Это даже назвать гостиницей язык не поворачивается.Хуже лав отеля.Нет обогрева в комнатах, в комнате очень холодно, окно в стену соседнего здания, вместо занавесок фанера, кровать как раскладушка, ходила ходуном, полотенца как старые тряпки, утром не было горячей воды.Комнату обогревали феном.Это не гостиница,а приют для бомжей.....

great location and tidy room!”

5mins to JR/metro ikebukuro station and convenient for having a rest after back from other location. Although not a new hotel, it's still nice to have my night here with the clean room and it's my 2nd time to stay here. Will choose this hotel again.

Clean linen and enough space for my family.when we check out- i forgot my iphone - and after 30mins recieved an email from the hotel that i forgot my iphone in the room and they will keep it and ready to pick up in the front desk.i am so grateful. i got my iphone back now! they’re so generous and hospitalable! thank you so much!!!

Surprisingly a GOOD budget stay!”

There are positive and negative reviews on this hotel. To be honest, my first impression of this hotel is slightly dated with no facilities. However, I was surprised when I entered my unit 305 to note that for a twin room, it has ample space for me and my friend to store our 2 big luggages. Note that in Japan room size is small especially for a centralized location. For the minimal amount paid per night stay, we are getting a real good deal. In addition, the room was clean and we inspected the corners and no dust was found. Daily housekeeping service is included in the package. The bathroom is very small and cramp but fitted with a powerful shower head and necessities like shampoo and bath gel. There is an attached washing basin near the door entrance with white light which works wonder for our perfect make-up! Tooth brush sets, hair bands, shower caps, body sponges etc are also provided free of charge. Location is excellent with a mere 5-10 minutes walk to JR/Seibu Ikebukuro station. It is also convenient to take N'EX from Narita airport to reach JR Ikebukuro station directly. There is a famous ramen restaurant with daily long queues just beside the hotel. The only disadvantages are the lack of free wifi, small ground lobby and lift. Otherwise, this is a great no-frills hotel stay and everything else will appear to be bonuses :)

Good location, but no good air circulation”

If you are a fat guy, please do not choose this hotel as the room is kind of small. also the air-circulation of the room is not good...but its location is excellent and the price is definitely cheap!! The staff can't speak English, i used drawing and body gesture to communicate with him.

Dirty and impolite ”

The room hadn’t been cleaned prior to my arrival nor any of the 10 days I stayed there. The bathtub and sinks were so dirty I cleaned them myself before using. They also don’t have WiFi, which is quite absurd at this day and age. The receptionist was always very rude and didn’t make any effort to help whatsoever, contrary to most Japanese services. The only good point was the location, but to me it didn’t weight out the bad side. It was overall a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

If you need basic accommodation, this is it. The price is right for downtown Tokyo, the cost of a capsule hotel but a private room. The bath worked, the bed didn't break, there's no wifi but you can connect by LAN cable.

A practical place to stay”

The room had three very comfortable beds. There were no chairs in the room. The bathroom was practical but cramped. The room was generally very clean. It had a refrigerator but no microwave. Also, no word-fi. Overall- a good value for the money.

Brilliant location”

Super close to Ikebukuro JR. The whole building needs a good revamp, but the room is decently clean. Own bathroom is definitely a plus.

I will never go to this hotel ”

37 degree outside but the air con was not working. I went to the lobby and asked for a fan. The staff kept saying but did nothing to help. I stayed there for two nights. I wanted to cancel the second night booking, the staff rejected. The air con was not working and the room was very very very dirty. The tiny wind from the air con was dusty. It made me sick for 2 weeks after I left this hotel. I had fever and got cold after these two days. The floor of the room was horrible. The floor mat was originally brown color but now it looked like in grey color. All were dust and dirts. The room was very noisy. The ambulance and fire trucks were around 3 to 4 times every night. I will never come to this hotel.

Location is good but old hotel”

We booked their Higashiguchi branch. Few hours after we arrived in our room, we felt hot and figured out that the airconditioner wasnt functioning well. We complained to their FD. The room was small and located in a very old bldg. They appologized and transfered us to their other branch which is also around Ikebukuro and walking distance from Higashiguchi. Much bigger and a bit better, though the hotel itself is old. Location is pretty good since it’s very near to train station (Ikebukuro) and so many places to eat from. Staffs were so polite and accommodating.

the hotel may fall sort of expectation for some travelers, because it is an old hotel. nonetheless, it is good enough for sleeping and the staff are very accommodating. it's just disappointing they have no wifi connection.

So-so (no wifi)”

Hotel was very hard to locate. We mistakenly went to the other branch then just rode the taxi going here. You can easily miss this place from the outside. It’s in front of the Soccer Store Koma and beside Lawson. There’s a train station nearby but not the JR station. JR is a 3minute walk. Room was very small, barely a space for our luggages. It has an elevator which is good. Room was clean and they change the bath towels daily. There’s no wifi.

Budget Hotel with minimum quality ”

The room is big enough as compared to cater two twin size beds. But the corridor, lift and lobby is so small and narrow. The lobby is pathetically small, can house only two to three persons. The toilet bowl does not come with heater, it is worst than the public toilet. In terms of cleanliness, it is barely acceptable. Both my wife and I was suffered from insect stings on the bed. Besides than these negative aspects, it is a very convenient place, it is so close to the subway station, eating places as shops. If anyone does not mind of run-down facilities, this is a good place to choose.

Only worth for good location ”

The only thingto be chosen is the good location next to metro, JR, donki donki, Starbucks, muiji, adidas. The carpet was full of hair if u look closer to the floor. The bathroom was as typically small as normal Japanese hotel, and the bedding was not very clean but acceptable for not staying more than two days. If u need room cleaning u need to return ur key to the desk before noon.the accommodation suits who only stay one or two nights n only for sleeping.

No WiFi Hotel”

The Hotel location is ok and is easy to find beside Seibu mall, and the hotel has elevator and Lawson is beside the building. cleanliness of the hotel is very well maintained it has a small bathroom and hot shower, but the negative side is that the reception does not speak English and the hotel has no WiFi.

Nothing is good other than location ”

Staff are not friendly and can't speak English. I booked triple room and its real small especially the bathroom, can't even turn ur body. If you are on budget and only concern about the location, this is the one.

Typical Business Hotel”

Nothing more than buisiness hotel. Over all it's ok if you are just looking for a hotel to sleep. The location is very convenient, restaurants are everywhere, near to the station and there is a convenient store right next to the hotel.
