I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!”

I booked through the conference organizer to attend a conference, and although I received a letter confirming my reservation, 3 nights turned into 2 nights, and my room key card was suddenly invalidated. The front desk, which is always manned by only one person, was overcrowded and it took 50 minutes to process an extra night. The room was old, the bath towels looked like tired foot towels, and the windows were dirty because they had not been cleaned in months. I ordered a cab to the airport at the front desk and was told by the driver that the fare to the airport it was double the normal fare. After I dropped off,I was looking at the front desk and saw the front desk man handing money to the cab driver in question. Looks like it was returning a silent commission,,,,?

I was surprised by the level of below par service rendered at the R floor restaurant during my stay at Leonardo City Tower Hotel. Being courteous, professional, punctual and responsive are basic essential values in rendering your service especially first contact and impression. Leonardo City Tower Hotel is not a zoo and ought to lift up being a 4/5 Star service oriented hotel. This was my second stay at the hotel and I did not feel any improvement compare to my first stay. Management ought to communicate well and provide training for staffs regularly. Also, housekeeping ought to organize and provide the necessary toiletries e.g. disposable slippers and mineral water before guest check in the room. Guest should not be made to call and ask for these essential items. In addition, my friend commented that one of your staffs at the lobby bar said to him that "It is not Koshar to bring outside food into the bar itself" which is highly inappropriate. We are in a hotel and not synagogue.

Frustrating ”

Tv wasn't able to hang straight on the wall. Coffee stains over the brochures. Lamp shades crooked. Waited an hour for them to bring an iron and when it came it wouldn't turn on.... over all a big let down.

My stay was very nice unfortunatley your room service is very amateurish considering you are considered a 5 star hotel.. My food arrived uncovered and hand held.. most of the sides were missing and was told the salad did not come with my main dish even though it said so on the menu.. I also requested wash clothes and was told the hotel does not have any.. It was difficult showering with a large hand towel..

Apart from the mess up on our bills ----where we were charged for phone calls (room 1604) that were never made & bar items that were not used . Also for the dinner on friday nite the charges were debited to only one room -not split up between 5 rooms & caused many issues.

La piscine est vraiment très sale, gros problème d'hygiène! L'hôtel affiche avoir un parking mais il faut savoir que celui ci est payant!
