Отличный отель. Приветливый персонал. Все очень чисто. Неплохие завтраки. Немного далековат от JR-станции - порядка 40 минут пешком, но зато в шаговой доступности вокзал транспортной компании для трансфера в аэропорт.

Отдыхали в Токио в конце октября 2018 г. с ребенком 1г 10мес. Выбрали это отель по соотношению цена/качество и удобству расположения вблизи от нескольких станций метро различных веток и линии JR. Номера небольшие, но комфортные. В отеле было тихо, спокойно. Рядом расположены супермаркеты, до Гинзы 25-30 мин пешком.

Отличный отель , расположен рядом со станцией метро и TCAT , буквально в 1-2 минутах ходьбы. Так же рядом круглосуточный магазин 7eleven (есть все). Комнаты не большие , но размер стандартен для азиатских отелей такого уровня. Завтра слабенький , нет каких либо деликатесов , но подкрепится утром просто великолепно. Персонал приветливый , горничные постоянно исполняют все просьбы. Единственное приехали раньше времени заселения, сказали ожидать нашего времени (номеров свободных нет что бы заранее заселить).

здесь мы встретили самый дружелюбный персонал. Если вы рассчитываете на JR Pass, то пешком далеко идти до станции Токио. Если нет, то метро совсем не далеко. Это деловой район, поэтому вечером здесь очень тихо, хотя по дороге вы встретите достаточное количество минимаркетов, а больше покушать ночью негде.

Хорошее расположение, но маленькие номера”

Отличный отель, хорошее обслуживание, в номере есть все необходимое, но метров маловато. Зато расположение супер: с аэропорта (Нарита) 55 мин. на автобусе и 3 мин. пешком до отеля со станции, на метро без пересадок около 10 мин. до Асакуса, Кинсичё, Шимбаши, с 1-ой пер. до Токио Дома.

Расположение отличное, рядом с метро, аэровокзалом и в то же время тихое место. Завтраки, чистота в номере, вежливый персонал, все понравилось.

Hotel is very closed to Bus terminal station to airports, it takes about 5 mins by walk. Also, the subway station is under the bus terminal, very convenience if you want to go to airports with luggages. Hotel room, I stayed in Annex building. Room and bathroom are bigger than other business hotel in Tokyo. But, in Annex building; it's very quiet, I felt weird at night.

I will come back in this hotel over and over again. We love the place and location. Close to tcat which is easy access to narita and haneda airports and subway stn too.. lots of convenience store, resto nearby. Definitely will recommend.

Super friendly staff!”

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel due to :- 1) Check in and check out process was very easy and fast 2) Staff was very helpful and speaks fluent english. One of the staff offered me a proper container to reheat the food using microwave. The staff always offer help and options. 3) Laundry facilities is available - 200 yen for 1 round of washing and 100 yean for dryer. 50 yen for the detergent. 4) Free shuttle bus service to Tokyo Station 5) Location is very near to Tokyo station which only cost you 890 yen from Tokyo Station to Hotel (I'm travelling with a baby hence we have stroller and big luggages) On the side note, the hotel is very close to TCAT and subway/ metro station, hence if you are using JR pass...you will need to change train/ lines to arrive at the hotel.

Value for money and great location”

This hotel has a nearby airport bus limo station (at TCAT) & convenience metro station which is perfect traveller. Although the hotel is small but it’s clean and comfortable. Thanks Hotel Villa Fountain team for the great stay.

Hotel is easy to find, reasonably priced, comfortable and clean. what more can you ask for! Will definitely stay here again.

Business for a week inTokyo”

The Hotel is close to the TCAT so the Airport Limousine(Bus) service is excellent, about 1 hour from Narita Airport. Great value for money. Very clean. Very friendly service. Reasonably good English speaking. Just over the road on the 5th Floor is a great Wine Bar with excellent simple food and English speaking owner. Plenty of other convenience stores nearby where you can get just about anything.

Locality is pretty good. Close to T-CAT, going to airport is a breeze. Quite a distance to head over to Ningyocho Station for access to Yamanote line. Excellent cleanliness & albeit expensive, however that cant be help at the time I was going. 8/10

The hotel is near the metro station (Hanzomon line) and the bus station for buses from Haneda airport. For us, it was a good location because it was easy to go everywhere. Also, Tokyo station isn't far, about 25 minutes by walking. They have free shuttle bus for Tokyo station every morning but the staff didn't tell us that until I had asked.

Near to TCAT and subway station. Strategic place. Near 7/11 and Lawson and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Staff are very accomodating. We will come back to this hotel next time we are in Tokyo.

Great Location and Good Service”

This is my 2nd time staying in the hotel (stayed for 9 nights). Very convenient location as close to TCAT and accessible to most Tokyo Metro lines. The surrounding area is quite scenic for those who run as it can take you to nice riverside track and view. Thought the service was special this time around as the housekeeping able to track my needs. for the first 3 nights, I always request for additional 2 bath towels. On the 4th night, when we got back to the hotel there was already piled up high on the bed are 4 bath towels! which I thought was quite good having anticipated my need!
