We were so comfortable here. The room had absolutely everything we needed. As a westerner, we we’re thrilled to have a little toaster oven for our breakfast. The room was spotless, spacious and bright. The staff were friendly and let us store our luggage after checkout. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Value”
Great value for the price! We are staying in the Grand Japanese Room which is very spacious and clean. It includes a small kitchen with appliances, dinning table, tatami room, and a single laundry machine that washes AND dries your clothes. Metro stations are within walkable distance. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service. I am looking forward to staying here again during my next visit!

Rebooked additional day, earlier than previously planned with different room types. Staff during check in helped to ensure older folks had minimum disturbances without the need to change room.Rooms are equipped with cooking utensils plus a huge washing machine, very very useful for longer stay.TV is at least 42" with plenty of streaming (require own login) and local channels. Staff made us feel very welcomed.Will consider it again if have discounts.

Great hotel in quieter area”
Nihonbashi is more of business district, thus will be a lot quieter than somewhere like Shibuya or Shinjuku. However, that was great of us. Still a ton of restaurants nearby and easy transportation options. The Gate Stay Premium was excellent. The room was spacious with a well equipped bath, bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable. Security was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly as well. Very clean. I have nothing but great things to say about my stay here and would stay again.

Cozy room with everything you need”
Room is in a good size for parents with two kids. The room is so clean, equipped with everything you need. There is Balmuda toaster in the pantry! The location is a bit far from Tokyo Station (1 km) but 2 min-walk to Shin-Nihombashi station.

The unit is a bachelor apartment with all the essentials for a family with young child. Definitely one of the biggest rooms among the Tokyo hotels I have stayed in this price range.

The hotel is walking distance to 4 stations - Shin Nihonbashi, Kanda, Mitsukoshimae and Tokyo Station. There are convenience stores, supermarket, drugstore, malls, shops and restaurants around the area. It is a safe area to walk around even late at night. It is a big room by Japanese room standard. The room has a washing machine, pots, pans, plates, utensils, fridge, microvave, toaster, rice cooker etc. - everything you need to prepare a great meal when you're not in the mood to eat out. Had a pleasant stay at Gate Stay Premium Nihonbashi, highly recommended.

We had excellent experience staying here, love everything about this place, very clean, washing machine is provided, near JR Shin- Nihonbashi and 1 stop away from Tokyo station. We would like to stay here again in future.

✅4-5 minutes walk to the nearest Train (Even with a toddler in tow, there is a train station with lift access) ✅Perfect room size for a family of 3-4pax ✅Housekeeping every 3 days ✅Facilities are well maintained (Love the kitchen and of course the 8-10kg load washer & dryer!!!) ✅Staff are helpful despite having difficulty with english, they genuinely extend their help ✅Recommended for long stay/vacation ✅Security is excellent (2 passcodes will be given: one for the lift + one for the room) ✅Noise is very minimal, you won’t hear your neighbours ✅Our room has no view, but not a deal breaker for us ✅Relatively affordable and the rates for Tokyo are higher compared to Kyoto (i’d rather stay her than a 15-22sqft hotel room!) ~Absolutely perfect! Will book again! ~We rate it 11 out of 10!!!✨ ~Thank you for making our winter Japan Trip a great one!

We had the Japanese style family room. Room was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. The washing machine cum dryer was really handy. Staff was amazing. It's located just around the corner from a suburb train station. I would recommend this accommodation if you have 3 nights or more in Tokyo.
