Comfortable & Memorable Stay Experience”
Firstly, I had stayed at this hotel together with my family members from 15 to 20 May 2019 and I must say that this hotel really made us feel like home. Not only are our apartments very spacious which provides us with more than enough space to place our belongings and also walk around comfortably but our apartments were also very clean and tidy. The simple wooden design of our apartments also gave us a very relaxing vibe. Most importantly, every apartment comes with a living room, a bedroom and an ensuite bathroom which is hard to find in Penang at an affordable price. Secondly, this hotel is being situated in George Town which makes travelling to many must visit places in the vicinity so much convenient. We are all very impressed with the automated carpark system in this hotel as well (the first of its kind in Penang). Lastly, the staff members working in this hotel were all very polite and friendly during our stay there. Will definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again =D

Comfortable & Memorable Stay Experience”
Firstly, I had stayed at this hotel together with my family members from 15 to 20 May 2019 and I must say that this hotel really made us feel like home. Not only are our apartments very spacious which provides us with more than enough space to place our belongings and also walk around comfortably but our apartments were also very clean and tidy. Good Location, Friendly Staffs, Spacious. ”
Good location, nearby to malls and many food stalls(walking distance) Travelling to other places by Grab service takes max up to 10 mins. From airport about 15 to 18 mins, to airport maybe about 20 to 25 mins if there's a bit jam. It's better to leave earlier (maybe about 35 to 45 mins earlier) as the traffic there is unpredictable. Facilities is great! There's a roof top bar, gym and also meeting rooms if you need for work! (: Super tidy and clean lobby and provides free coffee, milo, hot tea etc. Hotel room is very spacious and also room service is great! & also there's dinner area and a small area for kitchen! Value for money definitely! Will book this hotel again if I come here again!

This hotel is pretty new, and hence the facilities are very new as well. Room is exactly as shown in pictures, and the sofa bed in the living room was absolutely the best. It was good that the TV had fox movies, so we had some time to rest on the sofa bed and watch movies at the same time. The hotel staff were very nice, check in was fuss free, and if you would like to extend your check out time, the staff were very chill about it as well. Usual check out timing should be 12pm, but guests are allowed to extend till 1pm at no additional charge. The location is very near to the happening areas in georgetown, with 3 large malls and a supermarket nearby, the accommodation is in a very convenient location. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay there! One thing if I had to nitpick would be that the level lobby is quite warm and ventilation seems weak, but since we only walk there when we go in and out of our accoms, its all good :)

Great value for money and great location”
This place is great. We’ve travelled to a few locations before here and this is our favourite so far (and we stayed in 4* hotels before this!!) The location of the hotel is fantastic, and our room was great. It’s relatively new so everything was very clean and modern. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided every day! Only small gripe is that there was no cutlery - as it’s a self service apartment it would have been useful to have some cutlery available in the flat.

Staff was friendly and gone beyond to assist our check-in process and showing us to the lift and teaching us how to use as well. Rooms were clean and highly advanced in technology and creativity of design for every human needs. Our stay at M Summit 191 was great, room was splendidly clean and spotless. Great view of the Komtar tower right outside. Only slight issue was the aircon in the bedroom was facing at a slight angle that it will take some time for bed to fully get comfortable with cold air. but all in all a great room and would definitely stay again!

This is awesome place and I got my room right in front of me was a komtar . I have been staying approximately 8 days .🥰😘 5 star for the customer service, whenever I request the thing I need ,they will try their best to get it to me . The room are spacious, clean. Great location to move around Georgetown... our rooms was not ready when check in but they tried their best to get the rooms available as soon as possible ... kudos to the front office staffs (especially one particular staff called Yap) we enjoyed our stay and will be back for another stay soon

Decent and nice hotel.”
A very decent and nice hotel to stay. Everything's is good. Hotel room is nice with a living hall and mini kitchen too. Great. It is a 3 star hotel so don't have a pool. Breakfast ia decent but don't understand why the hotel employed Bangladesh and don't understand English could only replied yes yes yes. Gila and don't understand too... Such a gd hotel still can have negative feedback from Malaysia guest. Go stay a 10 stars hotel.

chechk in procedure was fast, when entering room, a simple kitchen/dining table and living room. a bedroom with door and spacious toilet. fall in love with the sofa bed and of coz bedroom bed super comfort till we lazy to go out.facilities was limited,and car park was multilevel machine car park.

Upon stepping into the hotel, there's no feel of it being a hotel. The reception counter was situated in the 14th level, which was against the norm of a hotel. We got a room on the 8th floor. The room had a homely feel, small, cozy and sufficient. All floors were equipped with a filtered water dispenser, and definitely very convenient for families with young children, as the water filter also have "infant" temperate water for making milk! Overall, a great and affordable stay.

Great Place”
Stayed for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean, rather enjoyed having an apartment style place for the reasonable price. The hotel is at a great location in Georgetown where you can travel by foot to all the streets for the street art and all the great food. The parking is interesting, although it can be hassle to get in with a large car in view of the tight space to get in. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the parking attendants. Overall, definitely enjoyed the hotel and most probably stay again when in Penang.

Location was 100%. Most of the places and eateries we want to go were within walking distance and it was really convenient. Room was spacious and clean. Extra water bottles were given to us upon request. Toiletries were available as well. 1st ave mall was about 2 minutes from hotel. The con would be it’s gets really hot in the room if aircon are switch off. But it gets cool after a while. Didn’t drive but the automated carpark was very interesting. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Exceptional Hotel”
This hotel is exceptional. I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staffs were friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. They even provided 3 soda drinks complementary with the room. Chiller was provided as well. The overall stay was very comfortable. The location is quite near to the Genting Premium Outlet. Most importantly, the breakfast was great and yummy with enough varieties. I hope this hotel will maintain its good quality. I will definitely return when I visit Genting Highland again.
