К самому отелю претензий никаких, но хочется предупредить любителей спокойных мест - это не тот случай. Мало того, что отель находится в Икэбукуро, так он еще и окружен ночными клубами и караоке-барами. Так что отходя ко сну, у вас есть шанс все это услышать своими ушами. Хотя с закрытыми окнами звукоизоляция спасает. Если вас не беспокоят все эти условности, то отель рекомендую. Действительно неплохое место.

Аромат утреннего кофе в фойе гостиницы это прекрасно.Окно жаль моего номера выходили на соседнею стенку хотелось какой нибудь вид из окна.Вежливый персонал . Уютная спокойная атмосфера.Но утром слышно всех уходящих из номеров это не страшно.

Good location with lot of restaurants and shopping areas around. 5 mins walk to JR station. Room is relatively big comparing to similar type of hotel. Carpet was just cleaned and not thoroughly dried.

Very helpful staff at Reception”

This hotel locates at Kitagochi exit of JR Ikebukuro Station where most of the pubs and whorehouses are in vicinity. As a female travelling in Tokyo alone, I feel quite uncomfortable walking around the area after 10pm. Its only around 7 minutes walk from JR Ikebukuro Station (Minami-exit / Kita-exit). Nice and tidy room. Helpful staff at reception though most of them could not speak English (Out of the 8 staff members that I came across during my stay in this hotel, only 1 could speak English). During my stay in Tokyo, i got a flu and had not been feeling well. I had been vomitting and diarrhea for 2 days. I went to the reception and ask if there would be any clinics nearby which opened on Staurday. The receptionist (he was the only one who could speak English) had tried to search through the net and found one for me. He then drew a map and showed me the way to that clinic in great details. I also asked if they could help me to wash my clothes since they got my vomit on it. He explained that the hotel could not help to wash clothes with vomit on. But then he again showed me the way to a coin laundry nearby and drew me a map for the way to that coin laundry again. The next day he saw me going out, he asked if I was feeling better already and wish me good day. It has been very touching and I am really thankful for his help. I wrote a thank you card to him and passed to his colleague on the day I checked out. I would also like to take the opportunity in writing this review to express my deepest gratitude to him for all his help and detailed explanations for my speedy recovery so I could enjoy my stay in Tokyo for the remaining days of my journey.

Night shift staff is very helpful and friendly.”

Helpful night shift staff point me to the dining area cause i was late check in and without taking any meal, central located, near to JR train, metro n subway station, easy to acess shopping mall and electrical parts. Alot of local restaurant and shopping mall.

Convenient to Transportation”

i am really satisfied staying in this hotel for several nights. the hotel is located right inside the pub area and several types of convenient stores are located nearby. i would really recommend for those who are looking for affordable accommodation which comes with the strategic location and as well as right inside the town. i would definitely choose this hotel for my next tokyo visit for sure.

Perfect if on a budget, room smell of smoke even in non-smoking room.”

Extremely dated rooms, but acceptable on a budget. Requested non-smoking room but due to no non-smoking room available, a smoking room was provided. A non-smoking room was changed the next day, however it still had strong smoking smell. Smoking smell in room, even they attempt to open corridor windows and fire escape doors, cannot clear it. Pillows and duvet was paper thin, which is their standard. Basic breakfast was provided including toast, salad, yogurt, tea and coffee machine available, making it hassle free. The hotel staff are attentive and able to provide sufficient support where needed.

The main reason I chose this hotel, was because it was 2 minutes away on foot from the place of my main business this time. Turned out that it was close to everything else as well; a big train station, restaurants and attractions, shopping, etc. The room was small, but had all the proper amenities. I was quite impressed with yhe staff members. Not all of them spoke or undertood English very well (and my Japanese is really just basic), but somehow they have managed to help me with what I need every single time, and were always nice, polite and attentive. My next stay in Tokyo will be at this hotel again, even if the business is not in Ikebukuro.

If you exit via C6, it takes only 2 minutes walk to reach the hotel. There's also Family Mart & 7-11 around the corner. Breakfast at hotel was simple fare of toast, salad, yogurt and drinks. Downside of hotel, was there was no cabinet so luggage will be out in the "open". Also the nearest laundry service is 3 mins walk away. To make up for it, staff are very friendly and helpful though.

Excellent location and friendly staff”

The location is excellent! Big plus that breakfast was served until 9:30 for us who are bad at getting up in the morning. The staff was really friendly! The rooms were very nice considering the price! However, the ashtray located on floor 6 next to the elevator wasn't really pleasant but it didn't bother me too much! Overall, great hotel if you are going on a business trip or just need a place to stay in Tokyo!

An excellent hotel in Ikebukuro”

Stayed in the 307 and 203 room for several nights while in Tokyo. This hotel's price was unbeatable , in terms of how much we paid and what we got. Efficient, polite and English speaking staffs,centrally located just about 5 minutes to JR Ikebukuro Station. Complete room amenities , they already provide everything to make our stay comfortable. Induction stove , LCD TV with paid TV option , yukata, slippers , hot and cold water , bathtub, nearby vending machine. 711 , eateries ,are scattered near this hotel.Izakayas , karaoke bars , drinking bars are within walking distance. We would stay again !

Value for money hotel in Ikebukuro”

Booked 1 single occupancy room (307) and double occupancy room (203) during our visit to Tokyo. Too bad that they didn't have a family room. My bed in my single room was spacious but for the double room , the bed is quite small. Excellent room condition with complete bathroom amenities , slippers , yukata , all Japanese TV channel with an option of paid TV channel (Y 1000).Vending machine located nearby our rooms, and in the restaurant They provide induction type stove , drinkable tap water , powdered green tea ,bathtub , safe deposit box etc.Everything we need, they already provide us ! Overall , an excellent and value for money hotel , quick check in and out, polite staffs. Their price was unbeatable,and they provide free breakfast , a very nice surprise because we thought that our booking didn't include breakfast. We would stay again !

SUPER VALUE ROOM”

My (solo female traveler) first time in this hotel, expected it to have smaller rooms (because all hotel rooms in Japan are quite small unless you go to a Western chain hotel) but it's quite big! Had a very nice stay and the staff were super helpful (AND patient) even with my broken Japanese! The street has bars so there are some guys around at night but they won't bother you. I actually asked the front desk staff if the place / streets are safe since I read a review somewhere (solo female traveler) who was uncomfortable of the area. Fastest way to get to hotel: head over CENTRAL GATE PASSAGEWAY, exit C6, turn LEFT, passby 711, turn LEFT again when you see Family Mart. It should be to your RIGHT. Even though my reservation stated no breakfast, all hotel guests get free coffee, toast and salad 0730-0900! Ask me if you still have questions~

Good economic hotel ”

this hotel is great for those whose not willing to spend much on the nights and utilize your time outside hotel. the room is actually smaller than first expected, but still bareable to certain extent. this location is not exactly suitable for single female travelers because i do found the place a bit more complex in a sense of bars surrounding you, meaning a blend of more complex people walking around during night times. overall, what you spend is what you get, so can't really complaint much given the budget, so i would still recommend this one to those who wishes to spend elsewhere.

For my first fews days of my stay, i was struggling with the internet connection, but the stuff there were so helpful. they gave me a portable internet connection device which i never expected. Service was very efficient. I can't ask for more for what Im paying!

Great location ”

Strategic location which near the main station Ikebukuro. Within 3 mins walking distance of FAMILY MART/7-11. Right & Cozy hotel if you are TRAVEL alone. Free Wifi. Allowed & willing to look after luggage after check-out while I m waiting for my train to my next destination.

Convenient Hotel to access”

Hotel access is actually nearby 'subway' exit C6 but no mention about 'subway' in website, then when people come out from West Exit, they couldn't know that they shouldn't come out of station but they could continually work to find exit C6 of subway. Anyway I got many great help from lovely people there and could find hotel finally. Evan you stay on main road and look for find hotel in small street you couldn't find hotel signboard so easily, a lot of electricity wire is barrier. Please be aware of it!
