Great Hotel!”

If you are looking for a nice hotel for the value that is near Disneyland and DisneySea, this is the hotel you are looking for! DisneySea is a 7-8 minute walk. Disneyland is about twice that, but there is a free shuttle service too. Hotel has a nice inexpensive breakfast buffet. It’s also walking distance to Ikspiari Mall with about 30 restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel if you don’t want to pay the big bucks at a Disney hotel. It was clean, friendly service and fast elevators. It had a complementary foot massager in the room and the water pressure was strong! Awesome value!

Tokyo - Japan is most favourite place that we want to visit... as a visitor we are using public transport bus or train ... mostly train... and absolutely we must walking in the long distance... my mi band said we are walking mostly 20.000 step it is equal to 20 km... In our beloved country Indonesia.. we are not usually have walking in the long distance like we do in Tokyo - Japan as a tourist....the long distance walking make our feet sick .... But when we are arrive in our room.... wow there is a massage machine.... that is a wonderful gift that beyond our imagination... Thank you Mystays ...

Great place”

Great place to stay overnight or couple of nights especially with young kids when going to Disneyland or Disney Sea. Breakfast is adequate and good. It's nice. Also great thing about the hotel there is a shuttle bus that stops at the hotel to pick and drop off to the station.

Great Place!”

It's near Disney Sea (walking distance, maybe 10 mins). Bus stop is near. Rooms were clean and brand new. The feet massager is a nice touch! Like they've thought of everything! They have a ref, water heater, clean bathrooms, wonderful beds, and a view of not only Disney Sea Volcano, but Mt. Fuji on a clear day! Staff were kind, too! Free coffee at the lobby. Breakfast was just okay. Anyway, there are no restaurants nearby, so might as well eat there. They have free shuttle to bring you to the resorts and train station, but you have to check the time.

Affordable Alternative to Disney Hotels”

Comfortable and clean hotel that is great for travelers looking to spend multiple days at Disneyland and/or DisneySea. Has a leg massage machine in the room to help with the sore legs after the whole day at the attractions. Location-wise, apart from Disney Attractions, there are only a small convenience store within 300m and would be far from any other tourist location in Tokyo.

Comfortable stay”

rates are a bit pricey but we loved our stay since it was cozy and has a nice ambiance. Their provision of nightwears were also a plus. Distance to the theme parks were not that close. They provide shuttle services going to Disneyland and Disneysea but it was a problem going back to the hotel since you need to walk for about 20-25 mins from the park. It's unbearable especially during winter season and with young children.

Convenient Location”

A walking distance to Disneysea and Disneyland. It's actually closer to Disneyland than what appears on google map (just an L shape route). Even closer to Disneysea (a straight route to Disneysea). Much cheaper than the disney resort hotel.

Great stay!”

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly, we had a nice stay at the hotel while visiting disneysea. We missed the last shuttle bus from Maihama station to the hotel and we had to walk to the hotel which is pretty far away, definitely not advisable to walk from Maihama station with luggages for 20 minutes. Hotel was closer to Disneysea compared to the station and it was faster to walk there than to take the shuttle bus in the morning. Overall will definitely stay there if I were to visit Tokyo Disney.

Good location. Near Tokyo Disney Sea and Ikspiari Mall. Helpful staff. Free shuttle bus going to and fro TDR and Maihama Stn. Free coffee and ice are plus points. And what we loved the most – the foot massager in the room! Thank you.

Clean and bright with an excellent buffet breakfast and helpful staff, this hotel is a short and pleasant walk to Disney Sea. It met all our needs. Terrific.

On time shuttle bus ”

On time shuttle bus from hotel to Disneyland. You may consider to take their shuttle bus from maihama station to their hotel on your first day do wait for their first bus 9.30pm from mahaima station north gate. Try not to walk over. Superfar. Hahaha

Satisfactory but not the best”

For the most part the location of this place was quite far, the busing service needs to improve as it is only on a time schedule. At the bus stop there needs to be organization as many of the other guest didn't pay any attention to falling in line. As for the hotel, they pretty much make up for its lack of transportation services, theres a foot massager that I found to be very useful and the hotel room was quite spacious and clean. Other than improvements to transportation I would say this hotel is satisfactory for Disneyland and Disney Sea.

The place is worth it! As shared by other reviewers, the room is a bit small, but other hotels in urban Japan are the same. They have shuttle services to and from Maihama Station, Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea and that is convenient; just be conscious of the time as the shuttles leave on the dot. DisneySea is reachable in less than 10 minutes while the Maihama Station and Tokyo Disneyland are less than 20 minutes by foot. There is a Lawson convenience store around 5 minutes away for quick bites. Ikspiari Mall is near the Maihama Station and has many stores and restaurants. They have nice amenities in the bathroom and other amenities (moisturizers, facial cleansers, etc.) in the reception.

Disney Parks Visit”

Picked Mystays Maihama because the prices at all of the 'on property' Disney hotels was too expensive. Easy walk to Disney Sea - around 10 minutes. A bit of a longer walk to Ikspiari shopping/dining area and to Disneyland but you could always walk to Disney Sea and then jump on the monorail resort line over to Disneyland which I did a couple of times. The rooms are clean and bright. Very helpful staff.

Great for Disney”

The room was smaller than what we expected, but all the requisite facilities were provided. The bed was good, other stuff like TV, fridge, locker, etc were provided,bathroom small but very well appointed. The staff was always helpful and the place was kept clean. bus shuttle to maihama station, disneyland and disneysea are very helpful (disneysea is easy walking distance and maihama station is a longish walk, but manageable). Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would stay again.

Great spot near Disneyland ”

Absolutely poured with rain on our first day! We got drenched at Disneyland! There was no clothes dryers or laundry facilities but the reception staff were helpful and gave us shoe dryers for our shoes! Very friendly and close to Disneyland and DisneySea. Free shuttle available

Great stay, value for money! ”

Pros are definately the huge room space, in-room foot massager and the free flow of fresh grinded LAVAZZA coffee! Cons is the limited schedule shuttle bus from Maihama Station to hotel. Travellers like us have to walk 20mins lugging our luggages there. After a long train ride that's tiring, it will be great if there is a shuttle bus to us pick up from the station to hotel.

Walking from Disney railway train to hotel”

From Maihama Sta, you can take public bus (150 yen) (will stop 50m from the hotel) or Disney railway train (260yen) and have to walk around 700-900m to hotel). You need to check with hotel the schedule for hotel shuttle bus from Maihama sta. There is big mall at Maihama so you can buy some food. Overall,hotel is OK. They served with hot/iced coffee after check in, boiling kettle and microwave. You can buy some food and warm it with microwave here.

Best value for money a stone's throw away from Disney sea ”

It seems like a converted service apartment as the corridor is open air, so walking along up during winter is quite a cold experience. But it is much bigger than the regular hotels in Japan. It even has a foot massager inside the room, a sweet touch which I want welcome after hours of queuing and walking around in Disney sea.
