyo JR station”
Location is nearer to Nihonbashi metro station but still walkable distance to Tokyo JR station. Many late night food options around the hotel

Impeccably clean and good location”
Impeccably clean and new hotel about five minutes walking from Tokyo Station. Located in a quiet location away from the main thoroughfares in the area so it was nice and quiet at night. The room included all toiletries and sleeping attire.

Super convenient location by the Tokyo station ( than 5 minute walking). YAESU underground mall is in close proximity as well so you got all your necessities nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly even with the language barrier.

Great Location”
Can't fault this hotel except for the cleaning aspect of the glasses/cups in the room. Some mould in the bathroom exhaust and dust under the beds.
