Highly recommended”

Great location. Very close to Shinjuku area, but surprisingly quiet. The room is spacious and all facilities work very well. The view of the club is great. We also enjoyed having breakfast in four different restaurants. Perfect choice for family trip.

Great service; Fantastic bar; Good location in Shinjuku”

We prefer to stay in Ginza when it Tokyo, but we wanted to experience the vibe in Shinjuku so we booked a night here at Keio Plaza. If you are decided about staying in Shinjuku, this is a great option. Service was great. We ran into a bit of inconvenience when there was suddenly no water coming from the faucet just as my husband and I were getting ready for bed (close to midnight). The hotel staff was responsive. Ultimately, they could not fix the problem and we had to move to another room. It was not the best experience, but the staff was attentive and apologetic -- and the when we checked out, the manager was there to offer his apologies and handed us with a special token. We appreciated this -- because not everything will go perfectly all the time, but how the staff responds to the situation is what makes all the difference. If you like cocktails, make sure to try Brilliant, a wonderful bar right inside the hotel. They make excellent and reasonably priced cocktails.

We appreciated the fact that there are several restaurants within the hotel. The buffet breakfast however in the Premier Lounge had the same food in the 5 days that we were there. The staff were friendly and attentive. I like that the hotel had a mailbox where we can just drop off our rented porta WiFi instead of looking for one at the airport.

A Fabulous Hotel”

We really enjoyed our stay at Keio Grand Premier. My kids love the Club lounge. Its so cozy & relaxing. You can choose from 4 different restaurants for breakfast including the Club Lounge. The location is superb. Walking distance from Takashimaya & Shinkuju Station & local restaurants & convenient stores. What not so good was it took us an hour & half before we we’re able to check in our room. But overall, it’s a great hotel!!! Thank you!!!

Convenient location, right in the middle of many subway and train stations, but its not close to anyone. You need to walk about 10 mins to each one and all of them have so complicated layout, so many exits and layers and connected to each other. The room is clean and comfortable. Good interior design. Nice exclusive lounge with best roof top view opposite the city hall. All you can eat snack and drink. Breakfast is ok. Nothing fantastic, Not much variety, But good ingredient. Swimming pool is too small and too many local people hanging out around but no one really swim.

for those early birds who book early should definitely choose to stay in any of the club suite. whoever can afford to stay @ a hotel in central Shijunku district should consider staying here. 5 stars for space and comfort at its best in japan..

Lovely, great view and service was perfect ”

Excellent staff, great experience staying at the Keio Plaza, room was beautiful and had all the little things we needed, and even some we didn’t realise we needed! Location is great, straight line walk to Shinjuku station in a few minutes, and the airport limousine bus picks up right out front too. I’m sure breakfast would have been great but we chose to sleep in instead, it was the most comfortable bed/pillows/room we had this trip.

The staff here were amazing. Not only did they go out of their way to make our stay a comfortable and pleasant experience but the effort made to help us during our stay and for sightseeing were commendable and First Class Service *** Will definitely come back here

Paying for view and room size ”

The premier room size is huge and the toiletries are from Loccitane . The Japanese breakfast was nice but common - salmon with rice and condiments. The western breakfast spread on 45th floor was not much but very high quality food. But overall You are paying for your room size, the 45th floor and location. Service wise I think u can get better at smaller cheaper hotels

Excellent Stay”

If you have the means, staying in the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand is a must. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and they serve an excellent one. A 10 minute walk to the Shinjuku Station and less than 4 minute walk to the Tochomae Line. Lots of restaurants inside the hotel and a convenient store that came in handy for simple needs. I would recommend this hotel!

Beautiful room with extremely rude staff and terrible lobby”

What an absolute waste of what could be a beautiful establishment. - Room = beautiful - Club lounge = beautiful - Lobby = terrible - breakfast buffet = terrible - Staff = an absolute joke! The staff and lobby rate this place a 0. Could not comprehend how such an expensive establishment hires and fosters such terrible staff. Not willing to accomodate any requests or help. Rude, non polite and unprofessional beyond belief. Such a shame!

The worse experience of “five stars” hotel”

Disadvantage 1.The internet reception is very bad in the room. 2.The Japanese style breakfast only available with reservation, and we never been told when check in. 3.Staffs with good attitude, but can’t solve any problems for guests. 4. Handy phone can’t share hot spot with ur own devices ( if want to use own app, need to download from handy phone to use it, does this make any sense to tourist?) Advantage 1. Environment is clean 2. Room is a bit tiny, but still fine 3. House keeper is very good and sweet If u want to spend five stars hotel fee for two stars service, this is the place be recommended, and better make sure there is nothing wrong or inconveniences happened during the stays, cause they will only apologize and never fix the problems!

Club floor is very pleasant and staff are incredibly helpful. Rooms were fantastic with super comfy bed and nice view. I highly recommend this hotel.
