Excellent service and facilities”
the resort is extra ordinary, facilities are excellent, room is spacious and clean. my room is hollywood superior twin bed, the room is big enough for my two kids to run around. showerroom is prefect for my boys to shower together and they loved this very much have kids' room and baby playroom frankly speaking, the pools (total 3) are not very big, but good enough for kids to play with, especially the water slide. some previous mentioned suntan umbrellas are charged, that's true true, but actually some are not charged, so you can still get some place if you have go a bit earlier Tiger beach area are not big one, but good enough for sun bathing, and of course good enough for kids to play with. there are lots of restaurants just next to resort, and need not to drive for lunch / dinner. and I had a wagyu lunch at one of the restaurant (琉球古民家焼肉 ), wagyu is very good at reasonable price (less then 15k yen per 4 person, really good) overall, the resort is good to stay and highly recommend

We booked standard twin room but seemed being upgraded to a bigger room. The beds are reli big! Room is clean and tidy. There is a balcony facing directly to the sea and beach. Toilet is quite big, with commode being separated from the showering room. U can also choose to have “green cleaning” or “no cleaning” everyday (also “normal cleaning” of coz), which could have a ¥500 and ¥1000 coupons gift respectively for shopping inside the hotel. We had green cleaning and all amenities are refilled and bedsheets are tidied up. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly, some are quite good at english, we asked how to go to 萬座毛 in english and they would tried their best to teach us. U can take bus (route 120) for most of the attractions in middle part of okinawa if u r not driving. Also many good food outside the hotel, especially 琉球之牛, a must-go restaurant! Overall very good experience for staying 2 nights here and would definitely stay here again if travel to okinawa again!

Great and relax”
First of all, I would like to say that I has been upgrade to Deluxe room. Therefore, I has no complain for them. The room has a good view, and the room is big and comfort. I stayed in the resort for a whole day and it is relax. The location is near the town center, there are more restaurant in the nearby. The lawson is not so far and we need to take around 15mins walk from hotel. The resort is good for a family with children because they can play inside or go out to the beach. I think one of the most important is you need to take care when you are parking in the Car Park indoor area. Each block is quite small and seems that it is not enough for all hotel customers.

One of our best stays ever!!”
Despite going there in the winter, the resort met all our expectations!!! Magical setting, staff were so warm and accommodating! They even upgraded us for free to a luxury room which had the most romantic and relaxing atmosphere! Resort has a lot of facilities and restaurants, including a convenience store. There are many great restaurants right outside the hotel as well. They also have a beautiful seaside chapel in case you'd like to get married! I strongly suggest you do!

Beautiful hotel with beau access”
The hotel was beautiful and very clean. They had several shops if you needed food, sundries, or clothing. The beach was small but gorgeous, with lots of white coral sand. There is an office on the first floor that provides lots of different marine activity options, like snorkeling, diving, SUP, yoga, and water playground access. The staff was attentive and very kind, making sure we were looked after every day. The breakfast restaurant options were both delicious. We did not have dinner in the hotel because of the lack of vegetarian options, but there were definitely lots of choices. We also had massages in the spa that were fantastic! The pools were beautiful as well, and there is also a place where you can experience traditional island pottery making. Overall, an excellent place for a relaxing beach vacation.

Great hotel with private beach”
Lovely room, beautiful ocean view. The hotel is modern and stylist. The beach is great with a shop to provide good water sports activities. We have seen whale shark, an amazing experience. Restaurants are great. Good Japanese breakfast (seems better than western-style buffet). Please spend time to relax at the beach. It has a gift shop for you to buy all Okinawa local souvenirs with great price. Don't miss it.

I love this resort. It is newer, very clean, has nice outdoor pool and beach. The indoor pool costs extra but is nice if its rainy. The breakfast buffet was good. The rooms are very clean and nice.

Luxury Hotel with very nice Pool area”
We really enjoyed our stay, the children liked especially the pool area. Very good breakfast, western and Japanese style. Unfortunately no variance during our 4 days stay. A lot of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel is in A good status, we liked the black/white style.

Very new hotel with everything a family with kids want. There is a hotspring, warm pool, pottery making and some water sports available even in winter time. We love this hotel and hope to visit again. Food in the restaurant is great too.

Pretty amazing stay.. ”
We arrived the hotel late and left early hence didnt have much time to check out the surroundings. The hotel is near to many eateries so its convenient even for those who dont drive. Hotel itself has good facilities (gym, pool, baby room) and activities. However, additional charges may be required. Breakfast has 2 options (international and japanese style). We chose international but we needed to wait for a table for about 15 mins. Lastly, room was clean and spacious. Good for families and children. Overall, would visit again next time.

Love their bath tubs and complimentary bath salts, well stocked amenity kits (even had shaving cream for gents), awesome sea views from balcony, and ample couches for relaxing in room. Beds are comfortable too though slightly scratchy. The convenience store at level 1 was wonderful and opened till late. Love their activities hub and made a gel candle.

The hotel location is superb. There are so much eateries around the hotel and central to attractions like Ryukyu Mura and aquarium. The balcony view is stunning.

The location is good, a lot of restaurants nearby. The room is large and comfortable but it would be better if there is a choice of king/queen bed instead of twin bed. Very close to tiger beach, and the outdoor swimming pool looks nice. Unfortunately gym room and indoor swimming pool need extra charge, but overall experience is very good.
