I stayed for one night to pick up a friend, who was arriving early the next morning.. I arrived in Haneda at about 2:30PM. Note the times of the hotel shuttle buses. When I arrived at Haneda, I was too early for the shuttle bus pick up from the hotel. I had to take the train. From Haneda Airport, it is a train ride on the Keikyuu Airport Line to Otorii Station. Then it is a five minute walk to the hotel. (I had difficulty finding the correct train platform at Haneda and boarded the monorail by accident. ) Hotel is clean and comfortable. Novel robot receptionists. I returned to the airport via the hotel shuttle bus. The shuttle bus takes up to about 24 people. At 4:45AM, the shuttle bus was FULL. Luckily, I joined the queue at about 4:20AM. There were eight people ahead of me.

Recommeded for late arrival/early departure flight”
Arrived around 10.30pm at haneda aiport. Decided to stay at this hotel due to they provide free shuttle (one hour gap, last shuttle at 1am. We should be able to board 12am shuttle however a group of tour show up & claimed shuttle already booked for their group. A bit disappointed as hotel just mention on 1st come 1st serve. Hence. We need to wait for another 1 hour. Check in was smooth. A new experience whereby check in was done by robot/machine. Staff is there to help in case any problem. Room is clean, equipped with basic necessities. Love the tea provided. 5 minutes to nearby train station. Highly recommended for late arrival/early departure flight.

Super impressed!”
We choose this hotel because of free shuttle bus to the airport. 18 hours overnight transit we didn’t want to hang around the airport. We arrived late so we just took a train to the hotel. The hotel was 4 minutes walking distance from a train station which is acceptable. It was a nice small street to walk through :) Once we get there I was surprised with the check in process by computer and 3 robots which is super cool! ROOM IS BRAND NEW! Just a very nice small room /soft bed and super CLEAN Modern style and a free smart phone to use. Bathroom was small but you will impress with the water pressure Show kit even has HAIR BRUSH! Big bottle of bodywash/shampoo and CONDITIONER!!! Will go back for sure! Believe me you will love this hotel like I did..

Great place to stay ”
Even with out the gimmick of the robot reception this hotel is a very good place to stay , for me it was the dedicated shuttle bus that made the whole difference , so easy to use door to door transport in about ten mins great service , only thing is tits not clear where the pick point are at the domestic terminals . As for the rooms spotless clean quiet warm and cozy , what more could you want , the hotel has its own launderette , All in all a great stay thank you

Special design hotel with shuttle bus/van”
Love the self check system greeted by robots. Shuttle van or bus very on time to fetch you back and forth from airport. Shuttle ran hourly, the earliest 345am and the last trip is 12am. Driver very polite and helpful in carrying luggages. Staff very helpful in midnight check in process if you face some difficulties. Beds are comfy and clean. Average size room but I love all the complete set of amenities provided! Such a thoughtful hotel!

Great place the robots are a bit of a gimick , but hey , and if they don’t work a member of staff appears and sorts everything . the area the hotels in has everything you need for a stop over , bars shops hotel quite and clean , the shuttle bus is great easy and convinent majes the difference , very satisfied , every one should try it !!!

Pleasant Stay”
Good location and easy to get to from the metro. Nice room, small, but a tad bit bigger than the typical Tokyo hotels. They offer free shuttle to the airport. Excellent choice if you need to leave to the airport the next morning. I had no issues, and very clean here as well. Great people, thank you!

Nearby Haneda hotel around 15 minutes driving distance. Hotel got provide shuttle service and it is very convenient. Their shuttle service very punctual and it is better come earlier and wait for the bus. One hour once for the shuttle from airport to hotel and last shuttle is 1am. Room is very clean and comfortable.

Loved the placed! We had an early flight early in the morning and so chose this hotel for the free shuttle bus and quirkiness. Check in was fast, simple, and awesome when you’re served by a dinosaur. The LG dryer in our room was a god send as we were soaking wet when we arrived at the hotel. The meal the next morning was delicious. I would go back again just for the food! Definitely would come back in the future. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Very convenient , they have shuttle bus from the airport going to hotel and from hotel to airport and the hotel very near to the grocery if you need something to eat near to some of the small restaurant. The only thing which i don’t like is the check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11 in the morning and they don’t entertain early check in , some hotels allow you to check in early especially if you requested it through email during your booking. But this hotel they don’t entertain early check in not unless if you pay 1,500 yen per hour .

This hotel is really cool. You may get a bit scared of talking with the robots though. The rooms are super clean and spacious, the hotel has lots of amenities and is really near Haneda airport. Perfect for travelers.

We arrived at haneda airport at 01:00 am, go to the hotel by taxi around 1,800 yen, the hotel is very clean, great service, we will stay again if we go to japan, there is a shuttle bus.

The hotel is a short walk from Otori Station. Automatons wait at the front desk to check you in. The rooms are not spacious, but provide for every need. It was very quiet and clean.

nice, clean and strategic hotel if you stay before heading back home through Haneda Airport.”
The staff are very helpful and the hotel is very nice and clean. They have a very interesting robot as receptionist. although in some cases, human staff is also available to help. The hotel provides free shuttle to the airport every hour, which is very convenient for the guests. The room is standard Japanese size, very compact, but it is equipped with LED screen and other amenities. Good experience, would recommend this hotel to friends .

Robot check in is somethg really interesting! Was worried have problem with robot check in in first, but once have problem, stuff will come out and help us, very efficiency! And the hotel have free shuttle bus service, very on time! Which is good for someone need catch a early flight!

Very clean and great value for the money. An added benefit was the in-room LG clothes ionizer. Was very useful since our departure was delayed due to a typhoon.
