Great Stay! Would love to come back”

Near quite a number of stations, with JR line direct to Narita. Small space but enough for 2 people and with complete room amenities like a 4/5 star hotel. 2 stations away from Akibahara. We love to come back to this hotel next time :)

good deal”

It was the cheapest 3 stars hotel in agoda i could found last minute and i have to say it was a great choice. Clean, easy to arrive, nice room for single pax. Only language problem made it a bit disappointed. Nobody can speak English at the reception

Wonderful Location, Service and Room!”

It was my first time at Hotel Livemax and the place is cozy, clean and definitely in a convenient location. The train is just a few steps away, there's a convenient store right across the street and the place is just too nice and safe especially for a solo traveller. I got two separate rooms for me and my cousin and we would end up waking up late. The hotel housekeeping only cleans the room until 11am and if you're like us they would just leave a hotel ecobag in front of your room with towels, robe and a toothbrush. I was impressed and I would definitely book here again!

Very good location”

The hotel is at very good location which is just 1 block from metro station. Staff service is also excellent.

A quiet place in the middle of Metro Tokyo”

I stayed here last February 2018 for 3 nights. The place is a real value for money. The room is not too small, bathroom is great and neighborhood is not noisy. The receptionist hardly speaks English but is so accommodating and helpful. I also appreciate that there is a laundry area, though I think it is a standard in most business hotels in Japan (?). There are convenience stores and groceries nearby, a very delicious udon place across the hotel and a yakisoba shop a few steps from it. Overall, my stay is great for someone who often roams the city on a day. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Tokyo On A Budget”

When going to Tokyo, no one wants to spend $300+ a night for a room that you will only be in to sleep at night. This was a great room to rest my head at night and clean up for the following day. It wasnt huge or luxurious, but that didnt matter since i was only there to sleep. Not far from a lot of areas of Tokyo that are popular. Nice that they had a Beer vending machine in the lobby in case you just wanted a quick cool beer at night before going to sleep.

I've stayed with them for 7 nights and only one of their staff can communicate in English, which is quite inconvenient for foreign travellers who don't understand Japanese. Moreover, I'm 100% sure I left my wifi charger and one of my shopping bag in their hotel, but when AGODA help me ask them,(due to the communication problem) they reply they find nothing left. This is the first time for me to lost something in Japan but didn't find. It makes me wonder if the staff is dishonest about it since my wifi charger is on the same place for 7 nights that I don't even move it....To sum up, it's quite a dissapointment experience for me.

Great place to stay”

Great place to stay and is near to the subway station. If you are heading to Narita airport from here, the express train station is just across the road. Convenience shop is just opposite and there is a supermarket 3 mins walk away. The room is comfortable and they clean it every day.

Good location, value for money and clean hotel”

Located just near the subway (perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. The staffs were very helpful even though some of them unable to speak English. The only downside is the room is small. Overall experience was great. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple :)

Nice room, alittle small but this is to be expected for all hotels in Tokyo. Within walking distance to the subway stations, mini mart and good local restaurants. The hotel has no restaurant, but all rooms have a micro wave oven for heating up food bought from the mini mart.

Sure will come again”

Clean and quiet with all the nessesary things, like fridge, microwave oven, air blower, slippers, bathrobe ang everyting you need in the bathroom. The reception gives small DHC set as a gift. The staff are gentle and professional, of course very polite. There are several exits of JR and subways all around that takes you anywhere you want, the nearest one only takes 1 minute walk. Restaurant and conviniece store is everywhere, it's super convinient. Just love this place and sure will come back again. Small and cozy, quite enough for 1 person.

New hotel with great staff”

New hotel in bakurocho, so they look clean in every way. Staff is really great, always say hi when we meet. They have a microwave & water heater in each room so its good to make ur own bfast,lunch&dinner. Location is near the station and in front of hotel there is a supermarket & 24 mini market. Even they have their own loundry machine (for wash & dry) in 1st floor which cost 400 yen (300 for wash & 100 for dry). U can change for coin at receptionist.

Very near JR station Bakurocho”

Only walk 5mnt will reach hotel from Bakurocho station that is for JR and subway. And there is also yashinoya very near 5mnt walk. And convenience store 3mnt

Nice space”

Compare to other hotels in Tokyo, the space is really nice, no problem for two baggage flat open. With nice staff and good location near train station.

Located very near to Bakurocho station, west exit. Will definitely stay here for our next visit
