Lovely hotel”
Elegant hotel not far from Akasaka-mitsuke station (5-10min walk, mild uphill slope). There are also other lines within walking distance so this area was recommended because of its accessibility. The staff are very nice and very helpful. The area is nice and quiet but close to the station, there are a lot of food options. The room was a bit tight but hey, it's Tokyo and small rooms are standard. Excellent water pressure in the shower :)

The handy phone (which allowed unlimited data and phone calls) was very useful and a very nice perk. The free daily slippers and free water bottles were also very nice to have. The location is a bit away from most of the attractions, but the hotel was still relatively close to many subway stations (which is a short one ride to most attractions) so that was very convenient. We paid extra for the room with a double bed instead of the semi double bed, but found the room was still kind of small. All things considered though, it was a still a very good hotel for the price we paid.

Clean , friendly staff , good location near station, cafes & 7/11”
The rooms are very small , but still clean & comfy. the breakfast has good variety & great taste & they indicate which food has pork or wine , the staff is also kind enough to make special meal requests if you don’t eat meat .

Super location, quiet, and very clean”
Over looks the palace. So in a super quiet area. But very close to many great restaurants and bars. The breakfast was good. Booked again it was so good the first time.

Nice comfy rooms”
Hotel is about 8-10 mins leisurely walk from the train station, and about 15 mins walk from the airport bus stop, which was manageable for our group. Rooms are clean, comfy and spacious, bigger than most hotels in Tokyo. We had enough room to spread our big luggages and still move around comfortably.

На время цветения сакуры это был один из немногих вариантов, которые устроили нас по цене, расположению и отзывам. Завтраки не пробовали, про них не скажу. "Небольшой двухместный номер" (semi-double) на самом деле нужно называть "микроскопический"- если чемодан лежит на полу ( а для этого есть только одно место в номере, два сразу не лягут), то дверь в номер не открыть;))))

Hotel offers great facilities such as free portable wifi, free local calls and free international calls to selected countries. Friendly staff. 10 mins up hill walk from metro, so beware if guests has mobility issues

Nice hotel with excellent facilities”
A bit of an up hill walk from the nearest metro station, however it's got eateries and convenient stores located within walking distance. Rooms are decent size in Tokyo standard and hotel staff offer great assistance though they speak little English. One the of the perks is the free portable wifi machine that comes with unlimited local calls, which is really handy when you're out and about exploring Tokyo. Overall a great stay.

Quiet, very good location, reasonably space. minutes from lively restaurant area'”
Very helpful staff, very clean rooms and reasonable space compared to many Tokyo mid priced hotels. The streets behind the hotel and nearby to Akasaks-Mitsuke metro station (2 great Metro lines - Ginza and Maranouchi) have an incredible variety of basic to very good restaurants and bars.

I want to stay here again why - just because they have friendly customer service, the breakfast is good and of course it was so clean even the bathroom. Across the street is a shrine and walking distance to all small restaurant and affordable. High Five for this hotel. Thanks to all the receptionist that always helping us.

Overpriced for what you get”
I should’ve followed my instinct and just booked an APA hotel. I could’ve got 2 smaller rooms for the same price as a medium at Monterey. This hotel is stingy with their offerings and the staff attitude was not that great. The towels smell like they haven’t been washed with detergent and the carpets are dirty in the room. The hotel had some pluses, such as the ceiling was nicely decorated and the color of the room was pretty. The toiletries are amazing so the ladies will appreciate that. The view was good too, overlooking a park. However, the location was a bit far from the closest subway station - a 10 min walk.

Short walk up from Akasaka-Mitsuke train station”
Pros: Close to public transit, beautiful Inari Betsuin shrine right across the street to stroll through, staff really goes the extra mile to make your trip enjoyable & stress-free, the bathrooms in general put any standard American hotel bathroom to shame- full size toiletries(that smell & feel AMAZING (I'm picky), good water pressure(tub/ shower/sink drains do just that- drain), the bidet... spent a good portion of my time (on site) soaking in the tub after a long day of LOTS of walking.
