Wonderful Hotel”
Booked this hotel as it’s new and to my surprise it’s stunning. The hotel aesthetic was on another level. Instagram worthy. Great ambiance. Staff are young, cheerful and friendly! Will stand up and greet you without fail when you leave and enter the complex. Top-notch service. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Love the scent of the shampoo and body wash. The bed was extremely comfortable. Comes with a mini fridge, safe, hangers, hairdryer, cups, toiletries and bathrobe. The Wifi is really strong which was amazing. There’s coin laundry that comes with a vending selling detergent and other essentials. There’s a place to chill on the second floor too. Also a cafe at the first level. There’s a lot of nearby convenient store, like 7-11. Vending machines are everywhere along the street. There’s tons of food place around the hotel. Some are even open till late. About 5 minutes walking distance to 3 subway line. Walking distance to Shinjuku too. Extremely satisfied with this beautiful hotel!

The roof top patio was a great place to unwind or do some planning over coffee before a big day of sightseeing. Very close to transit and all of the excitement of Shinjuku. Our room was modern and cozy- my boyfriend is is 6 ft 5 and I was initially worried that the bed might be too short but he fit perfectly and was very comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good and cost effective”
Unbelievable that you can stay this room with low cost. It's really good for solo traveler or couples. They have terrace which is open 8am-10pm. It's confy and chilling.

I've seen other reviews saying the rooms are small, but I think they're not bad at all for the Tokyo metro area. It's true there's not a lot of space for luggage, but if you travel light, the rooms are really nice! There's no in-room bathtub, but the shower is all glass! I think there's an ofuro room you can reserve if you really want to bathe. Also, the AC was quieter that a lot of other hotels I've stayed at recently.

Friendly staff and high tech checkin and out”
Staff spoke fluent English and one has an Aussie accent- they are all awesome and accommodating. This room was small for two people with big luggages however it was clean. Toilet is expected to have the TOTO warm seats - i love Japan for this. Second floor has the terrace for a cozy night cap with drinks. Surprisingly, you can do laundry and buy dinner from Lawson to heat up (microwave). Although not recommendable, as you are in Shinjuku and a lot of options for dining.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful and also able to converse in English. Within walking distance to the JR line. However the location is a tad far from the local subway. A lot of Korean restaurants nearby. Place is clean and nice. Room is very small. Not much room to move around but bearable. Overall I’m satisfied

Great Location, Most Comfortable Bed!”
Top value for this boutique hotel in a great location. The rooms are modern - maybe not ideal to share with a friend as the bathroom is glass (but looks very cool!), it was the most comfortable hotel bed in have had in a while. 100% recommend to stay here on your next trip to Toyko. We were looking forward to the bar and deck but it was raining during our stay. so unable to comment as we did not use but looked great!

Lovely, modern hotel!”
Amazing hotel in a fabulous location just a short walk into the busy streets of Shinjuku. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside is the rooms are quite small for 2 + luggage, but I think you get this in most places in Tokyo. We would definitely recommend.

A fashionable tiny room to stay”
The facility is newly decorated and the style is pretty stylish, I would describe the style as urban industrial style. The room size is similar to what you would get in toyoko inn. but with similar price you get a much stylish room this to me is a great deal. Location is awesome whether you wanna to walk to JR station shin-okubo or even just walk to shinjuku is not far at all. Staff speaks fluent English and being very kind and helpful, definitely a foreigner friendly spot. They offer tablet with youtube application embedded, I would prefer they offer Japanese TV because watch Japanese TV shows has always been an important part every time I travel to Japan. Hope they'll consider offering TV programs in future.

The room size is small but reasonable at the area, the room interior style is pretty urban, the space under the bed successfully fit our luggage, they do offer a tablet with Youtube embedded, but it would be even better if they do have Japanese TV in the room. Watching Japanese TV shows has always been an important part every time travel to Japan, hope the hotel will consider adding that in the future. Staff can speak fluent English and being very kind and helpful. If you like Korean food there are tons of restaurants and bars around the area, not much Japanese food options in that neighbor.

Cool Modern Hotel”
When I stayed here the hotel had just recently opened. It has a very modern vibe appealing to the more younger generation. The room was small, but the modern style of it made it seem big. The staff was super helpful with check in. The location might be a bit confusing to get to as it is in a sort of alley, but overall easy to walk to places. There is a restaurant attached to it that provides guests with breakfast, unfortunately I did not try it this time. Do recommend when looking for a cheap stay.

Hipster/Gay Shinjuku Hotel”
The staff here are wonderful! The rooms were contemporary, but small; however, that is to be expected in Tokyo. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
