Very very small room, but clean and comfortable”

When I arrived the hotel, I found the room very very small, if you have child or many luggage, it would not be a good choice. But devices are new and very good, with a humidifier in the room -- that's useful for TWnese.

Great location”

The location is very good. Rooms are nice and clean. Rooms are a bit small but enough for two large luggage resting on floor unopened. Hotel reception counter and lobby are separated. I asked for printing service at counter but the staffs refused. They recommended a printing shop far from the hotel but also unable to print due to communication problem.

Nice Hotel”

I booked 2 twin share rooms for my family and we loved the size of these rooms! Location is good in the centre of Ginza. We took cabs to Tokyo Station when need to and the fare is around 500 yen only, though walking is possible within 10 min. However, breakfast has no variety and menu was the same during our stay, which was pretty boring. Amenities provided were good, I must say, and shower was powerful. All in all, it was a nice stay for us.

Quiet location in the heart of Ginza”

As expected, hotels in Japan are quite small but with a little adjustment to the room amenities, this hotel is okay. I like that its near Ginza-Itchome station exit 10 i believe and you can roam around Ginza just by walking. Location is great!

Nice room and facilties”

I walk to the hotel from toyko, a bit far, cause don't want to exchange at complicated train network. Hotel facilities are great, clean, comfortable. There is a 7x24 convenience store right at downstairs, we will never feel nervious when after 2100hr, most of shops are closed. Anyway, great night at unizo.

Ladies floor is great ”

Offers ladies floor with reasonable price, silent environment, no sound during night time, very clean room, has lady lounge only customers who reserved lady floor, feel safety if you travel alone as lady, near 7-11 and subway, can go shopping at Abercrombie and Uniclo easily, near famous sushi restaurant

Nice room, near subway station ”

Silent environment, has no sound during night time, Nice clean comfortable room with reasonable price, near subway station and 7-11, good breakfast, very close to Ginza luxury shops and famous restaurants

Great hotel”

Location is near train & bus station. It is very near ginza main street. I love that the staff are very friendly and easy to speak with. They have accommodated all our requests. The hotel even provides bottled water for us every day & also provided hand held device with mobile data for easy navigation around the city.

Not entirely fancy, but does its job ”

I stayed at this hotel as an alternative to Daiwa Roynet, which is only a block away. This place was somewhat cheaper. For a business traveller like myself, this place is fairly satisfactory all around. Perhaps breakfast bar can use a bit improvement as it was more like a cafeteria crowded with a few small groups of loud foreign travellers.. and food selection, in comparison to Daiwa Roynet, was slightly disappointing. But then again, it's only breakfast. Staff, although they seem to be fairly busy taking care of group tourists, were kind and helpful.

Close to Tokyo Station, Super Clean, Would Stay Again”

Close to Tokyo Station (10-15 min walk) made this perfect for our stay, and there are lots of Tokyo Metro Stations nearby too. The hotel is clean and has all the basics you would expect in a modern hotel. Bathroom was impressively large. Would definitely stay again.

No complimentary water! Whaaat???”

This is the 3rd time i stayed here and all was booked via agoda. I was surprised and dis appointed that 1. Children -10yrs old - are not allowed to stay with parents. They were considered as an adult and need to stay in a separate room. They insisted that we get a separate room. 2. No complimentary water. We were told that our booking does not include complimentary water. First time i experienced these. I am a frequent traveler and always use agoda. I wish Agoda would be more transparent on these conditons of the hotel.

Great location just 2 blocks off ginza street. 10mins walk from Mitsukoshi. The room is a slight bigger than average tokyo hotel. The functions in the room is much better. Bathroom has more space than usual.

Dry cleaning of business shirt only comes back folded. They said I must select on a hanger on the slip but the slip is almost totally in Japanese and specifically concerning the option to have your business shirts dry cleaned and returned folded or on a hanger. Who folds their dry cleaned business shirts??? Rhetorical as that was, it should be the other way around since the pants come back on a hanger... Anyway this was unacceptable since there is no way to correct it that day since the laundry is returned to the hotel at 8pm at night.

Facilities and location is great”

Truly enjoy my stay at the hotel, room is clean and good size for Ginza area at the price paid. Check-in was excellent but the downside was checking-out. I asked the front desk to call a taxi for me to go to Haneda Airport and it was raining. However, the front desk (a gentleman) told me that he cannot call the taxi for me because it was raining. I had to walk to the corner in the rain as I didn't have an umbrella. I visit to Tokyo at least 3 times a year and this is the first time that the hotel refused to call a taxi for me because it was raining. Very disappointing service at the end of my stay. I would like the hotel to train their staff that this type of service is not acceptable, especially when it is raining.

Great location, comfortable room”

Ginza-itchome station is quite close, though transfers between stations can be quite a walk if you're coming from Tokyo station. Room is clean & bed is comfortable. Particularly like how there are more than enough power sockets -- helpful if you're charging a number of travel gadgets; there's even a socket right on the bed's headboard.

Cool architecture”

We all know Japanese are famous for keeping places clean. This hotel is one of the cleaniest among the several dozens others I have stayed before. The architecture and interior design are my favorite cool contemporary. Within 10 minute walking from Tokyo Station, this hotel is not the cheapest but definitely value for money for its quality. The staff spoke very good English

Ticked all the boxes”

Comfortable, wider than average single beds, good sized room and bathroom, fantastic location-easy 10 minute walk to Tokyo station and close to good restaurants.. Staff were helpful. Very happy to recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Overall great except one not so friendly staff”

We understand that check out time is 12pm. On the day of our checkout, one female staff knocked on our door & quite rudely lamented that “Do u know if u don’t check out by the stipulated time, you have to pay!” We understand that, but perhaps a greeting or at least trying to understand why we are a bit late and providing a solution could be better. She didn’t even bothered with a good afternoon but dive right into “sort of chasing you out because you’re late in your check out.” I suppose this can be improved. Thanks
