Great location and very well appointed rooms”

I was pleasantly surprised by how big the room was for the location and room rate I've got. The room is modern and very comfortable unlike most of the Japanese styled hotel rooms where you barely have room to turn around. The bathroom is modern, clean and very spacious. Although, the bathroom could have been slightly smaller to have more room in the actual bedroom itself. However, no complaints. The location is perfect, just behind the main Ginza strip offering lots of opportunities for shopping. My fav was the distance to the subway stations which makes the location very desirable! I will definitely stay here again and be recommending this to my friends!!

Incredibly good value. A Family Mart is just in front. A short walk to Giza/Shimbashi station so travel to the airport can be free with the JR pass (Via Yamanote and Narita Expreess). Also, their toilets are now controlled by remote control which I found hilarious.

Small tidy neat hotel”

This is the second time I’ve stayed. The 1st is Unizo Osaka, which the room size, layout, furniture are all same standard. Front desk are very helpful, English is good and efficient. Convenient store is just cross a street. Donki is 200m on the right and Ginza Six is 200m on the left. The is a soba, tendon breakfast shop just around the corner on the right serves a good cheap breakfast open at 7:30am.

Hotel Unizo was a great home base for us during our Tokyo stay. It was walking distance to 2-3 stations. It had a Family Mart right across the street. Don Quixote was a short walk away, so was the supermarket. Stores for (branded) shopping, and other nice restos were just a couple of turns away too. Right in the heart of Ginza. Tsukiji Outer Market is walkable (about 20 mins), make sure to visit that for yummy sushi. The hotel was very clean. Check-in and out were fast. Our room was understandably small (so are most hotels in that price range), but it had everything we needed. Toiletries were more than sufficient, and the little bath tub was perfect for me (I'm small hehe). Heated toilet seat! Pajamas were provided. Wifi in room was okay. There were so many little details that they were able to put inside the tiny room. Well-thought out and super convenient. We absolutely loved our stay! Highly recommended.

It’s a good hotel that is not too expensive, but the room is too small for a big person. And it is is conveniently located near the subway and the convenience store.

5-10min walk to multiple stations, had the main amenities required. Close to very good convenient stores and has laundry facilities. Staff are very helpful with providing directions and assisting with any requirements for your room

Accessibility is the one of advantages of this hotel. Shimbashi, Higashi-ginza and Ginza stns can be reached within 5 mins on foot. Trendy shopping mall, Ginza-Six is just only 1 min on foot. Around there, lots of famous ramen and beef restaurants are located, so you can enjoy nice lunch and dinner. Tsukiji fish market and imperial palace are located in 15 mins by train or bus. From there, you can go to Asakusa in 25 mins by train. Ginza stn is perfect place to enjoy trendy and exciting time everywhere. Room is cozy and comfortable, so you would not feel that room size is little bit small which is just one of features of Japanese hotels. Thus, you can enjoy your stay without any complain. Receptionists give you nice service which make your trip more meaningful.

Shimbashi, Higashi-Ginza and Ginza stations are located within 5 mins on foot. Ginza Six is only 2 mins on foot as well. Around this hotel, lots of shopping malls and well-known ramen and beef restaurants are located. Asakusa stn can be reached within 20 mins from Shimbashi stn only. Tsukiji fish market is only 10 mins from the hotel by train or bus. For travelers who want to enjoy more places as much as they can, this hotel has nice accessibility. Hotel room is little bit small, but it is one of features of Japanese hotels, so it would not be affect your perfect trip. Very cozy and comfortable to stay without any complain. Rice and baked fish are served as breakfast, also you can enjoy fresh vegetable, bread, egg and so on.

Great location in the heart of Ginza!”

Location is great, located just behind Ginza high street. Near 2 train stations (Higashi-ginza & Shimbashi). Rooms are small but good enough for 2 people. Rooms & shower area are clean! If your flight arrives early (ours touched down at 6am), you can leave your bags at the lobby. Family Mart is right opposite the hotel. Best part is for the location it’s in, the streets are super quiet at night and we had real good rest every night.

Nice and clean”

Location of this hotel was good. Close to metro station and easy to find restaurants and convenient stores. Room was clean and tidy. People in this hotel was friendly and kind. Fire station is right in front of the hotel so you can hear the sound of siren sometime at night. I was okay because it was not that loud and came out briefly but for people who is sensitive for sound might not like that.

Easy, comfortable stay in handy location”

Spotlessly clean, compact but comfortable room with good bathroom and products. Windows that actually open and secure lifts both pluses. No lounge/lobby to speak of but an attached restaurant downstairs. Handy for convenience stores, shopping and back street restaurants and bars. Felt extremely safe as a solo female traveller.

Polite staff who spoke more english than the last 6 I've been to. Very good beds and pillows. Clean and just enough privacy. Location good for shopping. Downside, 6am onwards and again 4pm onwards the smell of spice comes wafting in the rooms from a local restaurant. I'm very sensitive to smell and it can be bothersome.

One of the best hotels in Ginza!”

Location is perfect as it is near to the Ginza station, and it is just one street away from the main Ginza street, and the Family Mart is just in front of the hotel! The currency exchange and the banks are also a stone throw away. The staffs are super friendly and kind and helpful, they guided me the way to take the train to the airport and helped to store my luggage, the room is extremely clean and always smells good and warm, feels better than staying at home hahaha! Will definitely visit again in the future! Sincerely thanks for giving me and husband a wonderful memory in Tokyo!

Hotel room is enough for business purpose But bathroom made me surprise as it as big as the bedroom. Nice! Will comeback again for biz trip next time.

The hotel is located at the heart of Ginza. Infront of family mart and one block away from the famous Don Quijote store. St. Marc Cafe, 7-11 and Starbucks is walking distance too. The Ginza station subway is less than 10mins walk. For more food and shopping option, Mitsukoshi mall is just 10mins away. Approx 15 mins walk from Ginza station bus stop to hotel.
