If want to visit Tokyo Disneyland & Tokyo DisneySea should stay at this hotel. Nice room, small & clean. The hotel staff friendly & quick response. Free beverage at lounge from 14.00PM - 01.00AM. There are 4 microwaves to warm your food when you buy at Lawson. There is free shuttle to Maihama st - Tokyo Disneyland -Tokyo DisneySea. (start from 06.30 - 23.00 should check the timetable). If You have JR pass and like to visit Gotemba premium outlet is very easy from this hotel. (it takes 2'30"). (Hotel - Maihama st - Tokyo st - Mishima st - Numazu st - Gotemba st - Gotemba Premium Outlet) Hungry / need something ...1 minute to Lawson beside this hotel. Easy from Narita Airport to La'gent Hotel Tokyo Bay, Just take Limousine Bus Y1.800 adult/Y900child, choose Narita Airport to Shin Urayasu area, stop at Tokyo Disney Celebration hotel discover. Just walk 5 minutes across from this hotel to La'gent hotel Tokyo Bay.

Amazing service, excellent hotel!”
Would like to commend the staff for their excellent service. Prior to checking into the hotel, my daughter lost her hp in Mona Mall. When we checked in and explained our predicament to a Chinese speaking staff, she called a taxi immediately to enable us to return to the mall to look for the lost phone. Later that evening, she took the effort to call the mall as well as the police station on our behalf. Unfortunately, no phone was reported. 2 days later, we tried again. This time, 2 Jap staff, Ban and Hirogana helped us to trace the missing phone from the mall, to the police post and later to a police station and amazingly, we found the phone back. Kudos to the excellent staff who went above and beyond their call of duty. We are also very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel as well as our compact but extremely well-designed room. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone intending to go to the Tokyo Bay area.

They have many shuttles to Maihama station, Disneyland and Disney Sea for you to choose from. They offer a "light breakfast" which is basically a bento box of a sandwich or something. We couldn't eat it because we were vegetarian, but the front desk can accommodate you as long as you let them know. The room is pretty small, but when you're going just for Disney, you just need a comfortable bed. So it was perfect. The bathroom and shower are amazing. Yes, they provide pajamas for you. They have some more good amenities and the shower is huge and has great water pressure. They also open up their lounge at night for post-Disney refreshments. They were also very kind, smooth check in and check out. We loved everything about this place. Highly recommend!

one of the best hotel in japan:. rooms and facilities are clean and new, efficient shuttle service, parking is not very far, lawson is just outside. free drinks every afternoon till night and free breakfast (seems like bonus for me) Initially, I thought the shuttle bus schedule is limited but with actual experience, i realized its just right. in the morning when guests go to disney parks, buses has 15 mins interval and almost similar intervals in the evening when the guests would go home. I would like to commend and thank the hotel staff. They are really very helpful, courteous, patient and accommodating. They will go out of their way to help. Thank you so much La'gent. Given another chance to go back to Disney Resort,I will definitely come again to this hotel .

The staff is very friendly & responsive. Our first breakfast contained of pork, since we are Muslim we are unable to eat the breakfast provided. We talked to the receptionist but they cant change the menu since they already ordered it in whole package. But they said they’ll try to find out a solution & surprisingly the next days after they provided food with no pork! Wow, i amazed with their hospitality! Also, their receptionist is remain active even on 5 A.M. For facility, i could say it was also amazing. 1. Room facility They provide pajamas freely as well as towels and hand towels, even brushes for each member of those who stayed. Flat iron isnt available at each room, but you can get it and use it freely by took it on a room which provide additional facilities. Refrigerator & water kettle are given facilities on each room. For laundry, you have to go to laundry room and using coins for the laundry machine. Cmiiw, there are 3 laundry machine available. Free food available on 2p.m till 1a.m, consist of coffee machine, juice machine and water. 2. Shuttle bus to Disney Resort There’s shuttle bus which drop us into Maihama Station for Disneyland and directly drop us into Disneysea. Also, they pick up us at time scheduled. For Disneysea, you can wait in shuttle bus parking area. Just go straight ahead from exit gate (on the right side of world globe), then get the exit way on your right. There are bench out there. For Disneyland, take the exit and turn left. There is a customer’s parking on your right. And next to the parking, there is a shuttle bus parking on your right. Usually on parking lot number 14. For cleanliness, i’m a bit disappointed with the carpet. Pockmarked on it. Maybe someone dropped coffee and not clean it directly. But the bathroom and toilet are two thumbs up! They cleaned your room each day, so dont worry about the tidiness of your room. Access to Haneda Airport They dont provide shuttle to Haneda, but La’gent located near to shuttle stop for

The best hotel in tokyo bay! Very affordable room and space - for couple and family, unlike any japanese room, our room was spacious! Location- free shuttle to and from disneyland and disneysea! 15 minutes travel With convenience store from entrance of the hotel, you will not get hungry There’s free drinks at the common area/cafeteria We will surely book again for our next visit to disneysea

The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. Good sized rooms with amazing bathrooms. Beds are a bit hard and the breakfast is tailored to locals, not tourists. But there is a Lawsons next door for food.

it was our second time staying in La'gent, previously with kids and this time around with a group of 5 without kids. we love this hotel so much, despite providing all the standard facilities, the hotel also maintained their cleanliness and yet the room is spacious. the good thing about this hotel, they provide shuttle bus to disney parks and Maihama station for free and also there is a Lowson Convenience Store just near by the hotel. overall we really satisfied

Pros is hotel provide shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea n Maihama station almost every 15 min to 0.5 hrs. Free flow of beverages also provided by hotel from afternoon to 1am. Cons is poor Wifi reception in the hotel room. But ok at hotel lobby .

Rooms were clean and relatively roomy compared to the average Japanese hotel. The free shuttle bus to Disney was very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even helping us recover an item we left behind. Thank you!

Had a very pleasant stay”
We booked a huge room for 5-6 even when there are only 2+2 of us, for the space and the loft beds seems fun. Indeed, kids got very excited, right from the lobby, where there is a play area for kids, to the room, that comes with a very good bathroom. Good water pressure, good size bathtub/ shower area, separate from the sink (2 sinks) with a step stool for young kid. Pyjammas, bedroom slipper, cute coloured toothbrush, hair bands, all provided for. Not forgetting the bento breakfast, which far exceeds my expectations. Only downpoint is the walk to the shuttle bus pick up point from disneyland is about 10-15 min walk away, and as it is a bus bay, no shelter and can get very windy/chilly. So please be prepared. And the frequency of the bus can be improved. I see other hotel's buses coming at more regular interval. Still highly recommended!

Shuttle bus service to disneyland was absolute plus. If there is shuttle bus (extra cost is ok too) to/from airport, that would have made the hotel even more merits. The breakfast was small but good. We like the convenience of taking them to room and eat. It was shame we didnt stay longer. ;-)

Excellent hotel, the bento boxes provided in the morning were quite small but sufficient, location wise it's very close to Disneyland and the bay, however, to get to any of the main attractions/destinations you'd need to catch the train. They provide free pickup/drop-off to the station to make up for it.
