Hotel was great. There is evening shuttle pickup from Maihama station and morning drop off to Maihama station. The dinosaurs were only in the lobby. The room robot was under renovations but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the rooms. I stayed in a triple room and was able to push the beds together which created more space on the side for our child to play. Bathroom was nice and spacious! Toilet is separate from the shower. There was both a shower and a bath tub. Hotel elevators are only accessible by room keys which made us feel safe. Gacha and drink vending machine on every floor. There is a coffee and ice cream vending machine in the lobby by the elevators. Lawson convenience store across the street and a small laundromat down the block.

Super convenient for Disneyland trips. One of the most spacious rooms I’ve stayed in (by Japanese standards). Would be cool if the Dino theme was continued in the room but it’s not. Would definitely not recommend the breakfast buffet, the food is not very good and for a western breakfast there’s not a lot of options, especially for the price.

Optimal Hotel for being close to Disney and don’t want to pay Disney resort prices. From Maihama stn you can go with bus 9 and tell driver to stop at Hotel when boarding. On other side of stn there is a free blue shuttle bus to Hotel every half hour. The hotel is only 10 min away. At last day you put bags in lockers at Maihama stn. The twin bed room was large with Tokyo std. nice and new. Breakfast buffe had good variety for western and Asian taste. The Dinosaurie theme is nice but hard to find staff for special issues. Just use passport at check in, will be fine. Drop card in machine when checking out, if prepaid. Otherwise use credit card at same machine. Odaiba (teleport) area is not far away for other fun stuff for children.

Even though the room was a luttle bit small, location and the style were good. Children were excited and interested in the robots. The breakfast was satisfactory for us. Not a lot of kinds, but every foods were delicious.

Good, clean, hotel; small rooms but enough beds in one room (4) so no need to pay for two. Breakfast rather expensive and my 8 year old had to pay full price. If you’re not going to Disney, location is not good for going into Tokyo. My children loved the dinosaurs but they’re only in the lobby. It was ok for one night and experience the ‘robot hotel’

Nice experience greeted by dinos. Check in only starts 3pm. Should have a contact number to get staff to keep baggage prior to check in. Should have more instruction and information in English to help foreigners when guests first visit the hotel.

Stayed at the corner room with 2 pax. Spacious, nice and clean as per the website picture. The robot check-in is a new experience. The location is a bit far, not walkable from Disneyland. But by taxi is only around USD10 if you miss the hotel shuttle bus. Not used to not having staff around the hotel, hence felt it was a bit cold. But overall good value for money.

Very close to Disney resort （4 minutes driving or 30 minutes by bus). Convenient store nearby. Comfortable room to stay. Dinosaurs front desk service will amuse you. However, breakfast is not recommended.

Great price for stay at disneyland area”
Price is great not too expensive, accessible by public bus if you missed the hotel transport. Do go to the hotel website for the timetable. There is no coin laundry machine in the hotel, however there is one self service laundromat diagonally from the hotel. We stay there because our 3yrs old is a dinosaur fanatic.. he always had a great start in the morning with the dinosaurs

Gimmick hotel with shuttle bus for Disneyland”
There are not a lot of robots, and the ones they have are fairly basic. There is a "robot" in the room which sort of like a home automation thing you tell commands to, for example to turn on some lights. The room was a bit small, but manageable however it was not so clean...there was a suspicious white stain on the carpet. There are minimal staff onsite in case you have any issues; we had some trouble checking in. There is a convenience store across the road but no microwave in the room. Best thing about this hotel is the free shuttle bus to/from Disneyland. Also we could see the fireworks from our room :)
