A bit far, but that's good.”
It is a bit far from Downtown Tokyo but it is very close to many other faciliries, restaurants and much more. Very nice and polite staff, well organized and friendly. I think is a good place to relax after work. The surrounding areas are quiet too but you can walk to mayor nightlife spots with awesome food.

There's a 7-11 right outside the hotel. It was a bit of a far walk from the JR Kamata station and for some reason it's hard to start a good GPS signal in the area so we had a bit of confusion getting from station to hotel on the first night. The staff are incredibly nice and the rooms are well kept!

My only complaint is based on food. There are only 2 options for breakfast and no variety. The menu says you can have coffee or tea but when asked about coffee they say they don't have any. They do not recommend food delivery locations and seem puzzled that I asked.

We are sorry about our lack of knowledge for food delivery options, we will try our best to improve this aspect in the future. In case you return to Tokyo when the current pandemic is over, we would be happy to make you try the 100% of our service.

Very convenient if you have an early morning flight, before trains start running. Hotel has free shuttle to airport which takes about 15 min. There is limited seating so make sure you call and reserve your seat if you are checking in late. Room did not smell good but staff was nice and it was a very short stay... would not stay here for anything more than the night before an early flight.

Convenient location from Haneda. It was disappointing to know they don't have an airport shuttle (except to the airport from 9am - 11am) even though it was advertised as such on Agoda. Otherwise the stay was fine and comfortable. We were only transiting for one night so it worked great.

Small but great for location!”
The rooms in this hotel are very small, however we used it for the night before our flight due to price, proximity to Haneda airport, and the fact it offered a free shuttle service. The rooms are Western in style, very clean and modern. The bathroom is a decent size and perfectly fit for purpose, and the free amenities were extensive. The beds were clean and comfortable. They also offered an hourly shuttle service from 3am until I think 9am or so, which was really helpful to us. Make sure you book your place as soon as you check in, as the shuttles can fill up fast! The walk from the nearest train station to hotel is about ten minutes, so you may want to get a taxi if you have lots of luggage. All in all, this is a very good hotel at a very reasonable price, and while I think it's too small for a long stay, it's perfect for an airport hotel or short breaks!

Clean but very small, which is typical of hotel in Tokyo. 7-11 right next door, very convenient. We took bus from Haneda and stopped right across from hotel. 5min walk from train station

Convenience for transit, not clean”
Just stayed one night for transit, good to have free shuttle bus to airport. Room not clean, saw a little fly. Staff didn’t really understand English.

Good hotel, very clean and staff is very nice but rooms are not well noise isolated, specially windows (cheap ones) so very noisy, specially those facing the avenue.
