The staff was very nice. Hotel room an bathroom were very clean and up-to-date. The Tv had Chromecast so you can connect your phone to it. The LG Styler was my highlight. It helped me refresh my clothes. I didn't have much contact to the AI robots, and didn't borrow any of the other hightech equipments like the VR goggles, so I can't say anything about them. All in all, i slept pretty well because of the nice hard type mattress and the pillow.

As according to our hotel officiial website, our hotel's original, highly resilient, breathable mattress which is produced by the same company that manufactured shinkasen seats. We will continue working to enhance the facilities and services of our rooms to meet the expectations of our customers.
Quiet location and big room”
Location extremely near to 2 train station but need to transit a few times if you want to visit main attractions such as Shinjuku, Odaiba, etc. There were staff to assist during check-in. Only use the machines to retrieve room card in few minutes. The 2 lady robots were interesting and the hotel smell nice with perfume smell. The staff on my last day of check out was really helpful. He did not only initiate to lend us umbrella but also gave us plastics to cover our luggage and bags as it was raining heavily. He gave us clear directions too. Room is big and toilet comes with bathtub. Definitely worth staying here if you prefer a quiet area.

clean, spacious, don't worry they have human staff and they are helpful. The robots are amazing as well, near the Shintomicho exit 5 which has an elevator so easy for those who have luggage, there is a nearby Lawson and lots of eating places nearby and near tsukiji fish market as well.

Very impressed! Hotel provides free chrome cast (so we could cast english shows from our Ipad onto the big screen tv), an LG styler that came in pretty handy to refresh our clothes. Robot receptionists in the lobby looked pretty creepy counter was still staffed with humans so you don’t really have to interact with them. The bed was big enough but only 1 pillow provided per person. Otherwise, location was very near to Tsukiji and Shintomicho subway. Room was also very clean (although they only clean once every 3 days) with bed made and amenities refreshed daily! Other useful facilities include coin laundromat. Would definitely stay here again next time (:

Value for money in a pretty good location”
Pros - good location at Tsukiji, a short walk to Tsukiji and Shintomicho train stations, as well as Tsukiji market. Be sure to go to an subway exit with an elevator if you have your luggage, since not all exits have elevators and you will have to carry your luggage through a flight of stairs. Its a 15-20 min walk to Ginza’s main shopping areas. We didn’t find any 4-5 star restaurants nearby though, but Denny’s and Starbucks, as well as Lawson and Fam Mart, are a quick walk if you want a snack before heading out. Room is a wee bit larger than the usual compact rooms, but still small. I appreciated the LG styler/sanitizer and the vendo at the lobby. Staff was very helpful when we asked for assistance. Cons - rooms are only cleaned every 3 days (but trash is taken out everyday), but not much of a problem if you don’t mind fixing up the bed in the morning.

We stayed here for 8 nights - a great location with spacious (for Japan) rooms and lovely staff. The LG styler was really useful and the Handy phone saved us from having to purchase a pocket WiFi or sim!

Great hotel - robots underwhelming”
I thought the hotel was great and really good value for money. I’d definitely go again. I didn’t know it was a robot hotel when I booked it so if you are booking it based on that then know before that the robots aren’t really any good and there’s only two... But if you are looking for great location, clean nice room and good value for money then stay here!

Front desk staff speak good english and are very helpful. And room is clean. Sandwich Breakfast was good and especially the soup was really good.

My husband and I loved our stay at Henn Na Hotel! There are convenience stores around and the location is a 7 minute walk to Tsukiji Fish Market. Hotel was super accessible with the Tokyo Metro.

Strategic location, clean & spacious”
The hotel location is close to Tsukiji market and Kabukiza theater. Around the corner is familymart. The room is quite spacious for double room, and is clean. Check in and out using the kiosk are fast and convenient. 2 robots at the counter are very alike human.

Can't ask for more.. Ginza to the left in 15 to 20 min by foot and Tsukini market to the right in 10 min. Perfect for leisure and gling around tokyo since subway stations are in every corner. Shintomicho station and Tsukiji station are just 5min away. Great twin room. Clean and great staff. Family mart is less than a minute away. Denny's 2min away. Great location for its value. Will book again if in Tokyo.

New and clean hotel ”
New and very well maintained hotel located minutes from Shintomicho subway station. Also within 10-15 minutes walk to other stations like Tsukiji, Higashi-Ginza and Takaracho as well as major bus stops, so the hotel is well placed for travel by public transport. Reception staff are very polite and helpful. A simple breakfast is included in the price of the room. There are vending machines on the ground level where you can get simple snacks and hot and cold drinks. Rooms are compact, like many other hotels in major cities of Japan but it has a special feature - a steamer which we didn't use but instead used it as a wardrobe for our coats and clean clothing. Overall a very good value hotel at affordable prices.

I couldn't eat breakfast because it wasn't kosher but other than that I had a great stay. My friend crashed at the last day. The staff were especially friendly and need more recognition. I want to try the VR one next.

The staff were great, rooms were clean, close to multiple convienent stores, 3 different metro lines are close to the hotel. The closest metro station is around the corner by Family Mart. I recommend this hotel for anyone but mostly for people who need a nice place to sleep and explore the city all day.

2nd time staying as the hotel location is pretty good, due to us going Tsukiji market for breakfast daily. It is only less than 5 mins walk to Tsukiji. Plus it is also near convenience store and subway station (2 different subway stations which belong to different subway lines - Tsukiji and Shintomicho Stn) so it is pretty convenient to travel around. And it is only 7 stops (if I didnt remember wrongly) to Ueno station to take Skyliner to Narita Airport from Hibiya line. Only downside is bed is a tad hard and they only provide 1 pillow per pax. Also found a stain on their blanket though. Rubbish and towels/toiletries (toothbrush and slippers) are cleared and replaced daily. Toilet is pretty clean but room is abit small. Service was ok as we generally didnt encounter them when we were there; only during check in. Check out was fuss free as we used the machine to return room card. Would recommend to stay only due to hotel location and if you are not picky about the bed.
