Отличный большой отель на твёрдые 4 звезды. Персонал приветливый и обходительный. Сам отель и номера чистые и просторные. Брали номер на 4-х, т.к. путешествовали большой семьёй с двумя детьми 11 и 9 лет и младенцем. Уместились очень хорошо - младенцу предоставили кроватку. Редко можно найти настолько удобные и просторные номера на такую большую семью. По цене вышло доступно, намного дешевле чем 2 номера в других отелях парка Universal. Из минусов - находится немного поодаль от парка и основных магазинов и ресторанов, которые находятся в UNIVERSAL CITYWALK. Но нам это не вызывало проблем - пешком прогуляться 5 минут неспешным шагом. Зато тут намного тише, чем в центре всех развлечений. Из номеров открывается отличный вид на бухту и колесо обозрения. Ночью очень красиво.

Best Kid friendly hotel ”
We booked this hotel as we were going to USJ. Stayed 3 nights here and it was awesome. Close location to the Theme Park, within walking distance, with our stroller about 5 mins walk. We paid about SGD100 for room upgrade upon check in as the staff suggested it will be bigger space and it was. There were even toiletries provided for my 3 year old and a step stool for reaching the basin. Very well thought through for kids to also enjoy their stay. Kids pajamas and slippers also provided for use. We took a Airport Limousine Bus from Kansai Airport and stopped at Universal Port Vita and crossed the road beside it, 3mins to reach hotel. Really convenient as traveling with kid, stroller and 2 large suitcase, this was a comfortable ride for us. The Minion theme at the lobby gets you excited for the theme park already. The breakfast here is really top quality Japanese style, we really liked it. Thank you! I have recommended this hotel to my friends who are going with young kids. It's awesome!

Perfect for families really fun”
We booked two rooms at a great price with 2 single beds each. This was perfect we had 3 adults and two children. The hotel is perfectly clean. Very nice amenities and was super fun. Good size for Japan. We only went to the cafe for a quick snack and beer, reasonably priced. Did not use other restaurants as was going to theme park and also ate at Hard Rock Cafe opposite the universal entry which was fun for us because we live in the country. The foyer alone was enough to entertain our two ( 2 and 6). Staff lovely. Separate toilet and shower and sink made it easier with kids. Aquarium across on the ferry worth a visit. We had a view over the theme park which was really cool to watch the roller coaster and watch the streams of people head to and from the park. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is one of the best! Very near USJ, JR station, Airport limousine bus and Universal city walk where you can shop and dine. Just walking distance, about 5 -10 minjutes depending on the pace.The room/ facilities is very clean. complete toiletries with pajamas, slippers, comb, and even muscle relieving patches. You can also buy tickets for USJ and osaka aquariium and ferry boat from the hotel. The ferry boat terminal is just at the back of the hotel. I consider this hotel quite cheap considering the comfort and the amenities they offer. And lastly, the staff are very helpful, kind and accommodating. They can help you with the directions. Given another opportunity, I will definitely stay again in this hotel. Thank you so much Hotel Unviersal Port. You gave us a wonderful and amazing experience.

My friends and I got a great deal from Agoda and stayed at Hotel Universal Port for 2 nights. The superior room was clean and huge (considering most of the accommodations we've tried were compact). Our room had 3 beds, had the lovely Osaka Bay view, and the location was perfect for us since we just had to cross to get to USJ and was near the ferris wheel, aquarium, and convenience stores. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. The minions theme was super cute and very inviting! Highly recommend this hotel!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Appreciate that your facility could hold our luggages as we arrived early to check-in giving us opportunity to visit the Osaka Aquarium. I was even more pleased to find that our baggage was brought up to our room. Room was clean, adequately spacious, great view and appreciate all room amenities given to us. It was nice having laundry facilities available and had an issue with one dryer that they promptly reimbursed me without my asking. Additionally JR station close by and one has access to the various food place in house and at Universal City Walk.

We booked a standard twin room on agoda and requested for the two single beds to be connected to create a large bed. However, upon check-in, we were informed that this was not possible and the only solution was to upgrade to a deluxe room with connected twin beds and pay an additional 2,000 yen per night. I was initially annoyed at this situation, but ended up paying for the upgrade and I'm so glad I did, coz the deluxe room given to us on the 13th floor was gorgeous and spacious. It didn't feel like a hotel room in Japan at all (those Japanese business hotels! Whoa!) My 5 year old daughter loved the room and almost didn't want to leave it. If going to Tempozan or Osaka Aquarium is part of your itinerary, this hotel is ideal. The Captain's Line ferry port is just literally behind the hotel and this ferry takes you straight to the aquarium. Totally recommended and can't wait to stay here again.

Hotel Universal Port offered the convenience of being right at Universal without being amongst all the crowds. The staff was professional and we were always greeted with a smize (smile with the eyes) as their mask policy was fully enforced and adhered to by everyone we encountered. Our room was nice and comfortable with lots of room to relax. Purchasing park tickets was hassle free and readily available. We can’t say enough about our pleasant stay and look forward to vacationing with the hotel again.

It is really best. The staffs are so courteous and very helpful and approachable. Some can understand and can speak English properly. The view from our hotel windows is the USJ. You can see the excitement of the people on the rides. On the other side is the harbor side. Rooms or the whole facilities couldn't be standardize as to the orderliness or cleanliness because Japan is best known for that aspect. Service is really excellent for me in this kind of hotel.

I highly recommend staying here for visiting Universal Studios Japan. They are so close to the park, train station, ferry (to the aquarium), and shops. Plus the service here is the best we experienced in Japan. The hotel has a very detailed lobby with staff available to greet you when you enter. They let us drop our bags and pre-checkin in the morning, and when we returned that night we just picked up our room keys and our bags were already in the room. Also our room was overlooking the theme park which was lovely. The room was a good size and had everything we could need. I definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit to USJ.

Love that the hotel is located within walking distance to universal studio japan. From my room we got a good view of the park. We could see the rides and the crowd strolling around in the theme park. It is also within walking distance to the train station. Easy for us to travel around. The hotel is also very child friendly. All the small touches in the room are really appreciated. Such as providing child sized bedroom slippers and small step stool for my child to reach the basin to wash her hands, etc. They also gave out stickers to her in the morning when she greeted the staff good morning. All these made our stay very memorable.

We got an incredible deal on this hotel through Agoda. It’s across the street from the JR, City Walk, and Universal Studios Japan. Rooms were fully stocked with all the toiletries you’d need. The store downstairs had all of the other necessities at a fair price. Our kids (7,5,&2) loved the lobby and dining areas. The staff was very accommodating and spoke enough English to make communicating comfortable and easy.

The hotel is great! We have 4 kids 8-2 years. The room is big enough for all of us to sleep comfortably. It’s very nice and clean! 5 mins walking to universal, very easy for the kids to do. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurants are pricy in the area, but lawsons and McDonald’s are also close by and easy to get to.

Great hotel, big room size for our family of 4. Hotel was very clean, close to USJ and JR station. Originally booked room at the park front but changed and happy we did. The ferry to Osaka aquarium also departs right behind the hotel. Beds were comfy but pillows a bit hard for us. Overall good for the money! Would stay here again

This was our family’s first trip to Japan so was unfamiliar with pretty much everything... This hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was within easy walking distance to “The Walk” for plenty of food options. It was just across the street from Universal Studios. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would definitely come back for another stay!

We came a few hours early and we were able to leave our luggage while we went into the parks. After we checked in our bags were already in the room waiting for us. The room was just what we needed, especially the tub after a long day in the park. The amenities were great as well. The pillows were the only thing that I didn't love, but after reading some reviews I brought my own. We had a great stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Oh! There is no microwave in the room/hotel for you to use so just be aware of that.

Very detail oriented staff. Staff escorted us to our room at check-in to show us the way, they also offer us umbrellas on a rainy day. We did not ask, they just approached us and asked us if we needed the umbrellas to protect us from the weather. Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to Universal Studios and Universal City Train Station. Very clean rooms and they fixed them everyday.

Maybe cuz Corona, but we upgraded to top floor room for 7,000 yen more (wife and I) and it was totally worth it in every way. Came with some drink tickets in the lounge which turned out to be all you can drink, plus some afternoon tea type snacks. The room was probably valued at much more than we paid but i can only hope to pay close to the same amount the next time we make it up to the USJ area. The staff were super friendly and accommodative. I highy recommend if you are in the Universal Studios area.

To our surprise, the hotel is very new and staff are very friendly. The lobby is decorated with Minion theme, which is awesome. The room is very comfortable, clean and modern. Bathroom amenities are complete and hygiene. The hotel is located just right in front of the Universal Studio. Very convenient.
