We loved the onsen, the free handyphone with data that may be used during our stay, the fact that they left fresh towels and nightwear sets by the hook outside the door even when we put a don’t disturb “Zzz” sign. Other hotels don’t bother to replace your towels when you say don’t disturb. I super love that they still did. We also appreciate the fast check in and check out as well as the umbrellas that may be borrowed. We’ll surely stay here again when we come back to Nagoya.

The hotel is not on the main road which is quiet, the whole place is new and extremely clean. The staffs are friendly and the bookstore down there is amazing.

New hotel, comfortable design, lovely onsen”
Highly recommended for: Its cool and functional design; Private onsen on 12th floor was excellent; Cafe on site by the lobby; Strong wifi signal throughout. Closest subway is a good 5min walk away. Number of convenience stores within a couple of blocks, including a fancy organic grocery store next door.

Very nice and clean hotel”
About 500 meters from Hisayas-Odori train station. Catholic church (Mikokoro Center, 3rd floor) is on the other end of the block. Family mart is just across the street. Quiet neighborhood. With onsen bath at top floor of the hotel, a nice warm water bath at the end of the day to relax tired muscles. Sakae shopping is about 1 km away which is approx. 20 minutes walk. You may also take the train. Walking distance also to Nagoya Castle. Also, walking distance to Oasis 21 and Central Park undergrping shopping.. Oasis 21 has a bus terminal that can take you to Mitsui shopping outlet in Nagashima and also to Toki Premium Shopping outlets in Gifu. Pls check bus schedules before you go. We have a nice and relaxing stay in this hotel. We will definitely book again here next time we go to Nagoya. Hope this feedback helps.

Our best experience in staying in a hotel. The design is cool and the hotel offer free mobile phone, free drink at the cafe (a bit strange to use the coupon from 20:00-22:0, so i didn't use it), and all essential amenities. I would really recommend this hotel to everyone ;)

Modern cosy design”
It’s my second time staying at this hotel, love the design of this place, very clean and cosy. Love the hot pool on the top floor, the only thing I hate is I saw some European women jumped directly into the hot pool without taking a shower first, those people obviously did not read the sign prior to entering, which felt disgusting! The instruction sign probably needs to be bigger and more obvious with clearer illustrations. Or maybe the staff should instruct them during checkin, that’s what my father does as he’s also running a Japanese hot spring resort in Rotorua, New Zealand.

The room is spacious comparing to other hotels with the same price in Japan. It also provides a smart phone for customers. Everything is good except the check in time is after 3pm, and the check out time is 10am

This place also has public bath which is great after a whole day walk around. The staff seems new to the system, but it is a fairly new property, cant complain.

morden and elegent hotel ”
New opened fashion hotel, I like it very much. Your will find everything is designed and the staffs are very helpful. Breakfast service is impressive, if you need to check our very early, they will send the breakfast to your room or prepare for take away. I also like the onsen on the top floor, it's more morden design with other hotels and the bath clothes is nice:) The only problem is the location is not convenience for independent travellers, it's about 8 min walk distance from the nearest subway station, it's a little bit hard to walk with luggages.

There is a hot tub on the roof,they use Dyson hair dryer.The room is bigger,you can open two big luggage.The hotel served soft drinks and coffee at 20:00.The location is easy to find,and you can have Family Mart or HARBS nearby.VERY NICE and COMFY.

Superior cleanliness”
The rooms here are super clean! Even though we’re already staying at the largest room they can offer (25m2) but when we first walked in my first impression was still like... why is it so much smaller than the photos indicated on their official website?! (No idea what kind of wide angle lens they used) I felt a little claustrophobic maybe because we’re from NZ, rooms are much bigger than the Japanese standard... However, facilities are 10/10, they provide free bicycle rental and free phone with internet data to use on our day outs, which is very convenient for travelers, we can basically go to most tourist spots on bikes. Last but not least, sleek and modern hot bath on 12/F, very clean, very comfortable. We’re staying here for 5 consecutive nights, and will be coming back for 4 more nights after Takayama and Kanazawa. Despite the room size, it’s still acceptable because the interior design of the entire hotel is very contemporary and minimalistic.

Expect more refined service”
We chose a superior twin bedroom for two nights and actually the two beds are pegged together. They include as bonus a portable mobile and free use of bicycles. A small dining table is suggested to add in view of the room space. Compared with another hotel we had the other day, Androoms Sakae is far away from shopping and dining area. They did not offer all day free coffee but only at designated duration at 6 -8 pm at check in. Some spa amenities, such as face wash, hair band, small plastic bag for carrying wet towels, if offered, would be much appreciated.
