В номере чисто, есть все необходимое для проживания холодильник, микроволновая печь и даже стиральная машинка автомат) есть телевизор но жаль каналы только на японском языке( горочая вода, в общем есть все для комфортного проживания, и цена за сутки радует) Персонал на ресепшене приветливый, поможет, покажет, расскажет! Мы остались доволены.

You could figure out that this was formerly a condo/mansion. The room I got was a corner one with a big table, washing machine, burner, sink, microwave and 2 refrigerators!! I hope they change the black motif of the lobby - it's just too dark. there's a 100 ye Lawson Convenience Store that's more than adequate for your food. There are also small restaurants on the road towards the station but try the Parivaar Restaurant- the Nepali-Indian Restaurant. Coming from Fuchu Station, just take the exit beside Altman Store, cross thru Family Mart and just walk and you will hit the hotel after 400 meters.

grest hotel to stay away from the city”

room is very big, equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge, more than what we needed. The location is 20 mins from the city but located in a very good area close to the station, shops and shopping centre. Highly recommend Absolutely love this hotel

Loved Hotel Livemax Fuchu!”

I stayed in this hotel for just about a month, and it was wonderful! Especially for the prices! The room was private and had a toilet, bath, shower, washing machine, fridge, microwave, TV, free internet, pretty much everything I needed in a long-time stay like that. The only inconvenience was the location. I was traveling by train using the JR Pass and the closest JR station is Kita-Fuchu, about a 15-20min walk. And traveling to the heart of Tokyo took a bit longer than other hotel locations. But for the price it was well worth it in my opinion. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Hotel is located at Fuchu Station, which is about 5-8 minutes walk after get out from Fuchu station, keep to the right and get down the stair, follow the walk-path till you reach the green-red light just keep straight, the hotel will be on the left hand side. The staffs is nice with a bit of English speaking. We booked the 3 beds room which is very big and functional. The location of the hotel is very far from Tokyo and town. There are not many restaurants around the hotel.

Spacious just like a home”

Within 5 mins walking distance. Room was equipped with cooking stove, washing machine, medium fridge and microwave oven. Quite a distance away from tokyo central but neighbourhood has shopping centres and convenience stores. Internet speed was superbly fast in rooms.

Enjoyable stay”

The location was pretty easy to find after alighting from Fuchu Station. Staff were utmost kind and helpful with a great service attitude. Front desk staff went beyond call of duty in the rain after my check out; to get a taxi. Will come back here again.

stayed at Livemax Fuchu for one night”

Be very care with the hotel name when you reserve. Double check it is Livemax Fuchu, NOT Fuchu Annex. I was going to spend the second night at the hotel but I made a mistatke and reserved Livemax Fuchu Annex instead, though the price were the same and it was about 2-min walking distance from each other. The staff tried to coordinate but it didn't work so I moved to Annex. The guest room in Annex was very very narrow, maybe the narrowest I have ever seen.

Close to Shopping area in Fuchu. Room are big and with micro-wave machine!!!

Don't expect much, but is acceptable”

For a tourist in Tokyo, the location is not close to any place of interest. But, it is close enough to the JR train station and to a metro station. An issue is that the rooms are not particularly clean. Is a decent hotel for that price in Tokyo.

The room is very big compared to other hotels in Japan, it's basically like an apartment, we had a balcony a well as a stove to cook. It was worth what we paid for. The downside would be, washroom is super small, not up to date as well as the TV needs to be updated and internet was very slow. It's decent walk to station but train ride to shinjuku and others takes about 40-60mins

Budget hotel but it is far from Tokyo”

It is quite convenient if you didn't used the JR pass as the closet station, fuchu station, operated by the Keio company, 500 m walk just cross the street in front of the hotel yiu can go straight direct to Fuchu Station. Try to take the "speacial rapid train" which will take 30 mins to Shinjuku Station - 3 stops - 280¥ per trip to Shinjuku station. Nex train from Narita Airport can also get off at Shinjuku Station as well. However, the hotel staff cannot fluently speak English but willing to help you.

Hotel room was nice!!”

Room was good as i expected 4 different bed.but at night time fridge side carpet was wet because of water licking but don't know from where!its was a little bit bad i got my cloth on the floor wet beacause of the water licking.and a staff opened our room door without any knock when i was inside the room .i was expecting hairbrush,cottonset,razor, and other bath amenities inside room but i didn't got.That staff used the same slipper which i have used before and then she went inside the bathroom wearing that slipper.hope to see some changes during our next visit.

We're love it. The hotel is wonderful but don't expected too high, its only 2 stars anyway. Somemore Fuchu is a nice and peaceful place to stay even is kinda far from city like Tokyo, Akihabara, Harajuku and etc.

Hygienic and comfy”

Hotel is located at the right side of the South Exit of Fuchu Station. To see the hotel, one must walk at least 400m and pass by 2 convenient stores.

The facility in room is very nice. We can do washing and drying. There are a small kitchen.
