Things that impressed me: 1. Breakfast: fresh delicious food with labels that show food allergens. You can eat an American, classic Japanese, local Sapporo, or Chinese breakfast I. Or eat all of them at once. They included local specialties like soup curry, genghis khan, as well as Hokkaido yogurt and milk. 2. Cleanliness. I could not find a speck of dust in my room. Although I asked the staff not to clean, they dropped off a bag of amenities at my door each day. 3. The amenities. They go above and beyond what you’d find at the average hotel. Cuticle oil for hair, bath salts, massage cream. You will be set up for Hokkaido winter for sure 4. Thank you to the kind and considerate staff for your service. I was impressed from start to finish.

Good place to lodge if visiting Sapporo.”
Located in Susukino, the nightlife district of Sapporo, the Wing hotel is a couple of minutes walking distance from famous night venues such as the King XMHU club, as well as public transportation system (tram); 10 minutes walk 8 minutes walk from Susukino subway station. A conveniece store is located next to the hotel. Being a new hotel, it is extremely clean; appliances and furniture are modern, bathroom is very nice, rooms are decent size. It was an overall good deal, albeit I suspect I couldn't have afforded it in "normal" times (i.e. no pandemic lockdown and travel ban).

I stayed in Sapporo for two weeks and stayed at various hotels, but I really like it. The staffs are very kind and friendly. They help me many times. The room was sparkling clean, comfortable, fashionable. Amenity goods was very good, and you can freely use bath salts, sample cosmetics and so on. You can drink coffee free. highly recommend it. Brandnew hotel in the Heart of Sapporo‘s action”
This hotel is new with very well appointed rooms and amenities which include free bath salts , facial and body products, room slippers and pajamas. Free tea and coffee are also provided in the lobby . The bathroom facilities in the bedroom for three had a washroom with the sink, a separate toilet and then a room with the bath which was amazing. The fridge is on a shelf and doubles as a mirror. The check in was smooth with courteous staff. There are plenty of restaurants and amusement just around the corner. The area is geared towards adults though, so if you travel with young children , there might be an overload of descriptive posters in the neighborhood.

Good place to stay in Sapporo”
After seeing in a couple days to find a good hotel with reasonable price, finally I found this hotel. This hotel is exceptional! Everything from the staff, ambience, foods, and room are perfect. Just one thing: I think it is better to provide daily mineral water in the room. But that's not a big deal. The distance to station wasn't far for me. Easy to find a good restaurant (and halal food!!!). I recommend to you to stay here when you come to Sapporo.

One of the best hotel I've ever stayed”
Hotel is very clean. Bed was comfortable. Good ambiance. Breakfast buffet was good. Just a 10 minutes walk from Susukino Station. Lot of restaurants nearby. Will surely stay again when I come back in Sapporo.

We stay 5 nights. Price is up down, we cancelled many times until we got good price. If you choose not cleaning the room, they have all amenities set, towel,sleeping wear plus 2 water put in the bag for u everyday and they also give u gift coupon to pickup (...) at front desk. Complimentary coffee at lobby is good. Location for shopping at susukino is ok and sightseeing at odori is walkable. Staffs are nice even maid whose seems so young greeting us everytime.

Great breakfast buffet (until 9:30)”
I had a very clean room. Amenities where nice, and even included a selection of three good teas. Staff was very professional and accommodating. My only wish is that they would offer breakfast until 11:00, not 9:30, as it currently is. On the ticket it says until 10:00, but last entry is 9:30. When I arrived late the first day, the chef agreed to "see what leftovers he can find", and came back 10 minutes later with an amount of food that could easily have fed three.

Paid a bit more for a larger room. Well worth it. Brand new bathroom and toilet, sofa in the room. Very close to lots of restaurants and bars.

The hotel is around 8 min walk from Susukino station. It is one of the strategic located hotel given that we are visiting the Sapporo Snow Festival. There are a lot of eateries nearby and also quite close to Don Quijote which allow us to shop 24-7. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Room is bigger than most hotel for the that price i got. All basic facilities inside room available. Location around 10 mins walking to Subway Susukino station. Tv has youtube so u dont have to worry not understand their japan tv channel. Extra free flow hot coffee at lobby.

The hotel is perfect for no fuss travelers not needing bells and whistles of a fancy hotel. Clean and large enough (we had double bed) to spread out 2 luggage on the floor. Being a new hotel the touches are modern and thoughtful, including the reading light built into headboard and ambient light. The 24 hour coffee at the lobby was super nice perk. Family Mart and Seico Mart a block away, very convenient. Located south of Susukino and north of Nakajima park, it was best of both worlds for us. The city and dining of Susukino and the quiet surroundings and snowy fun of the park.
