Good location you can even walk to Sensoji temple. Room a bit small. Cafe downstair is good.

Cool looking place”
Very nice hotel and new. There is a place for hang out downstair. Cool cafe. And have a lot food vender around the area and some open for 24hrs. The room quite small. Other than that was ok.

Its 20min walk to the famous Asakusa, 20min walk to ueno, 15min walk to nippori. Seems far, but actually its a gem. Not too near all those tourist places makes it a nice place to stay. Many food shop around. No worries about cheap and delicious food. Not touristy. 20min walk in tokyo is nothing in a beautiful weather.

Thank you for your review. Uguisudani and negisi, where our hotel is located, is historical area. About 100 years ago, there were many writers and rakugo artists in this area. It's located right next to the Uguisudani station. Everything is nice and clean but the room is pretty small.

The hotel is near to Ueno Park. It's convenient for travelers to temporarily put luggage in the counter for hours (or till night) after checkout.

Small hotel but very nice”
Very small room just like any other hotel in tokyo in the same price range. The hotel atmosphere was very funky with mostly young travelers. The food at the hotel cafe was nice and affordable too. Very close to train station and ueno park.

I thought that the room design was really nice. And the hotel design as a whole was nice. However, I thought the food was a little bit over priced and there was some dirt behind the mattresses in the room. It must’ve been tough for them since they opened right before the COVID hit, so I hope that they will be able to stay afloat. Would highly recommend to my fellow travelers.

The internal design of the hotel is modern and youthful. Is near to the JR station (Uguisudani station), literally 5 min walks, there are lawson and family mart nearby as well. However, the hotel is located next to the graveyard, bit creepy if you have to walk out during night time. Also, it seems like there are some love hotels nearby as well. If you are not sensitive about these factors, it should be fine. Another cons is that the hotel do not provide any cutleries, I went to the hotel receptionist to ask for it but eventually, they don't provide any of it.

Not suit with travelling with child ”
it's photogenic place, well design. And yes every young couple and friends queueing for taking photo in front of the elevator or everywhere made me annoying. compared with the price it's better to stay at 4stars hotel at Ueno Station

Loved this stay for a very Tokyo-esque stay: trendy, minimal, quirky. Less than 10min walk to the station with lots of great local eats 2min from the hotel. Would not recommend if you are of a larger build, have children or travelling with elderly

the stay at this hotel was great. the room was small but enough for to girls to stay. the bed was nice and all the supplies you need is there. there's a small fridge, cattle ect. the bathroom and also the room was clean. and the room was quiet. but there isnt enough room to open your carriers.
