Great value hotel”
This was our second time at this hotel. It is a 5 minute walk from Nakajimakoen Station, which was super convenient. Rooms are a little small, but if you're only going to be there to sleep, it isn't a big deal. Rooms are kept super clean and the staff are really friendly. The onsen was a big plus, but this time around, the water was really chlorinated. They offer a deal if you choose not to have your room cleaned every day, you can get a free bottle water, drink, or beer. My husband and I chose beer and got 6 Sapporos for the 3 nights we didn't get our rooms cleaned.

Best Choice for Winter Season”
The hotel is 5 min walk away from the train station. The surrounding is relaxing. Room is clean and space is good for 2 people. The air-conditioner is not working, they said because it is winter - so we just had to open the windows which is fine by me as the cold breeze is way better. The restaurant (Very Fancy) has the best pancakes! We loved our stay and will definitely consider the place if we go back to Sapporo.

Around 10mins walk to the nearest station but the staff are very accommodating and rooms are clean. I particularly liked their reception area, feels very homey. They have a program where they provide you with free stuff (eg sapporo beer, skincare products) for every day that you opt out of room cleaning

It is just 5 minutes walking distance to susukino area. And also less than 10 minutes walk to Nakajima Koen train station. Everything is clean here, the staffs are all excellent. Nice view in front of the hotel. Me and my husband really love to stay here.

Great stay, was upgraded to 2 twin beds. Good location (close to Susukino), clean rooms, great staff. Travelled with my sister. Will recommend to family and friends.

Best experience ever with minimum communication problem”
Though the room is small as expected but the service was tip-top so it doesn’t matter about the room size , they were all very professional compared to other hotels I booked . Items were all provided unlike I book other hotel which doesn’t even have proper laundry bag And so on , will book again in future . It’s located near Nakajimakoen station with a few minutes walk .

Hotel rooms are comfortable though it's a bit small for 2 person. Don't worry if u have not rent any wifi from the airport as this hotel provides mobile phone with internet in the room. Its free for guest to use and can bring it out with so you can use the google map or to find any nearby attraction. There is a foreign staff who can speak english. Hotel staff are always helpful if we need anything. Overall we really love this hotel. Thank you Relief Hotel.

The best accommodation at Susukino”
This hotel has everything to offer at considerably low rate per night. Within 10 minutes walk you would find yourself at the heart of Sapporo (Susukino) and within less than 5 minutes walk to train station. Internally they have amazing team at the reception with excellent service. I would consider this hotel a 4.5 star our of 5.0 rating by the room condition and spa and sauna facilities for free. If you wish to visit Sapporo and find a place to stay, look nowhere else!

Pros - We choose the small room and the price is very very cheap compre with the quality you get and compre with other hotel (This is the reason why I select this hotel and they don't disappoint us) - Staff is nice and feel welcome - Room is clean with all facilities provided. - They provided breakfast witb cheap price (optional) Cons - Location : I think it's far and hard to access compare with other hotel because they located between 2 subway station (Susukino and Nakajimakoen station) which 3-4 block of street away from each station - Public bath is alternative use between male and female by timing. The time is not good for male but I think there is no problem with female (Female around 9-11:30 pm, Male after midnight) and it's too small for all guests in the hotel

An OK place to stay”
Good location and accessible to everything you need. The WiFi need big time upgrading and staff also need to be attentive to guest needs. I was in queue but staff did not acknowledge me and when it was my turn, he had to step out to attend to something else.
